The 41st millenium is rapidly coming to a close. In some forsaken corner of the galaxy, dangerously near to the titanic warp rift 'The Maelstrom' lies the heavily defended planet of Tannibus Alpha. In one, enormous force, the armies of chaos have amassed to assault the world, while the loyal followers of the Emperor fight despirately to repel the invaders. This follows the forces of xenos, loyalists and chaos, who all fight for a cause, survival and victory.
With wave after wave of dropships and dreadclaws bombarding the planet and crashing against the well trained bulwark of the Imperial forces, the battle looks to balanced on a knife edge...

Morgoth sat on his Ceramite throne, watching the battle unfold from a large console before him, numerous nodes and screens flashing and glowing a deep red as various things down on the planet went on. The assault was going perfectly, countless dreadclaws and dropships were deploying his forces as he spoke, the Imperials were puttng up a fight, but eventuly they would fall, it was only a matter of time now. After all the buisiness on his flagship was complete, he would himself land on the planet. And the imperials would know true fear.

Lynessa was walking towards the commanders deck she hated walking on a slaaneshi ship they reminded her of gareva her only true love, but that would need to wait for another day. She entered the ship seeing the commander sit on a chair she stood before him and began speaking. ''Captain i think it would be best to order the forces to set up an forward HQ best stay away from the highly populated areas as the largest formations of imperials would be there, what do you say?''

Ethil walked through the great halls of the chaos ship. Strange sickening idols were held along the walls, parchments of human skin coated with arcane runes alongside them. He detested Chaos, but times call for his attention. He came finally to the bridge. A pair of mighty astartes blocked the doorway, only to be cut down with a single sweep of Ethil's obsidian cleaver. He walked in.
"I am here to offer my aid. For a price, of course..."

"I wouldn't put it past scum to hide in such a place" said Alphonsine her fist clenched as she looked at the planet below. The ship was a standard Imperial Navy carrier; as was the way Orders usually travelled. Lily looked up from her book. "Sister, calm yourself lest your rage best you" she stated calmly before returning to her book. "Fine... But you know why we're here" she replied. "Of course, but getting mad won't make it easier" said Lily as she turned a page. The two were currently on the bridge of the transport, surrounded by its usual crew. As with any Imperial ship it was more visually akin to a mausoleum than a state of the art space ship.
Alphonsine turned to the captain to begin asking about their descent to the planet's surface.

"Agreed."
Says Morgoth as he reaches over to a comms unit embedded in the console before pressing down the button and barking into it.
"Dropships 43, 32 and 12 set up a foward base in coordinates 21,54 in sector 19. Plague marine squads Festus, mortis and Nihilus, secure the foward base."
Turning back to the Tzeentchen advisor he says,
"Good call Lynessa."
Then the doors burst open. An eldar, interesting. Two of his elite lay dead at the xenos' feet, their power armour cut like a hot knife through butter by his strange weapon.
"Ah, an Eldar, here on a Slaanesh ship? How strange. So, Eldar, what is this price you ask of?"

Kaless was first out of the dreadclaw, sonic blaster cutting down two of the imperial guard before they could react, then jumping down into the trench to take out another two with her neural whip. Around her, the Slaaneshi Astartes of the Emperor's Children were doing likewise, firing sonic blasters, throwing grenades, and charging in with chainswords and combat knives flashing. What had formerly been a strong position of 30 guardsmen and 3 lascannons was reduced to almost nothing in less than half a minute. The senior sergeant that had been put in charge of the squad did the "honorable" thing, taking the pin out of a frag grenade and throwing himself at one of the marines, but he was knocked about a meter off course by a sonic blast before he ever reached his target, the shrapnel that made it to the marines simply bouncing off the power armour.
The squad had accepted her as one of them when she had turned renegade and shown them her mark of Slaanesh, instantly recognising that she was their equal to have been accepted by the mistress. Now she was leading the way to their objective, the commanders' tent for this section of the battle.

"Sir" said one of the vessel's crew stepping towards the captain. "Yeah son?" was the reply, not even turning away from the view screen to answer. "Chaos forces are landing, they've taken point delta 19-". "What type of chaos forces?" interrupted Alphonsine. "Mixed reports so far, a warband of traitor Astartes but numbers are unclear".
Lily snapped shut her book and stood up. "I know very well what you're thinking sister, just as you should know my answer will be a stern no" she said bluntly. Alphonsine gritted her teeth. "We brought only a small number with us, the Ecclesiarchy would prefer us to bring her in alive after all. But, you know as well as I do we cannot rush in blindly and hope to crush them, we must deploy back in safety and push forward with the forces already on the ground" she continued.
"Fine, we'll go about this your way as usual then. Time to bring everyone up to speed and get ready to go"

In the mountains, under a sea of ice sleeps a creature of death, the ultimate hunter of this world 'The Reaper of men' was beginning to wake to the sounds of war. It's eyes opened to see it trapped along side the human that died with it,it felt the pump through its veins. 'The Reaper of men' crashed its way through the ice, it began to climb the mountain, when it reached the top it looked to the skies and saw mighty ships. 'The Reaper of men' let out a mighty roar.

Lynessa was awaiting the all clear order from the captain now, her chosen where already deployed the daemonic pacts needed plenty of sacrifice thats where her troops were perfect for. She was standing besides the captain seeing as he was talking with that eldar. Just then he heard the scanners going off saying imperial ships where orbiting the planet. ''You idiot! Tuning to face Lynessa, Morgoth grunts slightly, his face cracking out of shape, teeth lengthening into razor-sharp fangs, as a snake like tongue worms its way through his now unnaturaly wide jaw. "Do not question my judgement Lynessa. You may be highest amongst my favour, but war is my field of mastery." He barks, glowing crimson eyes only millemetres from hers. Tuning back to the console, his visage taking on its normal apearance, he mutters quietly. "I have prepared for this. The planet is near to the Maelstrom, warp energy stains this place. They may not come at will, but here daemons can manifest particularily easily here. Look." With that he gestures to one smaller screen, a bulky loyalist ship filling it. For a moment nothing happens, it slowly drifts closer. Then all hell brakes loose. From out of thin air, comes a huge, rippling shoal of screamers, their blue forms covering the battle barge. At first they are small, but after a few moments, large parts of damage start to show, the outside of the ship being slowly stripped away. As quickly as they came, the huge swarm vanishes, leaving the crippled ship floating there, lacking usable weaponry and engines mostly dead. "If only for a short time."

Their briefing done the sisters of the Ordo Divinus Ensis made their way to the landing craft accompanied by the guard regiment they had hitched a ride with. Alphonsine walked alongside Lily as the two headed for their Aquila Lander followed closely by the remaining four members of the Aegis of the Thorn. The three celestians carried their armament while the Hospitaller made a quick last check of her own medical supplies. Generally Alphonsine opposed travelling this way and would rather travel with the vehicles and troops in the normal bulkier transports. However according to Lily's plan they were to land a safe distance from the chaotic forces in a loyalist controlled fortress. Thus they had the time to unload the troops at a reasonable pace instead of the usual deploying on the front lines and speeding out of the craft in their transports. Alphonsine looked to Lily but could tell her sister was deep in though, most likely plotting their attack and defense.
Once they had loaded up the Aquila Lander's engine roared into life and they departed, followed shortly after by the remaining transports carrying the remaining battle sisters, their vehicles and the guard regiment.

Kaless led the way to the command tent. Far more troops would be on their way soon and getting rid of a few of the planetary defense commanders would do little in the long term, but she didn't care. They heared the emperor's children coming. They had done nothing to dampen their steps, rather letting fear creep up the necks of those inside. A Lord Commisar stepped forwards, power sword drawn, thinking himself able to take down a squad of astartes on his own. He soon found out he wasn't, a stream of sound sending him flying back ten feet into a large rock, snapping his neck. Kaless stepped into the tent, and dispatched of the commanders. Other than a slight las-burn on her hand from a near miss from a pistol, there was no damage to any of the squad. They moved out, ready for their next assignment. Most of them had been doing this for millenia, and there was no way that imperial guardsmen, however jumped-up, would stop them.

With that, he gestures to two nearby members of his elite, both bedecked in black and deep purple power armour, long power swords by their sides. "You, Vanius, Maracte, escort our guest to the treasury. Give him what he asks for, within reason of course. Now go." As the eldar and two astartes turn to walk down the corridor, Morgoth picks up a small sack from beside his throne. "Oh and eldar, how about some jewls to go with that?" With a chuckle, he tosses the sack to the ground before him, a dozen or so darkened soul stones spilling out onto the ground. Grinning, he turns back to the console and Lynessa. 'The Reaper of men' walked back down the mountain and headed towards the jungles of the planet. It took hours to leave the frozen hell but then it reached the hot jungles, now it had sight on some prey, a squad of sisters of battle. He began to blend in making small noise to lure them close, the squad of female warriors made their way towards the silent beast.
"Sisters spread out!" the squad leader said to her squad, each one split from the group. 'The Reaper of men' climbed into a tree and dangled about one of the sisters, it strikes fast plunging its claw into her chest and dragging her into a tree. Quickly the others gathered around her last known area.
"Sister where are you?" the squad said looking around. Suddenly 'The Reaper of men' dropped onto the squad striking and clawing its foes to shreds. Before the squad could respond the lay injured or dead, as the last gave their last breath the creature dragged them into trees and wrapped them in a cocoon as display.

It was time to make planetfall. On the flagship above, Ve'Carr and his men were ready for the battle. They were chosen for their skill in battle. None stood in their path, they would destroy all that opposed them. They readied their gear and before stepping into the drop pod, they nealt down, saying their prayer to the Emperor and Vulkan. With that they stepped into the drop pod, strapping in. They sleek craft, painted in Salamanders iconography. The vehicle let out a beep, another, another and whoosh, they were off. As they went, Ve'Carr shouted " We are here to win, to fight back Chaos. Repeat after me. We are Salamanders!" The squad repeated. "We crush all that oppose!" The Squad repeated. At that moment the Drop Pod hit the earth in the middle of the battle, the doors dropping, and in unison the Marines shouted, "Into the fires of battle, Unto the anvil of war!!"

Not far off, drop pods of the imperial astartes were landing, too close to Kaless' position for her liking. The champion signalled for 5 of the noise marines to block off the pass that connected them to the rest of the battle, ready to hold the enemy back long enough for the ritual to be completed. Two aspiring sorcerers of Tzeench's Thousand Sons were here now, probably to oversee the ritual although normal protocol was not to ask thousand sons anything, so she would find out in due course. Right now they were simply staring at the unconsious bodies of the guardsmen. Soon enough, the fun would begin. She looked up, and saw a Valkyrie moving in to their position.

"Lady Canoness, Commander Howlett".
Alphonsine, Lily and a couple of what looked to be officers turned to this interruption. The landing had gone smoothly, the troops and vehicles were settled. Currently the twins were in a large briefing room towards the heart of the fortress.
"What is it ensign?" demanded the commander. "We've lost contact with the ship that brought that last batch of reinforcements" panted the ensign. "Lost? It was destroyed?" asked the commander with a puzzled look. "No sir, it's just gone". The commander's eyes widen slightly. "Do you have any good news at least?" asked Alphonsine. "Yes maam, we just recieved confirmation that Astartes have reached orbit". Commander Howlett smiled at this news. "Good, good. Why haven't we opened up a line of communication yet?" he demanded. "Any word on the chapter?" asked Lily, clearly more interested in their main use than their chapter itself. "Salamanders". This brought a smile to Alphonsine's face. "Ah the Salamanders" replied Lily, noticing the slight grin on her sister's face. "I suppose that means you're looking forward to all that fire they'll bring" continued Lily. "Of course, not to mention their ornate equipment" said Alphonsine a hint of joy in her voice. "Any news on where they'll deploy though?" asked Lily. "No word yet" replied the ensign.

Titus Daston looked down on the carnage wrought by the Tyranid. Ten Sisters, in five seconds. He hated those odds; half a second in which tofight it off, or die. Daston looked up as a Drop Pod bearing Salamanders icons fell out of the sky, landing about half a mile away from him.
Firing his Jump Pack, Daston lands on top of a nearby cliff, a 20 foot tall wall of rock separating the lower jungle from the area that the Imperials use for training. As he landed, a handful of Guardsmen on patrol started firing at him, one of them shouting "Night Lord" at the top of his lungs. The lasbolts did absolutely nothing besides infuriate the Blood Angel beyond belief. Titus unsheathed one of his Power Swords, and jumped high in the air using his Jump Pack. He landed on one of the Guardsmen, reducing him to a red stain that extended five feet in every direction. Daston killed the rest of them with a roundhouse swipe of his sword, decapitating them all.
Daston sheathed the sword and ran towards the Imperial Fortress, two miles away, firing the pack to make him bound along at thirty feet at a time, striving tokeep the rage under control, lest it take over him again.

With the doors opening the Veteran squad ran out, thunderhammers and inferno pistols in hand. The traitor guardsmen never stood a chance. They were smashed into the ground or burnt to a pile of ashes. Ve'Carr shouted," Traitor scum, Prepare to die!" The group of Traitors were reduced to nothing, hardly any sign of them left. Ve'Carr pushed a button on his gauntlet and the drop pod melted away, keeping any traitors from using the sacred machine in any way. Ve'Carr opened a line to any Imperial troops on the plant, saying " The Salamanders are here." The tactical squad of body guards ran ahead into the fight.

Through a storm of purple silver and roiling clouds, the barbed, predatory ships wrenched the skies open. Glowing plasma residue flaked from the edges of the waspish vessels, as more and more of them streamed through the portal. A continuous wyrm-like stream of black metal blades and silver scales. Archon Vileth rode at the head of the glorious horde of Iron, aboard his glittering raider.
Initial resistance was light and where it was met, it was squashed beneath the immense fire power of the Elder craft. Vileth was growing impatient, he and his entourage had yet to bloody their blades. They had not met any worthy of their effort on countless worlds, where all they found where cattle like races, consumed by the relentless hunger of the dark city.
"It's disgusting" said Yilith, one of his sell swords, "The taste of She Who Thirsts is ripe on this world"
"Yes, it is. Very unavodiable, but not unexpected. The followers of the warp spawn are nothing to fear, but their god Daemons are ." agreed Haemonculli Vextar
"Enough of your idile thoughts, it is of no consequence to the actions in motion" rumbled Yngarl, Vileths chief Executioner.
Archon Vileth stood proudly aboard his raider, leaning on the side rails, lost in thought, ignoring the members of his entourage.

The ritual seemed to be reaching a peak as Lynessa, the sorcerer, accepted her as one of her own. Suddenly, though, a combat squad of salamanders (5 tactical marines including one with a flamer) came into sight. Two were sent flying back by the power of the sonic blasters, but they were soon close enough and one of the emperor's children went down to the flamer, while another two were at the very least badly injured by combat knives. However, the salamanders didn't stand a chance is such small quantities. Between the psykic power sent out by Lynessa and the flash of a neural whip by Kaless, they were gone before they got close to the ritual. Soon everyone could feel the air bending around that one point, their dark gods pulling through into reality. Soon the fun would begin.

With a daemonic roar, Morgoth and his elite enter the fray, bolt, plasma and flamer mercilessly cutting down the darting hellions and reavers. Face fully contorted into a daemonic visage, Morgoth brings his crackling blade about in a great arc, an unlucky hellion split vertically in half along with his skyboard, as he comes crashing in a bloody heap to the ground.
The ritual was complete now, Lynessa was at its centre as a great horde of daemons spilled forth from the portal's inky depths to combat the attacking Dark eldar. This would be interesting.

The reavers and hellions pulled up hastily, the warp spawn appeared with no warning. They only need worry about the airborne daemons, the earth-bound daemons held no power to even touch the Elder fliers. Deftly turning and spinning, the Screamers quickly gained advatage over the reavers. Their natural movement and unholy speed giving them an advatage. The Hellions fared much better, baiting the beasts into traps and slicing them apart with their razor edged boards.
"Target the circle, break their hold over the warp and they will disipate" called Vexta over the chaos of battle.
Ravagers turned there potent weaponry onto the circle of sorcerors, atomising everything caught in their weapons path. Cutting swathes of enemies down in a brutal fire storm. Raiders swooped low, wychs leapt deftly onto the field below, quickly cutting apart the slow, brutish mon'keigh with unmatched speed.

The damned eldar frustrated him greatly, there speed was matchable, but his foces lacked aerial forces. For now guns would have to do. Lifting bloodbolt to the air, Morgoth pulls the trigger five times, five daemonically-enhanced bolts flying through the air, each shot instantly decimating a passing hellion or reaver. One of his elite had been gunned down so far, the astartes disintergrated in a beam of pitch black energy. He cared not, other could be found to replace. Now the Dark eldar melee ground troops came, numerous agile Wychs tearing into cultists with barbed whip and cruel blade. No matter, a bolt round would still end them all the same.

"Slaanesh shall feast on your souls!" Yelling this warcry that made all the dark eldar flinch, Kaless leapt onto one of the jetbikes, kicking off the former rider and causing him to crash to the ground, then riding the thing, unable to control it, until it brought her to one of their gunships. She easily took out the three gunners and, pausing only for a moment to watch how the ship was steered, she gifted the fallen eldar with a shot from her pistol. Then she was guiding it towards another of their craft, causing the two to crash and leaping from the ship with seconds to spare. However, she was now a target, a whole squad of their warriors levelled their rifles at her from onboard their craft. She ducked, but still felt a number of shot clang from her power armour.
By then, though, enough damage had been done and enough demons were appearing that the dark eldar attack had been blunted. "No retreat, scum," Kaless cried, levelling her sonic blaster and damaging the engine of one of the craft, causing it to crash and the wyches onboard to leap out into her line of fire. She laughed, the kind of pain that only the Dark Prince can give coursing through her body as a poison splinter found a gap in her armour, but not enough to down her. Soon the real battle was underway.

The neural whip was darting from wych to wych, their ability to dodge useless when it came to a weapon this flexible, with only a single touch necessary. Still, they were tough opponents. Kaless had taken down three of the normal ones, but now their leader with an equally vicious-looking whip strode up to her, pistol extended. Kaless fired first, though only just, and forced the hekatrix to dodge, giving her just enough of an opportunity to dive forwards, barely dodging the agoniser, and lash her own whip out, barely catching the hekatrix' foot. Yet it was enough, the dark eldar's nerves overloaded, and she was unable to do anything for a split second. Kaless fired three bolts into the creature's head, each enough to kill easily. Then she was stabbed from behind. The wound was barely anything, only just getting through her power armour and not getting any of her vital organs, yet it was enough to send her forwards, spinning round though without as much control as she would have liked. The wych leveled her pistol in an ironic replication of what Kaless had just done, only this time one of Slaanesh's demons decided to have its own attempt at irony, stabbing the wych in the back. Kaless' mind touched that of the demon through the mark they both carried, then Kaless was up again, mindful of the wound but knowing it would take more than that to defeat her.

The chaos servants had gone. Only the crew of the ship remained. Ethil looked onto the scarred surface of the planet. Fires burned across the landscape. Massive explosions tore the beautiful paradises into visions of hell. Such a shame.
RING! RING!
An alarm sounded. A bolt of light began hurtling towards the ship. As the crew screamed, the hull filled with towering infernos and shattered metal. The might of the ship was ripped in two, dropping to the planet below like a falling star, shining in the sky. As the segment of the ship came down on the surface , Ethil was tossed onto a sand dune below, the smooth grains cushioning his fall. The bulk of the ship crashed into the planet.

Daston walked in to the armoury. The Imperial manning the place almost fainted when an astartes walked in. "Do you have a Bolter and a Plasma Gun?" growled Daston. The Imperial hurried away, obviously scared. Two minutes later, the man returned carrying the most bizzare weapon Daston had ever seen. It looked like a Bolter, but it had the energy chamber of a Plasma Cannon, and it was about the size of a Bolt Pistol but longer slightly. The snivelling armourer explained that a Techmarine by the name of Rephosus sent blueprints from somewhere, and that only one was ever made. Daston thanked the man and turned to leave. "Astartes or not, you need to pay for that unless you are from this planet's regiment!" barked the portly man. Daston turned back around and shot the man in the head with his old plasma pistol, flinching as the weapon detonated in his hand. Daston sighed. 12 years, and it detonated now. He threwthe remains of the weapon into the sludge that was the armourer's body and exited the room. The sounds of battle hit him like a brick. He made his way towards them

A split second later, the wych knows no more, as she is split gut-to-head in a burst of gore. He turns just in time for one of the eldar to wrap one of their bladed whips around his arm. The weapon leaves little more than scratches. With his other hand, he pulls hard on the whip, the Wych momentarily falling off balence. A moment was all he needed. Before she could blink, her head was seperated from her shoulders in a sweep of his blade, her wide-eyed head rolling to the ground. The last leapt up onto his back, stabbing wildly at his neck with some kind of gauntletts. With one hand, he reaches up to grab the Wych by her face, the eldar struggling weakly as he crushes her skull with one hand. Shrugging off the limp corpse, he turns back to the numerous hellions and reavers moving through the air.
Too easy.

Graff clutched at his diseased head. The sound of a thousand flies were buzzing all about him as Ulgot spoke to his instrument.
"My children," he gurgled. "This land has seen the taint of Slaanesh upon this place. It must be swept away and replaced with the offspring from the Pox Garden. Summon me, and Father Nurgle will shower you and your disciples with love never-ending."
The buzzing flies dissipated as the Plague-Bearer gave one phlegm-coated chuckle. Graff knew what must be done.

Kaless was dealing with the wyches in an elegant way, while the commander was dealing with them in a... far less subtle way. Not that it mattered, so long as it worked. As they fought on, however, she heared a strange kind of buzzing, a bit like flies, though as soon as she started to concentrate it started to sound like...
...praises to nurgle! "Watch out! Nurgle demons!" her cry came just too late: A massive plague-infested demon pulled itself from the warp, and prepared to fight.

With the area clear, Ve'Carr let the rest of the battalion come in. Within minutes the men came raining down. 20 scouts, 50 marines, 10 terminators, 4 rhinos, 3 land raider redeemers, 2 Razorbacks, 2 Land Speeders, 1 vindicator, 1 Whirlwind, the dreadnought Fo'Cal, and the techmarine in charge. Together they would win this. Ve'Carr shouted out "Move to the Imperial settlement!" With that they took off, moving the quickest they could toward the city. Within an hour they reached the gates and entered the fortress. They were greeted with awe from the guardsmen stationed there. Their saviors had arrived.

The shouts and cries of the Traitor-guardsman reached a fever pitch, singing the praises of the Plague-Father. Soon enough, the sound of flies could be heard buzzing in the air. The buzzing grew louder, filling the air until the sound was thick enough to cut with a chainsword. At the center of the impromptu circle, thick mushrooms and exotic plants sprouted from the ground. Further still, the ground cracked and became parched and riven with rot. Those unlucky souls too close from the summoning fell to the ground, their bodies quickly bloating and festering with all sorts of insects and plants. Finally, the ground split apart, and a great cloud of sickness billowed forth. A gurgling laughter erupted from the great fissure in the earth. Two diseased hands supported the massive weight of Uglot, the Plague-Bearer to the surface. His supple, generous frame was covered with all manner of lesions, pimples, poxes, festering gashes spilling rotting innards. The constant buzzing of flies increased exponentially, as more flies gushed from the Daemon's mouth.
Raising his Plague-sword high into the air, he cried out in a low, guttural voice, "NURGLE'S HERALD HAS RETURNED AT LAST! LET THIS PLACE ROT AND WITHER, AND MAKE LIFE ANEW!"

"How lucky" Alphonsine said as it came into view just exactly what the Guardsmen were excited about. The guardsmen themselves already slightly towered over her, but to match the height of the Astartes the one of the twins would need to stand on the others shoulders pretty much. Lily though appeared distracted as they walked to greet their allies she scanned the skyline. It was clear she expected some sort of attack due to the large force being deployed. A guardsman ran up to Commander Howlett and muttered something, his teeth gritted.
"Greetings Astartes... Brother Captain I take it?" said Alphonsine upon looking at the armour. "Your presence here honours us, my lord. Not only as the Angels of Death, but the carriers of his purging flame. Welcome" as usual Lily's welcome seemed to be a touch better. The remaining battle sisters of their order had gathered behind, bowing to the Astartes as a sign of respect. Of course as it was a battlefield they were all armed, which did make it slightly harder for some of them to do so.

"Greetings, Sisters." said Ve'Carr. " Yes, Brother Captain it is." Ve'Carr looked into the sky as he expected some more things to land in the city. " We are proud to fight by your side and purge the enemies of the Emperor," said Ve'Carr as what he was expecting came into view. The Salamanders Storm Eagle followed by two Storm Talons. The Guardsmen cleared the area so the craft could land. They landed, the hatches opening. Out of the Storm Eagle came five more Terminators, the battalions apothacary and librarian. The people stared in awe, until asked to help unload equipment from the storm eagle, which they happily agreed. Ve'Carr greeted the marines walking out, turning to Commander Howlett, " Where is a building we can set up base camp?" Howlett answered, pointing to a large building with a vehicle bay and landing pad on the roof," there is your HQ, make yourself at home." " Thank you," said Ve'Carr, commanding his troops to move to the building.

The battle was won. The dark eldar were retreating now, dying in droves as they fell back from the slashing and tearing horde of the daemons. Only one more of his elite had been killed, the astartes had taken a blast pistol point blank to the face, a charred hole where his face had been. No matter, with the numerous daemonic reinforcements, the loss of a few astartes was next to nothing. Turning, he sees the former sister armed with a whip kill one of the last stragglers. She looked distracted. Turning again he sees a great, bloated form pull itself from the depths of the land itself. All around it, eldar and humans, both living and dead, wre covered over by a layer of mold and fungus as well as a great tide of insects. Walking over to the huge being, he barks out.

"I am Alphonsine D'Corus, Canoness of the Ordo Divinus Ensis" said Alphonsine hastily after realising none of them had actually properly introduced themselves. It was not often the order was involved with Astartes so she was not quite used to giving such a formal introduction. "And I am Lily D'Corus, Palatine of the Ordo Divinus Ensis. Forgive my sister she liked to watch the artists create murals and maintain existing ones on our planet. No doubt she was simply lost admiring your armour " said Lily, Alphonsine was slightly taken aback at this. Ulgoth heard the two shouts towards him, and he looked down to see an Astartes and a human female in the robes of a sorceress. There was a slight pause after the Sorceress' challenge to send him back to the Warp. Suddenly, he threw his head back and laughed, the sound a booming, yet sickening sound for all to hear.
When he spoke, it was slow and purposeful, with a hint of concern, as a father would to his children. And all the while, the buzzing sound was ever-persistent.
"You are bold, little ones. Truly bold. Were your small band of followers to not give shelter to my disciples, I would kill you where you two stand. But that is not why I am here." He gestured to the far away Imperial Fortress. "Father Nurgle has been watching this planet and its inhabitants. He envisions something greater for it: a grand Garden of Decay and Death. I am but an emissary of this message of His Love for all creatures, and I wish to spread it to this system first and foremost. You are most welcome to join me and my own Little Ones." he pointed to his feet, where little Nurglings and Plague-Bearers crowded about him and embraced the necrotic, feastering folds. "But Father Nurgle understands if you have business of your own, and decide to stand in my way. He will simply make another offer to you at a later time..." After delivering this ill-concealed threat, he gurgled another chuckle. The miniature icons of the Plague-God began to chuckle and laugh with him.

Daston ducked as the Imperial pointed right at him. Then he realised he was talking about a landing pad behind him, so he turned. The thought of a Salamanders battle group here angered him greatly, as he could not stand those green-armoured idiots, always showing up late. So he went down from the roof through the door to the landing pad, finding himself in a base clearly designed for Astartes use.
I should try and sabotage this place the Blood Angel thought to himself. Walking around, he came across a room full of machinery. Not knowing what to do with it, he threw a krak grenade into the room. The bang was muffled by the hastily-shut door. Walking off and around a corner, three Salamander Tactical Marines leveled thier bolters at him.
"Who are you?" asked one of them. Daston didn't answer, but unsheathed one of his power swords and raised his pistol. The three marines clicked thier safeties off.
"I said who are you?" shouted the marine. This time, Daston answered the man by firing the plasma-bolter. Two rounds ripped from the barrel, leaving blue trails streaking across the room. The bullets slammed into his chest, spraying blood and guts all over the room. The marine crumpled to the floor, his chest a torn and charred mess. Before the other two Marines could react, another of the rounds had splattered one of thier heads on the wall. Daston fired the jump pack, sending him flying forward in a shoulder barge that covered the whole twenty feet seperating the two Astartes. He hit the Salamander like a bullet, the swing of his sword following the impact of his shoulder plate. Daston left the marine gasping for his life with his upper body split upwards almost from hip to opposite shoulder, and walked back to the roof like nothing had happened. He then jumped to the next building with aid from his jump pack, and continued on untill he was outside the fortress.
There he would wait until he calmed down.

Lynessa's calming words were enough to stop the herald of nurgle from getting pulverised by close-range sonic fire, but little more. Kaless was still one of the warriors that had the foul demon firmly within their sights, ready to unleash enough firepower to at least injure the powerful monstrosity. "Why should this thing remain here? Why can we not simply banish it back to the warp now? It shouldn't be here!"
However, as she spoke, one of the demonettes stepped forwards, and said "it iss the dark prinssse' wishhh that thesse demonsss of the plaguefather join our ssside. A deal hass been made, and ssshall be upheld."
The circle of emperor's children and Kaless all lowered their sonic blasters at this, but were still suspicious of the creature. They moved off without letting it out of their sight, Kaless following after Lynessa.

Lynessa released one of the wyches at Kaless as a first stage of the training. Kaless dodged a shot from the eldar's pistol, then brought her body back up putting all her strength into it, catapulting herself into the wych pistol first, unleashing two shots that between tore the wych's arm off. Kaless threw her sonic blaster to the ground. Something told her that wasn't what Lynessa wanted, and she didn't want to waste sacrifices to the Dark Prince. Instead, she let the wych dive in with a punch dagger whipping in, letting it deflect off her armour before whipping her neural whip around the eldar's neck and pulling it tight. The mixture of utter pain and lack of oxygen would have caused any normal human to die, but the eldar's strong will simply caused her to faint. She looked back up at Lynessa expectantly. "Was that what you wanted?"

If i had not been for the daemon inhabiting him, he would have likely expired from the heat of these ash-wastes long ago, but now he felt nothing but a gentle warmth. He had ben out here for decades. No, minutes. No, days. The influence of the maelstrom coupled with the daemon lurking within him had left him with trouble percieving mortal concepts of time out here, even while others could. He never slept now, he had stopped the pointless practice long ago soon after he had realised he had no need of it. The powers of the warp had called him here, for what reason he knew not.
He had killed several squads of guardsmen out here, their comparitivly slow reactions made them easy targets for him, they were like insects to him, one casual blow and they were crushed.

The ground trembled, splinting and cracking, ruins shook and burst of fire and acidic sparked to life. The fire flowed, forming ash and the ash formed stone, becoming bone and rotting flesh. A howl broke the silence as a bolt of lightning cascaded from the skies to greet the foul monster that now had arrived upon the world, it's heads searched for prey, of any caliber. It was starving, it's heads turned and found a small child standing before it, the beasts slavering heads darted forward, and tore it to shreds as they feasted upon the small animal, but a single thought broke it's feasting. It had been great, a champion of it's people, reduced to this? It growled, trying to form words, but all that formed from it's snapping maws where a jumbled mass of growls and heavy hissing. It roared, it would regain favor, it would spill blood, feast and slaughter nations, its heads pulled up and it's wings spread as it lifted from the scorched earth and searched the area for life to snuff out....

Kaless was now taking on one of the better wyches: One of those with a set of special weapons, which flicked between flails and swords at any point in time. Kaless was dodging, stepping to the right then ducking, before spinning off to her left. Then she saw her opening: She focused her mind on the point of her whip and swung it, forcing the wych backwards into a wall. She levelled her bolt pistol and fired. The neural whip may be a good weapon, but sometimes a bolt pistol is all that's needed. The new arrival nodded, obviously not expecting psychic powers to be used by one who looked to be a mere warrior.

They were anticipating the fight ahead, and the chance to spread numerous gifts to the untainted and pure.

Kaless watched her new opponent carefully, waiting for his first move, but he seemed content for her to make the first attack. Focusing her mind as she had been taught, she let the power of the Dark Prince flow through her mark into the whip as she had been taught, then unleashed it, smashing her mind into his. He was ready for it, though, and only staggered back slightly as if he had practiced for it for hours. Then Kaless' leg was spinning round to try and trip him, but he had recovered and dodged with remarkable speed, leaping over the foot. Then her whip span round aiming at his neck from the other direction, but he fell back, leaning back so that it passed over him, then ducking to the side to dodge a bolt.
Then the techmarine was on the offensive, his own lash moving towards her lightning-fast. She rolled backwards, barely dodging it, then sprung up, barely dodging a bolt from his combi-bolter. She could tell that he would win. Their whips met in mid-air, his overpowering hers and causing her to stumble back a few steps: Plenty enough for him to move in and give her a hearty kick in the stomach. Her power armour took some of the blow, but she was still sent down to the ground, head spinning. He started to walk away, but she levelled her bolt pistol at him and took aim, letting three bolts fire straight at him... Only to be stopped by his demonic armour.

The flames began to spurt and flow from the dragon-beasts mouth.....

Then Kaless stepped out from behind Gareva, sonic blaster raised, and fired. The blast smashed into both the heads at once, sending it backwards a few feet, the flames now completely gone. Kaless Gareva and Lynessa were all taking aim at the creature, ready to destroy the thing or die trying. They were warriors of She Who Thirsts, and no Tzeench monster would destroy them.

Kaless somersaulted back, landing on all fours, then used the position to spring forwards in a full-on sprint. She dodged another burst of psychic flame the jumped and kicked the creature in one of the heads, her whip coming round to smack into the other head. The thing stumbled back, but its mind was still far too powerful, pushing her back about 20 feet.

Syrath's weakened body arched back as he raised his hands in the air, flames sprouting from the palms of his hands and forming a cascade of lightning which burnt and sparked as it slammed into the tech priest and warrior of Slannesh. He grinned and laughed as each warrior was momentarily stunned, but quickly realised that in reality he was outmatched.

He bellowed, laughing at her terrified reaction. With a grin, he took his place back in his throne, his mind drifting back to the battle. The initial assault had had mixed results. In some areas the forces of chaos had overwhelmed imperial forces, and in others had been completly repeled. But what mattered now was that they had large amounts of troops on the planet's surface, and access to daemonic reinforcements. How they would mount a second offensive, striking the imperials from all sides, and if all went to plan, the loyalist dogs would be overwhelmed. He had no home here, as he was sleepless and could sustain himself indefinatly, without food and he needed next to no equipment but his flak vest, old guard uniform and axe. "Very well, then," Ulgot rumbled. "If the servants of the Young God will not attack the Imperials, then Nurgle's will go ahead."
With that, the Great Unclean One slowly lumbered towards the Imperial fortress some distance away, with the smaller minions advancing forwards, gibbering and chattering. Meanwhile, the ground beneath their feet turned to a green, soup-like swamp, the decay of the land acting as a vanguard for the approaching army.

From a windswept cliff edge, Archon Vileth watched brightly painted reavers duel with iron-fanged Helions over the fathoms deep chasm below them. The angry swarm moved back and forth in angry motion, the incredible agility of the Helions matched by the weight and acceleration of the Reavers. The skills been displayed were nothing short of breathtaking, expert riders flipping and whirling their machines at spine shattering speed. These were the legendary riders of the Iron Thorn kabal, born from gangs that have been torn apart and rebuilt and torn down again. Like a phoenix they have risen again, from the ashes thousands of times over. Their loyalty was invaluable, and skill unmatched.
Vileth turned and returned to his palace-fortress. He stepped into a vast ampethetere, decorated with a galaxy of flaming lanterns, each the size of bonfires. He was like an insect, compared to the vastness of his palace. Mighty tapestries hung from either side of his throne displaying the many mighty victories of his Kabal over the lesser races of the galaxy.
"My Archon, your Kabal stands ready. We await your word." rumbled Yngarl from his side.
Vileth lightly nodded his head, and walked proudly to his awaiting ravager. His Haemonculli had recently implanted mighty eagle like wings, re-arranging his musculature structure relatively easily and quickly, and implanting hundreds of years of experience and expertise into his memories. He would have his revenge on those brutish apes. Arcane weaponry designed for the soul purpose of banishing warp spawn has been brought up from the vasy crypts below, powerful enough to suspend even a titan construct indefinably.

Then she tried out the other power she had found: The ability to craft holograms with her mind, in a similar way to how she used her mind with her whip. Daston was standing with his plasma-bolter pointing at two Battle Sisters, surrounded by bits of Guardsmen and a lot of blood. The Battle Sisters had dropped their weapons and where attempting to reason with the Blood Angel, but to no avail. The Black Rage was rampaging through his mind, ravaging all his senses and his judgement. Daston had shot the Guardsmen that had not been foolish enough to attempt to melee him with chainswords. Only three of them were still alive, and unfortunately they all had Meltaguns. The Sisters were talking to Daston, frantically trying to calm the Blood Angel before he killed them. It had worked, for the moment, and Daston was arguing with them at this particular moment. “You are a traitor, Angel!” screamed one of them. “What do you know, Sororita! I have been fighting the Emperor’s enemies since before the turning of the century!” roared Daston. The other Sister bristled and loosed two bolt shells at the Blood Angel, both of them pinging harmlessly off his Power Armour. Enraged, Daston fired full auto across the clearing, the first Sister diving to the side but the second got caught in the hail of rounds along with the Meltagunners, her head exploding like a frag grenade, but with more blood. “Lily!” screamed the first Sister. She swung out from her hiding place as soon as Daston’s clip was empty. She squared up on Daston’s helmetless head. She didn’t need to pull the trigger. A green Power Sword had been driven through the Blood Angel, causing him to spit blood and drop his Bolter. His breathing to become short and ragged. The unmistakable sound of a Plasma gun energising came from behind him, and Daston knew he was doomed. He cursed himself for taking his Jump Pack off, he could have escaped easily with that on. Then a massive cloud of blood and explosive energy erupted from the Blood Angel’s chest, extinguishing his life. <character change> Caldrek pulled his blade from the remains of the marine and let it fall forward, landing among the contents of it’s chest. The Battle Sister turned and fled, running as fast as she could. Caldrek withdrew the blade into the pistol, and then holstered the pistol. Another Necron walked up and picked up the fallen Plasma-Bolter, of his own design. “We just gonna let her get away?” asked Rephosus, rifling through the marine’s ammo and looting it all. “No point in killing her really, is there?” replied Caldrek. “After all, we are here to scout the area and see if we can find the entrance to the Tomb beneath.” He picked up the marine’s Power Swords, handing one to Rephosus. Then they moved on, Gravity Packs humming slightly as they took to the skies and two of the the three Triarch Praetorians that had accompanied them closed back in around them as they went, the third beeing shot down.

She ducked out from around the corner and fired her plasma pistol three times. She was pissed and clearly the Emperor was guiding her through this. Two blasts hit one of the Necrons in the shoulder, the third hitting the power source on the heretic's weapon causing it to detonate. The second flew off.
Alphonsine walked up to the fallen Necron and fired until there was nothing left then kept firing. She turned to her fallen sister her fist clenched. "Take her... and him..." she said solemnly. It was a stench that emptied a populace's stomach contents time and time again. It was a sight that stole a man's heart and utterly crushed it. From beyond the heavy walls of the fortress, a green miasmic cloud trudged forward. At the forefront of this hazy fog were the marching daemons of the Plague God, their misshapen and bloated forms disgusting to behold. They sang songs of death and decay, of the love that Nurgle provided for them all, and the promise of that love to be given freely to all members of this side of reality. The constant buzz of flies accompanied their music-making, growing ever louder until men with weaker wills were slowly driven mad. But the worst ever was the gargantuan Greater Daemon who led this merry-making band. Ulgot towered over them all, ever-grinning with blackened gums and worn-down teeth. If there was any hope of driving away the newly arrived warband from the Maelstrom, that hope had diminished to dust with the arrival of Nurgle's forces.

Muttered Morgoth to the two elite astartes guard at his door, a humming blastmaster in each's hands. With a slight nod, the two power armoured forms leave the tent, the only things inside him and the Wych in the corner. Moving to the middle of the room, Morgoth sits down crosslegged, the room illuminated in a strange, dim blue light. After servral minutes of silence, the light grew in brightness, the bright light washing though the tent. Kaless was up against another of the wyches again. There weren't many left, so she'd been trying not to kill them when she beat them in combat. Spreading her wings, she flew as close to straight up as she could, then tried to hover, firing her sonic blaster that had been set on its lowest setting: Only She Who Thirsts would think to add a torture setting to her weapons. The shot was off target by only a few inches, yet that was plenty for a wych trying to dodge. The wych fired its splinter pistol in return, forcing Kaless to draw her wings in to avoid being hit, sending her nearly crashing to the ground before she could recover. This winged fighting was being difficult to learn.
Ok then, that needs a bit more practice, but let's try my other new trick. She landed, still a little more joltily than she would have liked, then let the wych come closer. Just as the wych was within striking distance, she unleashed a chain with her mind that wrapped itself around the wych, binding her arms and legs. Then she flicked her neural whip and knocked out the wych, before withdrawing the chains and throwing the wych back into the cell. Then she rose once again, determined to use her wings as a stable firing platform.

Ready or not we need to strike now. Prepare the Exterminatus so that even if we fall in this fight the Emperor's holy flame shall burn this taint from this world. I leave my Sisters in your command...".

Lynessa looked at kaless training with the wych, she felt she had to train a little too and ordered 3 wyches to be brought to her. When they arrived she walked towards them bare armed in normal robes she began speaking. ''I will give you an offer, if you manage to kill me you will gain your freedom but if i kill you your souls will be fed to the twin headed dragon!'' All three of them took combat positions and began rushing towards her. She stood still when the first one prepared to strike, lynessa unleashed warp fire around the wyches body she fell down burning and crying until nothing of her was left. The second wych tried to outsmart her and tried to stab her in the back but just when she wanted to strike lynessa dissapeared only to reappear again behind the wych, she simply kicked her down and with nothing more then a finger unleashed doombolts towards the wych. The black energy consumed her and lynessa could feel the wychs soul go towards the dragon. The last wych had some kind of spiked whip and tried to strangle lynessa with it but she never hit mark. Every time she struck lynessa disappeared only to reappear again. The wych was getting desperate now and rushed towards her, she formed a chain in her mind and the wych fell on the ground the chains of torment materializing, lynessa walked up to the wych and with a whisper said. ''I will spare you for my love so he can feast on your soul!''

Syrath watched as Blood Reaper and his Bloodletter cohorts dragged more bodies to the burning pit, screaming praise to Khorne before lobbing the bloody limp objects into the fire, Syarth sneered as bolts of lightning and energy tore reality apart above the pit, four large, arched pillars of burnt bone formed as the Warp and Reality mixed. Finally it happened, a streak and cascade of thunder revealed a group of Horrors of Tzeentch, their bodies a twisted mockery of reason, and as they stumbled, cackling and laughing from the rift in Reality, warp fire spouted up and a gust of Warp energy set the surrounding area alight while Syrath watched with devious joy. He would leave this world as a broken and ash filled hell hole.

"I think this ones alive, sir"
"Is she one of them or one of us?"
I'm not sure sir, buts she's stirring. I guess we're about to find out."
I come to, four, no two figures stand before me. I can't make them out clearly as their images splits into four then six copies of themselves. Their features contort and twist into something barely recognisable as human. Then theirs that infernal ringing! I'm backing away now trying to escape this horror, this nightmare.
"Easy, easy." A hand reaches towards me, it mutates into two, as it stretches towards my shoulder. I shrink away, retreating further away from the daemons.
"Stay away from me, choas scum!" I spit at them as I work myself into a ball.
"Woah! We're Imperials" I come out slowly, the figures before me have now melted into two easily identible shapes, clearly human, clearly Imperial. An officer and a sergeant. There was other shapes around me to bodies wearing the same uniform as I am, the black flack vest and grey fatigues, thiers also the wreckage of a valkyrie imbedded in a building directrely above me. "You have a name?" The manstanding before me asks.
"Sergeant Calamity Cyrine. 301st Tracryn 40232188" I say with almost automan quality, its been drilled into me that well.
"Tracryn, I didn't know they were here" The officer replies "Well it seems what was of your unit has been decimated, so you may as well come with us, seargent" I follow, but I stumble and cry out as I put pressure on my left leg, as the world seems to go black. The sergeant moves to assist me just as I slip under unconsicionous once more.

He had been walking for more hours now, well at least it seemed like that. 7 more guard dead, 9 more cultists and one more chaos astartes. Too easy. These humans had exeptionly bad night vision, and the marine had never heard him coming. In this part of the word it was pitch black, the dead of night. Ah, more guard. They had set up a couple of tents and some lights, three stood on watch. This would be easy. With a great daemonic roar he charges, closing in unnaturaly fast with the first man. Before he can react, his head is sent flying in a burst of blood with a casual backhand. This would be very easy.

"Alphonsine wait...." but she never turned around. Ve'Carr looked down the street to see more of his men landing. He thought to himself that he could stop this, but the Sisters words burned in his mind. He contacted the ship, "Prepare for Exterminatus, if I give the order you blow the planet sky high. If your ship is destroyed, make sure you drop the bombs with the ships dying breath." Ve'Carr got off the channel, his men running into the barracks. The vehicles going to the bay. Ve'Carr punched a hole in a wall. But then he smelled it, the stench, and could hear the flies. Nurgle. Without moving Ve'Carr shouted, "Prepare for battle Imperials."

After walking for a while she could see the front lines, guardsmen hiding in trenches and taking shots at cultists doing the same. She climbed up over the trench wall and ran right at the enemy. Shots from the cultist's weapons bounced harmlessly off of her armour before she jumped down into their trench. Running along she cut down cultist after cultist surrounded by a faint golden glow. The Rose's Thorn glew bright turquoise as the divine power of the Emperor surged through it.; effortlessly cutting through everything that stood in her path. A Leman Russ rolled slowly over the trenches heading for the guardsmen's lines. She ducked into the trench and waited for it to pass before standing back up and firing into its engines at the rear. At first it glew blue from the plasma, but soon it changed to a faint orange and a dull roar as its engines detonated.
She climbed out of the trench and continued to walk in the same direction.

Kaless was finally preparing for combat. She had trained much in the past day, and was more than ready to join the attack. Adding the power of the Dark Prince to her whip, and putting her sonic blaster to full power, she stretched her wings before hiding them with simple psychic power. This would be fun when she finally found the Sisters of Battle here for her.

Syrath's twin heads sneered at the sight of his marching troops, the beat of drums and sound of war horns echoing through his ears as his hosts once again railed to war. He watched as Blood Reaper raised a flaming banner, Syrath's twin skull symbol borne on the surface of the fluttering black parchment and several helms and skulls from defeated enemy leaders and champions, cracked and rusted. He chuckled as he turned away from his hosts as they marched towards their nearest target, Syrath materialised his staff and bore it aloft in the air and sent a crackling wave of energy and sparks into the air, a message to his allies to met with him as he prepared another ritual....

Kaless was with the dragon soon after Lynessa, now well enough practiced with her wings to be able to fly at a speed far faster than running. She had her whip and bolt pistol ready, and would fight anything told to. Before the dragon started speaking, she said one thing. "The leader of the Sisters of Battle will be my kill. They will want one-on-one combat, and so do I, so that is what shall happen."

The Necrons landed at the co-ordinates where the Tomb Complex Entrance should have been. In it's place, there was a tall, but decrepid building on top of a small hill. It looked like it could have been a hospital at some point.
"Vargard to Skyhammer" voiced Caldrek, using the mental link that served as a Necron Vox to contact his Dynasty's flagship. Nemesor Tokarn, the Dynasty's Phaeron, had found the ship's name whilst digging through it's computer files. It turned out the Skyhammer was one of the best ships in the entire pre-heresy fleet that would evolve into Battlefleet Gothic, carrying an experimental weapon system. The Necrons had used the weapon extensivley in the 10 Millenia that they had commanded the vessel, ranging from destroying Imperial Titans on the ground to cutting Tyranid hive ships apart. On top of the already massively powerful Necron weapons, the Skyhammer was now a Galaxy-spanning supercraft, feared by any that sought to engage Necrons in Spacecraft warfare.
"Vargard this is Skyhammer" came the gunner of the main weapon, obviously diverted by Nemesor Tokarn from the bridge. "Whaddya want me to shoot?"
"Building on hill, 100 metres to our North" interrupted Rephosus. "Level it, including the hill"
"Affirmative, locking now"
Looking at Rephosus, Caldrek asked what that was.
"What, I called a lot of Air Strikes in my Emperor's Children Scout days" answered Rephosus. Caldrek shook his head in disbelief. A moment later, a massive emerald energy shaft roared out of the cloud layer, making the immediate area around it illuminate bright green. The beam impacted the hill with the force of a meteorite. The building was reduced to a lot of molten slag that was thrown iinto the air, raining on the surrounding area. The hill was reduced to a crater, at the bottom of which was the top of a tunnel that had been busted open.
"How was that? I didn't hit you did I?"
"No, you didn't Skyhammer, you took out the target like you were supposed to" laughed one of the Praetorians. Caldrek ordered Skyhammer to reload and await furthur instructions. The Necrons walked down into the tunnel, and into the Tomb Complex.

"Hear me now, little mortals," Ulgot rumbled. "Father Nurgle has given this world the dubious honor of becoming a glorious Plague world, bristling with all the wonders and delights of His garden. Songs of praise will forever be shouted to the heavens of this achievement for all eternity. But as he is a caring God, Father Nurgle gives you a choice. You may leave orbit and spread the good news to your Rotting Imperium so that your Corpse Emperor may join him in Holy Union, or can become a part of this garden and accept whole-heartedly His loving embrace." As he finished, he hauked a globble of spit at the front lines. The saliva-coated projectile smacked into one of the walls. The ceramite hissed and sizzled as it was eaten away. "Your consent, of course, is not necessary," he added, chuckling with mirth and malice together. "You have one hour to give your response."

I moan as I place pressure on my leg its bad but not as bad as it was earlier. I hobble towards my kit at the bottom of my bed, I need to get dressed. The uniform has changed, to that of my adoptive regiment. Apparentley, the Tracryn 301st had never been to this world and been destroyed a year earlier. This had raised some questions as I had also been listed as MIA in the same year. In the end it was put down to a glitch in the system. I'd been cleared and adopted into the regiment, even allowed to keep my rank and get a squad. Once I get out of the field hospital that is...
"Going somewhere sergeant?" I turn, the doctor stands behind me eyeing me curiously. I smile walking towards him, trying to walk as normal as possible. I flinch from the extra pain that causes and I try desperatley to hide it.
"Yeah, just getting my stuff. Thinking of getting an early discharge. I mean, I'm not badly injured and will only take up your time when the more heavily injured start flowing in"
"Your not going anywhere, your leg could be broken for all we know and your not going to help by wakling around on it. Now get back to bed." My smile fades to a frown, I hate doctors, stubborn gits. I comply neverless. But, my mind still attempts to make escape plans. I will get the early discharge. My resolve only strengthens as the attack I knew was coming, hits home. I know broken leg or not, they're going to need me.

"Sameil'a! You got a mission!"
The custodian tossed a Lasgun and a knife through the shutter, telling her to get ready.
"Just follow my lead, OK?"
The door slid opened, and the shackled and tortured body of Atris plodded through it. The owner of the body was gone. As the custodian kicked at her feet, she was thrown into the barren wastes.

"Sounds like fun." With that, Kaless disappeared into the sky, shooting over the battle and watching all that was going on beneath her. It all looked like a normal enough battle, except... That Leman Russ had been destroyed from behind, yet it was facing the enemy and bearing chaos markings! And further in the direction from which it had been shot, far more dead cultists than anywhere else on the battlefield. And, now she looked closely, a sister of battle, a canoness, carving her way through them. Well then, let's end this.
Kaless landed silently about a hundred yards behind the sister of battle. She used basic illusion to hide anything unnatural about her other than the mark of slaanesh, Her wings and the aura of power surrounding the whip now invisible to all but psykers. Then she fired her bolt pistol, the shot bouncing off her enemy's armour as had been intended. Her enemy turned in a split second, fury in her eyes, ready to kill anyone. The canoness uttered the words "Die, chaos scum," before starting a full charge, only to stop short when Kaless removed the illusion and spread her wings, lifting herself a yard off the ground and raising her weaponry. "Are you ready to die, Sister, or do you wish to do the wise move and join the dark prince?"

''Form up rows in ranks prepare to clash with the enemy, heavy hitters take the front blood reaper lead the charge i will be watching you, you may be daemons but i can still stick a powersword up in your arse! Now move it!'' Lynessa disappeared again reappearing behind a commissar. She took his head and ripped it off, the guardsmen only noticed when she threw his head towards them and with a seducing voice began speaking. ''Come get me if you want to'' And she let parts of her clothes disappear on purpose. ''Just as planned'' She thought as one guardsmen rushed towards her without hesitation, the power sword split him in two. The others opened fire on her but they never hit mark, she either disappeared or they where shooting at an illusion that never existed. She burned another three guardsmen using warp fire. ''now came the fun part'' She thought to herself she saw the guardsmen began getting scared, she unleashed the reality of the warp in their minds. They fell to the ground crying one even defecated himself.
''the work was done'' She thought when her chosen arrived armed with the whips she had ordered them to, They where the perfect taskmasters. She ordered the slaaneshi ones to move towards gareva to aid him but the tzeentchian sorcerers stayed with her. Their power enlarged by the dragon like her.

Sending his flaming fist through another guardsman's ribcage, Tarkus spins round to catch a second in the throat, the force of the blow nearly severing his head. Letting the two, gurgling men fall to the ground, he ducks under a salvo of autogun fire, not that he needed to, they were unlikely to harm him. With a daemonic roar, he lunges foward, the man's terrified face millemetres from his. The guard was deathly pale and shaking wildly, he would be no threat. Cackling madly, Tarkus spits on the man's face, the loyalist dog screaming as the red liquid burns through his skull and into his brain, twitching horribly as he slumps to the ashen ground. That was the last of the group. Too weak, he needed stronger prey, these humans were no danger.
Moving out of the camp's weak glow, he goes off back into the wastes, on the hunt for more creatures to decimate.

Kaless struck out, but as she had expected the canoness was skillful and easily dodged before striking back with her sword, which was parried by the whip. They circled, each trying to gain an advantage, then the canoness struck, her sword going a perfect arc, splitting the image in two...
Kaless laughed as she flew down, letting go the invisibility that she had been using on herself since she had created that image. She kicked the canoness in the back of the head, but the opponent recovered quickly, swinging her power sword round, though Kaless was well out of its reach. Then the canoness fired her pistol, plasma missing her head by a small margin, before the canoness was forced to dodge retaliation fire herself. Then Kaless was flying in, dodging a stab and summoning chains to bind the Sister of Battle, but she resisted and the chains never came into existance. Then they were apart again, preparing for the next bout of this most deadly of games.

The sounds of battle are growing louder and I become more restless. I need to get out, I can't fail my mission. I sneak out of bed silently working my way back to my kit. Something tells me the doctor won't be back this time, probably dealing with the more urgent casulaties. I work myself into my kit quickly yet as quietly as possible. I holster my pistol, this had also been replaced for a newer version like my armour, and my sword, which is the same as always. I pick up my aquila amulet last, its a relativley small thing, yet its somehow not how I remember it. Its coating is shiny and new, yet the amulet itself seems old and battered scratches are worked across its surface, some show a hint of red. I can't quite remember where I had aquiried the amulet, it had been a gift, no an award for what I'm not quite sure. I give up trying to remember it doesn't really matter, I fasten it around my all to familiar neck. Now, how to get out of here.
I examine the room I'm in. Its small, with my bed, medical equipment and a table that housed my kit. It has a single window and a door. I try the door, only to find its locked. Great, the doctor must of guessed I would want to go for walkies... I examine the window more closley, it unlocked but I'm on the first floor. Great , I'm going to find it dificult escaping with my bad leg. I curse my bad luck, and the doctor even if its for my own good. I want to help! I go back to lying on my bed staring straight up at the ceiling as I formulate more plans to escape, my prison.

Syrath's shadow covered the squad of unwary Guard, before the Daemon crashed down on them, reducing most of the puny mortals to a bloody paste, while the few who remained bones cracked and bodies shattered. Syrath chuckled as a quick swipe of his talons snuffed out the life from the humans and looked up to see a grizzly looking Astartes staring down at him from a roof top, the marines body covered by several rounds of ammunition and grenades, a Sniper Rifle was strapped to his back and in his hands lay a sawed-off Shot gun and in the other a small Power Sword. The Marine jumped down, crashing into the ground and stood before Syrath, the Daemon leered as Hunter arose, seething his Power Sword and Shot Gun he spoke in a hollow voice;
"Syrath, it has been a long time, I expected you to be on your throne as a broken husk, but here you stand before me. Tell me, did the Wolf escape, or was his last howl a painful one?"
Syrath's heads sneered, the sour lack of emotion and hatred in Hunters words pleased the Greater Daemon, and he still needed Hunter;
"The Wolf is dead, however I have a matter for you to attend to, spy on these three individuals, while they seem loyal, treachery is met by one thing and one thing alone. Report every 24 galactic hours and remember our deal 'Hunter', you'll get your money if you get the job done, unlike your partners."
Hunter's head jolted up, Syrath chuckled as he threw down a Marines helm, Hunter plucking it from the ground and studying it's cracked and rusted paint job. The rouge dropped it and moved towards Syrath;
"So, I'm guessing he didn't get the job done, well, Syrath, you should know I always get the job done."

The munitions from the Storm Talons blasted apart great rends into the plaugue army. When the smoke cleared, there were craters where they had detonated. The daemons paused to stare and contemplate what had happened. A tiny Nurgling struggled to climb out of one such crater. It lifted one fat arm out to its father, bleeding profusely from the stump of its waist, before it slowly scattered into dust before the wind. Then, Ulgot roared in disbelief and anguish.
"VERY WELL, THEN!" he barked. "YOUR SOULS WILL FOREVER ROT AND WRITHE IN PAIN AND SUFFERING!"
At once, several horns bellowed, signalling the long awaited attack. The Plague-bearers resumed their slow, ponderous march to the walls of the fortress, now howling and screaming in such unearthly voices. Flies began to pour in from every direction it seemed to harass with the defenders, and the ground which the walls stood cracked and green-ified and became ripe with terrible disease. Plague-swords waved in the air. The miasma of sickness increased and seeped through the cracks and ventilators to add their poisonous vapors to the flies. The Plague-Lord took lumbering steps until he was close enough to start hacking down plastasteel and concrete to dust with his massive weapon, creating a hole for which the others to go through.

The sounds of battle are getting even louder now. I'm pacing now, ignoring the pain that it brings, I need to get out of here. I know someones coming before I hear it and I have about a minute to make a plan and put it in action. When the doctor enters, to check on me. He sees me apparently gone and the window agape. He rushes towards it wondering if I had actually been stupid enough to go out the window. I answer his question as I hope out behind the door, slamming it shut and locking it. The doctors is now hammering furiously on it, won't be long before someone comes. I simply walk out the main exit, ducking around corners whenever a suitably high individual comes round. My heart hammers furiously at every one of these encounters, while I refuse even to breath. I'm overjoyed when I can move again, although I still get a lot of pain trying to walk normally and draw as little attention as possible. Its not long before I reach the exit, that had been easier than I thought, they must be to busy with casualties. The frontline musn't be going very well. Hopefully, I can make some difference, for better or for worse.

Alphonsine had reached what looked like a cultist camp. She walked in, killing the guards at the gate. Eventually she was surrounded by a few chaos Astartes. She smirked as the fight began, chain axes whirling past, blocking and cutting them at the handle. Ducking and avoiding sonic fire, the missed blasts punching through the lesser cultists swarming at the fight. Turning she fired her plasma pistol at the weapon, ensuring they wouldn't get a second chance to try and hit her. Turning back to the enraged beserker now wielding the handle of his broken axe she thrusted her blade into his chest; hiding behind its back as she pulled out her blade and using him to shield incoming bolt fire. As his body dropped she weaved again through some more cultists before coming face to face with one of the noise marines she had disarmed. Ducking under a punch she thrust her sword up through the lower torso and out of the top of his head before levelling her plasma pistol and firing at another; exploding as it entered his chest then dropping lifeless. She felt a sharp pain come from her back, a sword bursting out from her chest then sinking back. She turned and fired at the attacker as she fell, two shots connecting with his head then the remaining missing as she continued to fire while falling. On the ground, it the mud with a faint trickle of blood coming out of the corner of her mouth she aimed at the fuel depot. "I told you my way always worked... Lily..." she fired, igniting the entire camp and leaving it as little more than a charred crater.

Side-stepping the swing of the sword, Tarkus quickly reaches down to the dusty ground, plucking up his serrated axe which instantly becomes wreathed in baleful flame.
"Everyone is my enemy here, Atris. You've made sure of that."
He says, a fanged grin crossing his face ear-to-ear as he swings his axe foward.

Atris' chest was torn asunder as the axe's huge head was swung through. Bones and muscle were destroyed as Tarkus attacked. Lasguns opened fire from the grassy verge, flying to and fro.
"I die serving my Emperor, not some false idol as you."
Atris staggered, then fell to the floor in a pool of blood. Tears ran in joy.
"I have nothing for you to take, Tarkus."
She began to chuckle.

Tarkus roars in pain as the las-bolts impact against his temporarily human form, the shots leaving blackened burns across his body and tattered uniform. With a Daemonic howl, he raises one hand towards the assailants, two of the guard instantly catching fire, screaming horribly as they fall to the ashen ground. Spinning round, he catches a charging man across the face with his axe, the weapon passing through his skull like a hot knife through butter. Looking down at the chuckling form of Atris, he reaches down with one burnt hand to grasp her by the shoulder, as he slings her over his shoulder. His axe dematerialising, he crouches down to pluck up her sword in his free hand, beheading another foolish guard with a casual swing. Half an autogun clip passing though his gut, the wounds re-knitting together slowly, he starts moving towards the area he thought closest to the edge of the ash wastes. Tilting his head slightly, and with a slight chuckle, he whispers into her ear,
"Nevermore."

I've reached the front lines now as I jump in the Imperial trench. The enemy is almost upon them, they start joining us in our trench. I fire my las pistol at them. The beam of light catches one in the head, as he jumps in. He goes spirling as he falls, hiting the ground face first already dead. One of the cultists comes at me, I raise my pistol, but he knocks it away. Before slashing at me with his blade, I step away from it, while deflect it with my sword. I manage to deflect it, but it still cuts a light gash across my stomach. I stumble backwards, my leg threatening to give way. I'm starting to really regret leaving the hospital, what use is one more dead body? I block another blow as it comes in, before I launch my own attack, elbowing the man in the face. Now it is his turn to stumble backwards as he spits up blood. I don't pause to mock like he did. I follow up my attack with another, going in high with my sword. He blocks it just in time, but I follow the attack up with another going in low, he blocks this one as well but he is now on the defensive. I rain down several more blows upon him before he finally gives way. He fails to bring his defensive up in time and I remove his sword hand, severing it cleanly at the wrist. He doesn't even have time to register the pain as my next attack goes for the head. The body stands for sevral moments before it falls, following the head thats already rolling across the floor.
Around me the melee continues and their is an ever growing amount of bodies both dead and wounded from both sides. Even more cultists are pouring in, this probably isn't going to end well for the Imperials. Its probably not going to end well for either side, not when I'm here. I begin using the techniques that Valkor taught me, willing my powers to come. A small flame flickers and grows, spreading through the trench, it engulfs both the combatants, Imperial and traitors. It doesn't differentiate and neither do I. They both can burn if my Lord Valkor wills it.
I'm shaking now from the power I have released as I will the flames to spread, I know I'm not going to be able to hold it much longer. The flames flicker and die, as I give in. I'm alone know both sides holding back from the destruction they have just witnessed. It wouldn't be long before both sides are back though. I'll have to leave now though. I move slowly through the blackened remains, I'm still shaking and my leg hurts like hell. It will be a while before I can release that much power again. I'm laughing now, its sound strange over the unnatural silence. Yet it comforts me, its sound soothing to my ears. I move away from the trench as the two sides reenter to resume their combat, the blackened trenches start turning red again. I don't care who wins, I no longer have any love for the Imperials or these ignorant fools. I'm moving away from the combat towards the ash wastes.

Kaless circled her enemy, who seemed now to be growing weak, though Kaless could feel Slaanesh's power keeping her going. Time to finish this, she thought as she came in on the offensive. Her opponent certainly had been powerful, but it was time for this to end. Dodging her opponent's blade, she brought in the whip, slightly faster than her enemy could react, and wrapped it round the neck of her former enemy. All that was left was a writhing body, before Kaless ended it with her bolt pistol. Time to find a challenge, she thought, flying off to find the leader of this sorry bunch of sisters, or at the very least a sergeant.
A short flight later she had been found, fighting her way through masses of cultists. Cultists are easy, let's see how you fare against a real opponent. She landed behind the enemy, seeing that this time she was up against a skillful opponent, and fired her pistol an inch above the enemy's head. The sister turned, and saw only another sister of battle, but with a mark of slaanesh on her cheek instead of the flower. An anger known to few was in her enemy's mind, she could tell that, and was immediately planning how to use it.

All of the guard who had attempted to stop him had long been outpaced or killed, their attacks had had barely any effect on him. They were very near the edge of the ash wastes, he could tell as it was slightly colder here. He had been near here before and knew there was a small renegade camp nearby, an imperial outpost that had been overwhelmed by the traitors amongst their own ranks. They might be able to do something, their medics were not crude butchers like those of the cultists, nor the maniacs of the chaos astartes. He regreted what he had done, but she had left him no choice.

Atris hung limp over the shoulder of Tarkus. She was completely still. No more blood pumped through her body, no more air rushed to her lungs. She was seemingly asleep, never to wake up again. Once in orbit she flew for the source; a familiar looking ship. The one she had arrived on, its hull a twisted abomination. She burst through the side of it and began to head for the engines. Twisted mockaries of the crew were cut down by the dozen as she reached her target. Her light now beginning to grow dim, she thrust her sword into the engine. No longer possessing even enough strength to pull it back out she fell to her knees; blood began to seep out from the corner of her mouth once more.
Her lifeless body retained this pose for the last few moments of the ship's existence. Its warp drive compromised roared violently, ripping itself out of place and making the jump alone. Tearing the space surrounding it as it did so. The ship now sundered in two was quickly engulfed in the fires of its exploding plasma reactors; leaving nothing but a faint glow in the sky.

I'm aware who you are representing, and I know that he destroyed an entire planet along with the Brotherhood of Orion's last members and an entire Space Wolf legion. I don't care. We are not going to join you, so feth off. Where did you get these codes anyway?"
Ignoring the question, Caldrek responded midstride.
"You wouldn't join your own Dynasty when it turns up with the weapons to destroy the entire planet should you refuse?"
"Ah, but you are not from my Dynasty, and this world belongs to his Majesty the Stormlord."
"What, so Imotekh thinks he can steal a Tomb World from us!?" exclaimed Rephosus, coming forward with the Praetorians and leveling his gun at the Overlord's head. Caldrek knew that Reph had designed that gun to scramble reanimation circuits. If the Overlord was shot down, he was dead.
Calm down Reph. said Caldrek across the mental 'wi-fi' that ran through this Dynasty's upper ranks.
I know, I know came the reply.
The Overlord had sprang to his feet, slaming his fists on the table. Something corroded during his latest snooze, thought Caldrek, and heard Reph's laugh boom within his head, although nothing came out loud.
"How dare you call the Stormlord by his name! This world has been among the Stormlord's for as long as I can remember, and we will not give up anything to you at all."
"Then we will take it by force. Skyhammer, come in."
"Read you Vargard. What do you need?" It was Nemesor Tokarn's voice, the one Necron who would carry out this request with impunity.
"I need a medium-to-large Invasion force. This imbecile wont give up the resources we require." Nemesor Tokarn said something, but it was drowned out by the calamity of the room. Caldrek thought he heard the Nemesor say thirty minutes, but he could have been wrong. The Overlord had jumped across the table and come running at Caldrek with his Warscythe raised. Caldrek had drawn one of his pistols, but the Overlord had already been slain by a Plasma Bolt through the head. A handful of rounds cleared the rest of the room. Caldrek knew they would come to soon, and that they'd be pissed.
"Lets leave this Tomb. We regroup with the Invasion force, and march in and take it all" suggested Caldrek. "Thats an order"

Syrath's four heads looked down on the bubbling pit of blood spawned foul creatures and daemons, his new found allies had formed a small army of elite warriors, even if they had been unwilling to join his new empire, but that was his greatest tool. He smirked, folding his mighty pinions into his back, which had spawned multi-coloured feathers and scales and his flesh had mostly regrown, except for missing patches of skin where his essence had been used to revive or heal one of the mortals under his command. He flexed his talons as Hunter slipped past his new allies and stood by the massive Greater Daemon, he coughed to gain the Daemons attention and watched as the four serpent heads looked down on the Rouge Marine. Hunter stepped forward and pulled out of his satchel and handed the Daemon a metallic skull, the daemons flaming eyes widened as he felt it with his fingers and looked down at Hunter again;
"Necron's are here Syrath, I think we should ready ourselves for their awakening, the mechanical monstrosities will soon arise and could put a spanner in the works."
Syrath chuckled as he dropped the skull, which was quickly retrieved by Hunter, he sniggered at the Marines discovery and sighed;
"Hunter, this is my plan."

Morgoth. The metal abominations named necrons were here now, the currents of the warp had whispered so. His forces were not weak, but they had taken large casualties, reinforcements were needed to replenish their ranks. He hated having to do this, but all other options were exausted. He would had to call on the Corsairs. The pirate warband had been lying in wait, Huron had sent several lords to act as sub-commanders and advisors, but he knew their true role to be as spies, watching his actions and reporting them back. He knew Huron wold not send many of his astartes, but a sizeable battleforce of Corsairs would be...useful. The glowing orb in front of him glowing with baleful red light, he opens the warp-link to one of Huron's lietenants. "We require reinforcements as soon as possible." "Do not presume to order me, Morgoth, Huron lets you live upon a whim and you know it. A force should arrive sometime within the next couple of days. Nothing special, just several squads of marines and some vehicular support"

Rephosus
Rephosus was running away from the necrons, some of the immortals where awakening and he tried to avoid killing them. He screamed to caldrek. ''Friend we better use our grav packs and get the feth out of here!'' They both took for the skies together with the lychguard they arrived outside and saw the necrons phase in, he saw a monolith along with a decent sized force of lords and immortals with some barges. He also saw his personal engine of war the old and ancient knight hand forged from over 10 millenia ago this would be fun.

Chaos never learns. Thor had grown to accept this as fact since he "died" a while ago. No matter how many cults he broke up or monuments he defiled, they always came back as strong as ever. Resistance was futile, but someone had to do it. Thor was someone. Tannibus Alpha was his new quarry. Shey, Marius, and Nero were all with him, each one mostly the same. Shey was still awkward and off-putting, Marius was still a sarcastic ass, and Nero was still as innocent as he could be with what he had seen and done. He was close to a grown man now, seventeen years old. He entered the bridge of his new ship, a large gun cutter made for speed and power, holding several sets of missiles in addition to the powerful assault cannons. It came out over the planet and Thor could feel it. Chaos was beginning to grow.

"Skyhammer, you loaded?" asked Caldrek as he & Rephosus landed with the Triarch Praetorians at the point where thier forces had arrived.
"Yes we are, and are waiting for instructions".
"Ok, we've got this. Have some fun, destroy all the enemy Spacecraft".
"Copy that, Skyhammer out"
Caldrek turned to Reph, who was now sitting on his Knight.
"I never thought I'd be fighting against the Stormlord's Dynasty"
"Gak happens. Deal with it."

Syrath raised his obsdion staff, a cackle of energy burst from the top of the staff,a cackle of lightning and it spread as a wave over the world as Syrath called out to his allies and servants, their marks of Syrath glowing in unison signalling them to come to him.....

Resistance was fierce within the fortress. The Sisters of Battle and the Salamanders remained stalwart as ever. It did not help matters much that they had flamer weapons to direct against the forces of Nurgle. Jets of burning promethium engulfed the plague-bearers, the high temperatures burning the daemons to oblivion. In the skies above, Storm Talons duelled with Plague-drones and exchanged lead in deadly salvos. Reinforcements in the form of Imperial guard attacked from the sides and delivered volleys of lasgun fire, hoping to batter the enemy down until he was vanquished.
Even still, the battle was not going well for the Imperial forces. The power armor clad were met with projectiles of disease-ridden globules and had to desparately parry plague-swords. The nurglings would cling to their feet and legs to slow them down. Outside, Ulgot approached the Guardsmen. He raised his great sword and swung the blade. Each slice connected with entire squads, ending their existences instantly. Those who were not immediately killed succumbed to crippling sickness, screaming in agony as their bodies were corrupted beyond repair. The lasguns now were trained upon the Great Unclean one, yet the laser bolts did little to harm the rolls of rotting flesh. Ulgot swung again his dulled-blade, picking up one Guardsman in the same motion. The man struggled in the fleshy grip before his body was saturated of moisture, and he became little more than an arid husk of a corpse. Ulgot casually threw him over his shoulder and reared his head. He opened his mouth to unleash a tide of vomit from his bowels. Anyone caught in the area were coated in the foul-smelling soup, and soon collapsed and writhed in pain.
"This world shall be a monument to Father Nurgle and his ultimate greatness. It will be a foreshadowing of things to come. This galaxy will eventually crumble and rot from within, and from the ashes and rubble, life shall be reborn anew, and Nurgle will claim his new kingdom as his own."

Kaless' eyes opened slowly. She had been injured in the wing, and pretty badly bashed up everywhere else, but she seemed to be fine now. Time to get back to the front lines. She flew off, her wings a little stiff but working fine, until she found the great unclean one and his nurgle demons fighting against Sisters of Battle, Salamanders and Imperial Guardsmen.
Throwing three frag grenades into the midst of a mass of guardsmen and watching about 40 enemies die, she flew down to within ten feet of the greater demon. "Where do you wish me to fight, Ulgot? I can attack them from behind if you wish."

Gareva
Gareva knew why she was doing this she was jealous of him being around other woman like the slaves he had before he died. Gareva's lash wrapped around her
"I know why your doing this and it is starting to show Lynessa!" Gareva said dropping her to the floor and exiting out of the tent. He bumped into a Slaanesh cultists.
"You where are your female Slaves?" Gareva said and the Slaanesh cultists began to show him the way.

"Kaless....Kaless.....Kaless.....you dare serve any other? I promise you only pain.......retreat now or suffer the consequences......."
Syrath spoke through the mind of Kaless in a hollow and melodic voice, filled with hatred for her actions and partially her, a shooting pain in her arm began to form as Syrath increased his mental grip on the child, screaming into her mind. The Greater Daemon turned to see Lynessa by his side, he snarled as his heads moved to better view the petty being, his flaming eyes grew in size as he stared down on his ally;
"Get that filth back here, she dares to assist another!?"

The mark on my arm begins to glow. Shame my new regeneration powers didn't heal that. I force myself into a sitting posistion, as I brush the now matted red hair out of my face, and I wipe away what blood I can. I observe the dragon like daemon. It would seem my "master" has a job for me.

"Good, now, it seems we have competition! And if we aren't busy planning to backstab me to a pile of rot, or cry over petty love, we must regroup our own forces and rebuild our defenses. Bring the dead here and leave them in the blood pit, I shall try to find my other contractors because they seem to have their thumbs in their asses! I expected some form of competence, not a band of fools who expected glory for nothing! Tarkus, take Blood Reaper and find Morgorth, and you two, find Gareva. Calum, you seem to have not angered me, quite suprising that, go with Lyensa and Kaless to find Gavera, and report any incompetence to me through your 'psychic' link if you must do so. "

"Gah - Syrath, I wasn't serving him, simply asking him where the enemy needed to be destroyed. He may be of nurgle, but we all serve the chaos gods, and are all united against the imperium."

Syrath snatched Kaless up in his clawed grip and pulled her close, his sour expression showed only one thing;
"Girl, he is a rival Daemon, I don't care for unity or peace with the others, only unbridled Chaos and Anarchy, and if you aren't ready to fulfill my orders after signing a contract, we'll be ready to be a sacrifice upon my alter child."

Gareva
Gareva saw the tent and cultists gathering outside it being stopped by to Chaos space Marines. Gareva walked up to the entrance of the tent.
"HALT! Your not allowed in here!" One of them said, Gareva's lash wrapped around his neck and torn his head and spine out, the other grabbed his weapon but Gareva lifted his bolter and fired 2 shots through his head. Both guards lay dead and Gareva entered he saw Eldar, Dark Eldar, Female guardsmen and sisters of battle.
"Oh so much to choose from" He said as he looked at each one. He grabbed a red haired Eldar and Female guardsmen, he dragged them back to his tent for his pleasure.

Kaless sighed. "As you wish, Syrath. So where am I allowed to attack? Surely we don't want the daemons of nurgle to capture the city and have all those prisoners as their own?"
