Guys No using drowning in darkness characters, also no making your goal to specifically kill of one other character you can attempt to kill them but do not make it your singular goal.

After the Lazarus incident, the UN had control of another prominent city that provided an other large strategic location, not only did the Conclave want this city but as did the hive mind, the city provided an easy access to D.C. The hive mind only entered the city later after the Conclave and UN in order to turn them and make a larger foothold onto the area known as the united states. The Mycromorph attained their spot in the battle for the city by finding a small gap in the wall next to the apartment buildings. The Mycromorphs only attacked at night, attacking small patrols and adding to their ranks, until they are discovered at which point it will be a large conflict between all. There will be another set of ranks added, the natives of this small town are going to be fighting for the control of their own town, they had tried for a long time to stay out of this conflict. But were dragged into it, so the decided to fight back.


Classes – Rebels – severely under armed.
Foot solider – basic infantry
Equipment: 9mm pistol, light leather armor, poor medkit
Minor Psych – Psychs only with less power
Equipment: double barrel shotgun (Poor condition), Reinforced cloth armor, poor medkit
Heavy Solider – Previously military units (Best Armed)
Equipment: Poor Riot armor, Hunting rifle, 10mm pistol, medkit
Medic - Basic doctors/ nurses
Equipment: Non-military standard medical supplies, small single shot pistol, knife, plain cloth armor

Soldier- The basic footman of the Conclave's endless army.
Starting Equipment: Machine Gun, body armor, medikit, pistol, 5 grenades
Enforcer- The de facto gestapo of the Conclave, Enforcers prowl the streets with their shotguns, meeting out punishment on free thinkers and non-conformists alike.
Starting Equipment: Shotgun, medikit, riot armor, 3 nerve gas grenades, riot shield
Thought Policeman- These psychics patrol the streets, hunting down thought criminals and resistance members.
Starting Equipment: Reaper Pistol, flack vest
Special Rules: Psychic (see below)
Ghost- Cloaking snipers that can kill whole squads before they even know he's there.
Starting Equipment: Sniper Rifle, flack vest, cloaking device, combat knife, pistol
Phantom- The utterly lethal Phantoms trail their prey under the cover of a powerful cloaking device, tearing into them with wicked neural-scythes.
Starting Equipment: Reaper Pistol, flack vest, neural-scythe, cloaking device
Engineer- The technicians of the Conclave are unique, as they are allowed to develop personalities to help them come up with creative solutions to problems.
Starting Equipment- Flack vest, pistol, multi-tool, servo-arm, 3 demo charges

UN Remnant
The Remnant has fallen on hard times, the Conclave constantly hammers them in combat, and recruitment has dropped to near nothing in the past months. They fight a desperate war against a seemingly unstoppable foe.

Soldier- The basic footman in the UN army.
Starting Equipment: Machine Gun, body armor, medikit, pistol, 5 grenades
Heavy Assault Trooper- The heavy assault trooper is the shock and awe unit of the Remnant, dropping down on enemy positions and dealing incredible damage with their Ripsaw guns.
Starting Equipment: Ripsaw Machine Gun, PLEX armor, medikit, pistol, 5 grenades, 2 det packs
Sniper- Marksmen renowned for their ability to pick off foes at insane distances with their long rifles.
Starting Equipment: Sniper Rifle, pistol, flack vest, 3 nerve gas grenades
Psych- UN psychics that are trained to root out traitors in their ranks.
Starting Equipment: Reaper pistol, flack vest
Special Rules: Psychic (see below)
Jump Trooper-Using experimental jet-packs, the jump troopers take to the skies, bringing death from above.
Starting Equipment: Assault Rifle, body armor, medikit, pistol, jet-pack
Engineer- When a bridge needs to be built, or a factory bombed, the UN calls in an engineer.
Starting Equipment- Flack vest, pistol, multi-tool, servo-arm, 3 demo charges

RULES
To perform an action, simply state what you want to do. The game is played In Character, and everything you do or say will apply directly to your character. If you are speaking out of character, be sure to write OOC before you post.
WARNING: THIS GAME IS LETHAL!
Chances are, a couple of you are going to die over the course of the RP, whether another player hits you with nerve gas or a Vivisector cuts you into your component pieces. When your character dies, you can make a new one, and I'll fill in how they enter into the current scene.
The system used will be the same as those in the Lazarus projects.
I must ask that everyone use the format below for their character.
BASE STATS
(Rules written by BerserkSteve)
You have 20 points to divide among your stats, but you must have a minimum of 1 in each stat. The maximum point value for any stat is 6, but can be raised higher by mutagens or other effects.
Strength, The ability to carry heavy objects and inflict more damage with your strikes.
Agility, A person's speed and dexterity. This is how well they can dodge and hit an enemy.
Toughness. How healthy and fit you are. This is for resist damage and decrease.
Will Power. Your ability to reason. This will help with Psychic powers and your ability to find and notice things.
Intelligence. This is knowledge. This is how much you know and how well. This is for doing complex skill tasks like computers, history, math, writing and medical.
Charisma. This how well you can communicate with and lead people. This will help with leading and persuading people. Clearly only works on NPCs.

PSYCHIC POWERS
Both the Conclave Thought Police Officer and the UN Psych are psychic, allowing them to use psychic powers. All powers are subject to the standard rules for all tests. As a psychic, you can perform both telepathic and telekinetic feats. Describe in detail what you intend to do before you do it, allowing me to set a difficulty for the test. The rebels minor psychs are a limit of 300lbs lift and not able to affect living things larger than yourself.

Personal History: The Officer of the Thought Police designated code: 4029104-5421 has loyally served the Conclave ever since it's creation, apprehending thousands of thought criminals and nonstandards, personally executing them before the Inner Circle. He is the current head of the Thought Police, and is a member of the Inner Circle, having been one of the handful to have ever laid eyes on the Voice. Members of both the UN and the Resistance know him as the Inquisitor, and he is on the top of the formers kill list.
Family: The Inquisitor has no family, a fact that has caused some to speculate that his is vat-grown, rather than naturally birthed.
Worst Fear: The Inquisitor's sole fear is of an inability to serve the Conclave, or worse, that the seed of treachery may somehow be planted in his mind.

- You gather in the upper room of one of the apartments, talking amongst your self's as bombs go off in the distance. Bellow you, you can hear feet being dragged and claws scraping against tile.

Conclave
- You approach the unfortified entrance to this small unbecoming town and you realize to yourself that you may die. In front of you runs by a large four legged creature, it stops for a second but runs by without caring of your presence.

CONCLAVE

The Tarantula Walkers disgorged troops from their abdomens, like freakish spiders giving birth to a host of black-shelled insects. Hundreds of umber-armored soldiers had taken up the call to arms, rallying to strike at the settlement of Culpepr, fully prepared to flatten it to the ground with atomic fire if need be. As the ordered ranks of the Conclave reached the perimeter of the Culpepr, small arms fire peppered their front ranks, dropping several soldiers like dolls as puffs of blood geysered from their armor as the natives opened fire upon the invaders, sworn to defend their home to the last. Here you stand among your fellows, rallying to push the natives back, to claim the Conclave's divine right to this land.

UN
The Remnant had expected to be greeted with open arms as they moved to annex Culpepr, seeing the natives as a desperate people in need of aid and stable leadership. What they found was a resentful populace that was determined to retain their independence no matter the cost. They hated the UN had stolen the American Dream right out of their hands so many years ago, paving the way for the Unification War that paved the way for the Voice to seize power. They were Americans, dammit, and they were determined to die like one if necessary. Here you stand, pinned down by enemy fire in a bombed out dwelling, trying desperately to hold out long enough for reinforcements to arrive.

REBELS
They came to take your lands, your livelihood, your life's work. Conclave, Remnant, they're all the same. Just greedy bastards that don't give a damn about who you were, just if you could work or fight for them. The UN comes to you with the promise of Unity, a dream you know very well to be false, you've seen the aftereffects of the Unification War, how the so called 'world peacekeeping body" murdered thousands at Stockholm for daring to retain their sovereignty. The Conclave comes to harvest you, that's the only word for it. To turn you into a slave-soldier, working endlessly for a man you would never see, who couldn't care less whether you lived or died. If you didn't bow, so be it, you would be executed. Now is the time to fight for your freedom, for what belongs to you by the sweat of your brow. Now you and your fellows lay down a withering barrage of fire directed at a small squad of UN soldiers, pinning them down within the ruined shell of an abandoned dwelling.

Darrin finally gets one of the Rebel foot soldiers stable. He has blood all over his arms and gloves. None of it his own. he stands for a moment to take a breath, half expecting a bullet to fly straight through his head and end it all. Maybe there's peace in death he thinks to himself. Standing atop the turret of the Tarantula Walker, the Inquisitor oversaw the attack on Culpepr, directing squads and kill teams to systematically dismantle the enemy. Directing the slave-brain of the walker over the crude fortifications, the Inquisitor lay down a withering barrage of fire upon several buildings, either ruining them or forcing their occupants to take cover. Stepping atop a great platform that resembled a speaker's podium, the Inquisitor stepped up to the overcomm and began to speak even as the platform elevated slightly from the walker. His flat and emotionless voice boomed from great speakers built into the Tarantula, carrying across the entire settlement. "Enemies of the Voice hear the Truth. The Voice has tasked us with bringing your settlement into compliance, a task we will not fail to achieve. Two options are available to you: compliance or termination, both are acceptable to the Conclave. You have five standard minutes to come to an agreement. If you wisely choose compliance, present us with your leaders for their immediate termination. We await your decision." With terrible silence more deafening than the speech itself, the speakers switched off as Culpepr burned.

During the skirmishes back at the apartments something weird had happened Several odd beasts got into the compartments that allot of the non-militia civilians stay in, these beasts ate, and changed allot of the civilians, into beasts like them, and they continued on to other parts of the city, causing allot of distress among the civilians, and more skirmishes. These beast had no affiliation and attacked everyone.
