I thought I would share with my new Leman Russ Demolisher it's my first one so I wanted to do a good job. I aimed to make a very dirty rustic look to match my city fighting IG. Here are the step's took to make the weathered look.

1. Paint a base coat of Fortress Grey

2. smother it in Boltgun metal.

3. Smother it in water downed Choas Black.

4. Wash of the Boltgun Metal & Chaos Black in sink after about a minuet of Drying.

5. Do a touch up on the details & what ever you do with your models to add more detail.

6 Here is the final product.

I just see a gray tank, it needs other colors to make it look good.

Seconded. Tank seems to be all one color, consider drybrushing on your weathering - it is easier to have an uneven effect, and apply little layers at a time.

Then again, my painting skills suck. So... Yeah.

I find accenting weapons and armor plates can make a grey tank stand out better.

Pick up some washes, they will make the weathering look more realistic. You could try messing with some pigments too, LBursley has some sweet advice in that department. Looks good for just paints though.
