Relevant to your build, these are the Codex: Space Marines Dreadnought options.
Dreadnought & Venerable Dreadnought: Ironclad Dreadnought:
As to the images:
The first is a Death Company Dreadnought from Codex Blood Angels: The pictured DC Dread has Blood Talons, a Storm Bolter, Meltagun and a Magna Grapple.
The second image is a Tzeentch Dread with Twin-Linked Lascannon, Missile Launcher and Smoke Launchers.
The Bit on top is a Chaos Smoke Launcher bit.
The loyalist version is pictured here:
For the third - yes, it's a Searchlight with two lamps. an alternate model to the one below.

Update 2/6/13
Time is getting close to my first carnival that i call my test carnival as it only small. South Brent 29th June.
Making this carnival will be tight, If I don't make it , its not the end of the world as I would rather
get it right than rush it.
Legs are proving to take more time than I first thought.
The Space marine scouts ( My kids) have been training and practicing there part in the carnival.
The kids will use cover in the carnival like army soldiers do in real life and they have guns that light
up and have firing sounds. The dreadnought is in command of the scouts as the dreadnought out
ranks them and is in touch with the command ship in space.Scout orders to attack, charge, defend,
follow the dreadnought and retreat are give thought the dread. Should be a lot of fun.
I have been working on fitting the ammo feed to the Assault cannon right arm as well.

The Space marine scouts (the kids) have been practicing the cover and move tactics I have been teaching them.
They will be in South Brent carnival without the Dreadnought as It no ready yet and gives them time to
go it alone before adding the Dreadnought and the Tech priest into the mix.
I hope to do more to their costumes by the end of the month, like the boltgun I am making.

Update 23/6/13
I have been working on the legs still and they are taking time.
I will be putting my three girls into the South Brent carnival on the 29th of this month
so they can practice their routines. That being said I have made the bolter for one of
them to carry. I have ordered a pistol that fires single shots so I can make a scout
sniper rifle the same way as I made the bolter pictured here.
The bolter here is 20in long and 13in high, Should be a big weapon for a 8 year old to carry
and it is very light weight. light comes from the barrel when trigger is pressed and laser sound effects.

Bolter looks great, I too wondered if the rear was too long, but looks great in the 'real life' shots. Ae you though leaving the wing behind the skull as painted, I think it would look better as an embellished part? Although I'm sure you have enough work too do that that's a minor tweak too far...

I am entering the scouts in the South Brent carnival this saturday so they

videoing, There costumes are not finished yet, but looking ok so far.
The pistol has now arrived so I can start building a scout sniper rifle for one of the children to use.

Awesome job on the wins.
As for the missile launcher, cast it in a foam maybe? I know making it out of pvc would probably make it to heavy. Or here's a thought, try concrete form tubes. They're made from cardboard and come in a bunch of sizes, thatd make it light but large

Who is mr Rogers?
30672
Post by: Theophony
Sorry my autocorrect got me a few times yesterday. That should have said "postal delivery service". Mr. Rogers is a bit part of Americana from my generation and those slightly older. He had his own t.v. Show "mister Rogers neighborhood" where he was the focal character. He always wore handmade (by his mother) sweaters, talked directly to the boys and girls by looking at the camera, and taught important life lessons. I thought he might have been one of those shows that bridged international fame as it was early t.v. 1960s I think is when it started. Anyway he had a reoccurring character called mr. Mcfeely, a postman who would show up saying "speedy delivery", and hand him letters from fans.
Now I have taken away a few minutes of precious costume building time. I will go execute myself right now.
