The Primordial Judge calculated the worth of Singularity, and deduced that he would serve best as an ally against the supers of Earth. Healing and nursing him back to health, the Judge tasked Singularity with a new purpose: the destruction of every super and transhuman on Earth. Now possessed of a destructive and nihilistic bent, the former Darkstar member now seeks to serve his master as best he can, causing as much chaos and destruction as he is able with his powers.
Superpowers: As his name indicates, Singularity can create small, matter absorbing black holes that suck their victims into oblivion. He can also project a temporary field of matter absorption that can shield him from projectiles.

Some quick facts about Paradiso:

It has been abandoned by the US gov't. It is considered a death wish to enter, and all citizens are prohibited from leaving the city until the conflict is resolved. Entire city blocks are abandoned, and looters and rioters roam the streets, searching for things to steal.

Due to all the ash and debris floating in Paradiso, sight is limited to a mile, maybe less after an attack sequence. It hasn't rained in weeks, and a food shortage has put the city on edge. The sun is blacked out, and the only lights are coming from the street lamps, powered by DARKSTAR slaves with electrical powers.

Basically, think an ashy Chernobyl with skyscrapers.

Project Artemis

This project was created in the crucifex of World War Two, Axis Supers and Allied Supers had reached a stalemate above the canal. In a desperate attempt to break the stalemate Churchil and Eisenhower agreed to fund the project. It's goal was to create or alter humans with super abilities to help the allied Supers in their battle for superiority. The project was terminated after several failed attempts and victory in Europe. The scientists of the project however were contacted by the American secret services who still saw potential in their work.

So the scientist continued their research under American supervision in even greater secrecy. Slowly but steadily they started to gain results. In 1952 they had their first breakthrough, a genetical altered labmouse who achieved to jump three feet in the air. Later it became clear that they were not far away for human use. It took until 1992 before they had finaly altered a human to such a level he could best a normal person. This person became known as Delta, He managed to take out a minor Russian Super on a clandestine mission before he died two weeks later. The genitical alteration consumed so much of his body that it literary stopped functioning.

The next hurdle was to overcome the physical breakdown of the body. The solution came in 2001 with the creation of 'Substance 182' it halted the deconstruction and also had an unpredicted advantage. For several hours after the administration in the bloodstream it enhanced the abbilities of the test subjects. In 2004 Project Artemis was deemed ready for use and the hunt for suitable subjects was open.
The goverment had selected ten test subjects wich had the needed genetical composure to adapt to the alterations. Only six subjects survived the procedure and after intense study and training they recived the operational status in 2005. They were divided in three teams of each two test subjects and were sent on several black ops. The most succesfull team was Steeplejack with an estimated seventeen clandestine missions and thirteen Super terminations. Unfortunatly Team Courtisanne was lifted from active duty in 2009, They had overdosed on 'Substance 182' trying to take down a major Super. They were succesfull but the side-effects made them lose their minds wich lead to the disaster in El Harrabra.

She became a batlle medic and followed her compagnie into irak in 2003, there she fought together with her comrades to overthrow the Regime of Saddam Hussein. Until the day her battlegroup rode into an ambush, only she and a few liberation fighters came out alive. It was then that the secret services came to her. Offering her a way to make a difference and honour the believes of her fallen comrades.

He lived the life of the rich and the famous, sniffing cocaïne like it was sugar, drinking champagne in the gallons. This soon changed after they took a job from an important crime-lord. Unknown to them he had sold them out to the authorities. Falke was expecting a large shipment of weapons but instead he recieved a maasive ammount of police. After a desperate batlle that took two days, Falke was captured and sent to a non existing prison. His blood was taken and analysed. Before he knew it he was out of prison in a black SUV a federal agent offering him the chance of a lifetime. This or death.

If you have a keyboard like mine, it is the 3rd button from the right on the top row. It says 'Prt Scr' on it.
Press that, and it will capture the screen.
Then, go onto an image software, such as photoshop, fireworks, gimp ect and press Ctrl+V to paste.
Then click save, and choose the format as jpeg.

If you're using heromaching 3 it won't work due to web layering.

Right click, and there should be and option that says screen grab (Click where there is nothing there) then, go to save, and then selection. Now make a box around your guy, and let go. It will initiate save.

Objectors control the docks. Makes more sense fluff wise, as objectors seem to be the only ones to use guns.

That would mean your npc would be nigh unkillable, and would look like powerplay. I know this wasn't your intention. You just wanted to write cool stuff (wich i approve off ), but just watch out for things like this. Its much more fun to read a nail biting fight between equal opponents, then someone steamrolling because they are superior...

another reason that they 'suceeeded' was that they were khornate and the ferocity and brutality of the attack was jus too quick to mobilize against in a few short muinits.

well I thought it would be good to give you some idia about who you are killing

(also, no matter how old you are and how long you have been doing this, you still will be cought unawares with an attack like that. [as well as the fact that I was counting on the fact that your cultists dont really have the will that iris does {I mean if your squadmate was chainsawed by a nutcase screaming about blood and taking a fair amount of shells and even being PLEASED when he is shot you would run too}

as i said the factor that is the deciding element, is who strikes first and hardest.

and anyways. the real fact is there is one one side: cannon fodder with dedication and a decent mindset. and on the other: insane,screaming, bloodlusting, berzerkers who will kill anything they can get their hands on and can take more punishment than the average human (the blessings of Khorne) before dying.

It seems the 'good' side is horribly time-inneficient.

the rig is fairly close to the shore and my characters are running around like crazy...yeah. (I just imagine that the good side likes a lot of dialoge)

besides it only takes a few muinites to go from one end of the city to the rig if you wear a jetpack.

First off, sadly, no. When a PC is killed off, that PC is not allowed to create another character. When the last man is left alive, he will win the RP and get big bonuses in Paradiso II.
