>Buys a box of bolt action German infantry.
>"Awesome, can't wait to put these bad boys together!"
>Can't find glue
>Ok cool, I've got an old bottle, I can use that.
>Bottle is glued shut tighter that Satan's sphincter.
>Twist on it for over half an hour with a pair of industrial grade needle nose pliers.
>Twist so hard it twists the bottle completely shut and breaks off the top of the nozzle...

My reaction
Spoiler:

So guys, what's been your ultimate "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" moment when it comes to wargaming? Can be in game, modelling, when you were transporting your models, cat related, whatever. It just needs to be the worst one, the one that didn't just break the camel's back, but drove a steamroller over it. Not just when it was the last straw, but when it took the last shred of whatever you called sanity with it.

Yes, I know my story above doesn't sound so bad. But when you live an hour away from the nearest Walmart and you realize that you can't put those awesome looking Germans together until at least tomorrow afternoon, you would break down into hysterics too.

Also, try to find funny "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" reactions to add at the end for bonus points!

This was a Deathwing Terminator Army:
1st week played against Orks. Charged 3 TH/SS Terminators into 9 Grots holding an objective. Grots got 4 wounds. I rolled 3 ones.
2nd week charged a lone TH/SS Termie into a Tau gun drone (plan was to kill the drone then use my consolidation move to slingshot the termie onto an objective for the win).
Gun drone does 1 wound and I roll a 1.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This type of thing has been extraordinarilly common for me so, due to my propensity to roll 1's I've stopped playing Deathwing Armies for awhile.

Easy. Way back when before I learned what pinning was I glued together a blood thirster. I picked the sucker up by the arm, my first mistake, and down he dropped. The thrister quite literally blew apart into its constituent pieces and I was back at square one.

Wargaming....

Was charging 3 deathwing assault squads into a mass-spam squad of necron warriors on the last assault phase in an apocalypse battle. They were 6 inches away.

Rolled 4, 3, and snake eyes.

Our whole team did the *NOOOOOOOOOOOO*
But that battle was loads of fun, excepting the necron C'tan shard spamfest (guy had 4 shards flying around).

Modelling.
One of the kids at our GW pushed the table apart, and my resin rex went for a flying lesson, just shattered.

One my cats used to like sitting on my lap while I painted. I finished up painting a fig - a Captain Stern, if I remember right - and had to get up to relieve myself.

Picked the cat up, plonked her down on the chair, and went. When I came back, the fig was missing, and so was the cat.

I found her a couple of seconds later, under the table, alternately batting my newly painted Captain Stern around and taking licks of him.

She doesn't sit on my lap anymore.

Ooh, only an hour away and you cant put stuff together until tomorrow afternoon is rage worthy? Whatever happened to the concept of patience?
I don't do hysterics.

If I run out of glue, I put the project aside until I get more. No hassle, no histrionics or hysterics.

Last time I had a "noooooooo!" moment though was when they took my Daemonhunters codex and gave it to Mat Ward.
Then I read the fluff for Draigo.
And Castellan Crowe.
And some more fluff.

Then I remembered, I don't normally read the fluff because it's all crap anyway. Since 4th ed, I was only playing 40k because I couldn't get a game of Stargrunt - and 40k was like McDonalds - you could get it anywhere - it wouldn't necessarily satisfy, but it was probably better than nothing. Then my group discovered infinity and other games, and I didn't need it anymore.

Mostly done with the Forgeworld Chaos Dwarf Skullcracker. It has been a bear since the bag arrived - several pieces broken, most bent, and the flash is something awful on this kit. The kit came with two right-side hammers, forcing me to convert one to a left-side hammer. More pieces break in construction - this thing is seriously way too fragile to be sane. But I get it all together and painted...

Only to notice one of the 'points' on the Chaos 8-pointed star that had previously broken off and been pinned back into place has gone missing. And is nowhere to be found.

Oh god . . .

I'm assembling some Easterling warriors on the balcony. I leave to get a drink of water. The wind blows, sweeping 8 heads into the air, away from my models.

NOOOOO!

I'm painting my Rhino. I spent ages on it, I painted it orange then gave it about six washes of Carroburg Crimson to make it look bloodstained. I really liked the effect.

So I try to paint a Triskelion on it because my army is Celtic themed. It ends up looking like a swastika.

NOOOOOOOO!

I have several.

-About 20 year ago I lived in a second floor apartment. I was on my out the door to play a 40k game at a friend's house. I had my Space Ork army in a plastic tackle box at the time. (can you see were this is going?) Like a damned fool I sat the box on the staircase railing and turned around to lock my door. The case fell off the railing, and bounced down the stairs, hitting every single step on the way down. It was like watching it in slow motion. Amazingly, the case stayed shut. I went down the stairs, grabbed the case, put it back in the apartment and took my other army (Nurgle Chaos Renegades) to the game instead. It was a week before I could bring myself to open the case and take stock of the damage! It was actually not nearly as bad i feared, but the horror of watching that box tumble over and over down the stairs is hard to forget!

-Circa 2001 I took a break from my current career (Criminal Justice) and took to driving a long haul semi-truck. (that lasted less than two years before I decided that the lack of days off and extended time away from home was not my thing) I used to take miniatures projects with me on the road to paint in my down time. At one point I was painting on a 28mm Ancient Greek army and was about 75% done with the project. I was in a transit yard in Dallas about to head home for a few days and was transfering my stuff to my car. I had the Greeks in box lid and slipped and dropped them onto the payment from the door of the truck cab (about eight feet in the air mind you)onto the concrete below. Now a little fact to keep in mind was that the army was almost all old QT-Multi-Part figures. So each infantry figure had about four of five pieces. The resulting destruction was so complete that I gave up the project and never finished the army.

-I drive a Toyta Maytrix. It has a swinging hatch instead of a trunk. It's great from a hobby point of view as it is a smallish car with lots of storage space for me to transport miniatures, airsoft guns, reenacting stuff, ect. Last year I was coming home from a 15mm South African Border War game I had put on at the local shop. I was holding my figure boxes in one hand and closed the car's hatch with the other. The edge of the hatch caught the top of the box and flipped it onto the ground. This particular box happened to have all my South African Vehicles in it, including four QRF Miniatures Casspirs. These are the most fidly 15mm kits I have ever assembled and each consists of about 20 small metal parts. http://quickreactionforce.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=440_496_647&products_id=4577
I could not bring myself to go out and gather up the spilled contents of the box. Mrs. Trench Raider is a saint and she agreed to go gather them up for me. I felt almost sick to my stomach.
The whole box was wrecked, but in paticular the Casspirs just exploded. I tried to repair them, but the models wound up looking like ramshackle Ork vehicles, so i gave up. My SADF troops now drive around in much simpler vehicles now!

So do you see a re-ocurring theme here?

I'd say GW prices as well but that's a bit too general. There are quite a lot of things that are pretty neat, then I look at the prices and press the Instant No Button.

I think the latest ones were the prices for the Wall of Martyr's, The Heresy book and Angron. I did end up buying the heresy book though.

I do also have my fair share of difficult/dangerous terrain test and failed charge stories too of course.

I had two moments at a tournament I went to in 5th edition. I just had to pull off 1 of 2 things to win my last game. Destroy a dreadnought on 1 table quarter and get into another with a guard squad. Despite firing at this dreadnought all game, it was sitting there immobilised, gunless and stunned a few dozen times. It was still there...

The guard squad failed just as much. A Failed MOVE MOVE MOVE order and rolling just a couple of inches on the run roll, so most of the squad couldn't get into the other quarter.

I finally finished this MegaBoss

And left it out on my paint pallet to let it dry completely. So we went to the grocery store and when we came back, the cat was sleeping on my paints and stuff all snug and lovely, with my Boss no where to be seen. When I saw him.....under the table....broken.
"NNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" it took me a solid 2 weeks of tinkering and chopping and fitting to get him together the way I liked, and this cat decided to throw it on the floor to sleep on paint brushes and bottles

My biggest moment of NOOOOOOOOOO was when I was painting my latest Wraithlord purchase, I live in a rather cold appartment so naturaly I tend to keep the heat on all winter. However said heater is not situated too far away from my painting station, when I got back in the damned Wraithlord had fallen down onto said heater and melted....
I swaer my neighbours could hear me scream in denial and rage. Also I needed a new heater and a new Wraithlord

I'm sure I've repressed many a "NOOO" moment. I can think of a recent one, though: My first game in 6th Edition, I'm playing my marines against my friend's Blood Angels. Mephiston and a Death Company are close to my table edge. I walk my 10-man terminator assault squad led by a librarian on the board, and proceed to charge (this was before we learned you can't charge on the turn you come in from reserves). I'm three inches away from Meph, and I roll double ones for the charge. NOOOOOOO!

Yes, actually, I helped someone with one he dug out of a garage sale a few months ago. He was getting quite creative in his vocabulary by that time but I must say that with a little steel epoxy (an epoxy-polyamine mixture, I believe) it went together quite nicely and I'm sure it will take more than a little effort to take apart again
you can get the stuff here for cheap: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__12587__HobbyKing_4min_Epoxy_Steel.html
I always have several of those packs lying around for strong gluing both large- and smallscale ...things together
I still don't see why superglue wouldn't have worked - IMO it should have, but it really didn't quite hold. Anyway, we didn't even pin it in the end (that's what he asked me to do originally).
The only downside to this glue is that it takes a few minutes to set in which it really doesn't hold anything more than your average pudding would, so be either creative in clamping or patient in holding the model still. Worth it, though.

Wow! Mine is almost the exact same with that big metal bastard! Got him all done and then knocked him off a shelf onto my project table... he exploded into all his component pieces with green stuff and super glue shrapnel everywhere. It took me 6 months to get over being pissed off about it before I could put him back together again!

On the way back from the club, I was in Leeds bus station, and it was hammering with rain, real monsoon weather. The bus arrived, so there was a couple of steps of drenching between me and it, so I ran for it. One frictionless step later, and I faceplanted into the ground, my bag impacting next to me, and spontaneously disassembling about half of my miniatures.

That stuff looks rather like the 'life changer' liquid from Prometheus.. noticed any changes yet?

Biggest "Nooooooooooooooo!" I have heard: Many years ago, one of the metal thunderhawks that was touring the UK ended up at my local GW. One of the staff had placed it on the top shelf of the glass display cabinet - the weight was far too much for it, down it went taking the rest of the cabinet with it. I can't remember whether the guy responsible was fired or just walked out on his own..

Back in 1st edition, the old rule for orks whereby you could carry as many orks in a battlewagon as could physically fit - but, with the caveat that if any of the models fell out, they actually counted as having falling off the speeding vehicle and would take (usually fatal) damage. One of the kids in the store had stacked a literal pile of orks, about a foot high, and was carring the wagon around the edge of the table, saying "haha look at this guys" etc. To this day, I don't know if he tripped, or a foot was placed in his path - the orks went everywhere. Although, in that case the sound of 'Noooooooo' was drowned out by laughter

Wow I am loving this thread! Ummm "NOOOOOOOO!!!!" moments for me....

Well I had one where I was playing my Nurgle CSM/Eppi list and Eppi died via some really crummy Njal psychic power..... I was well on my way to tabling the guy too!

A friend of mines: Sending a Terminator Wolf guard into a spire to kill a lone Tau Stealth Suit in a kill team game, he flubbed his rolls and the suit punched him out (then we said dumped the body over the railing onto his remaining squad mates)

His cousin: Having a whole Paladin unit wiped by a Chaos dread in CC, and closely behind that probably when some Oblits were stomping in at his Blood angels. He spread them all out cause I was continually Plasma Cannoning him (old dex), he laughed and thought he was safe since it was turn 5 and with this obj he was holding he'd win. I grinned evilly and said I'd be using plasma guns

My sister: She was playing a 2v2 game and was across from me. Welllllll there was a giant playmobile castle between us and she didn't see the DP sneaking up on her Scourges. They were standing on a balcony near a door. I moved the DP behind the door and as the assauly phase started I looked at her grinning and said "Ding dong! Open the door!" She was thoroughly confused as she opened the door then mortified when there was a grinning DP standing on the other side!

That was bad enough gut when i came to assemble him he had huge gaps that had to be filled. As it is he is now just about done and i am quite pleased with him. And it was actually the fact that he was a huge chunk of metal that led to him being named Lord Chunky.

A friend walked into a new games club - first time he'd been, walked in with his army in a shoe box...
He tripped and launched a load of baal's finest across the room...

I was modelling using a swiss army knife to cut things from sprues. The knife somehow managed to close on my finger. That one hurt. It was a box of these

To this day I still hate guardians. My finger has a scar about 3 quarters of an inch long.
Don't try that one at home kids.

Speaking of LOTR... The first minis from The Hobbit are up on GW's site.
My biggest Noooooooooooooooo was when I just saw the pricing. The White Council. 4 finecast figures.
$75 bucks. That is about twice what I thought too much was.

Dear children, men, women and even xenos.
This has occured just 5 minutes ago. I was never a finecast fan until this moment. I got a Azhag from WHFB to paint for a friend of mine. of course he's completely finecast.
I left him on the table to get some tea. I st down and turn around in my chair, when suddenly my elbowtouches something and moves it over the corner of the table.
Suddenly I remember that I had an Azhag on the table.
I look at the falling Azhag and shout "Sweet Emperor NO!" And in my head this sinfony starts playing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMUKSCnBMVw

Azhag hits the floor and tumbles to the door when suddenly my mother comes into the romm and the door crushes Azhag to the wall. I run to the miniature and , what a miracle, it wasnt broken. If it had been a metal figure it have a bunch of metal scrap right now. And the moral of the story "All hail the great finecast Emperor!"

Biggest noooooooooooooooooooo was about a year ago. One of the rare occations when i was at my local GW having a game. A young kid comes in asks if anyone could teach him how to play. Red shirt says yeah hang on ill set you up with some Orks and you can play aginst this guy (me) and his Guard. Redshirt chucks up a case full of Orks on the table. Bumps my Yarrick and and about 6 guardsmen off the table. Time slows down as the redshirts blood drains from his face. I make a leap for Yarrick but my hand over shoots and i manged to snatch 2 guard out of the air. Old man Yarrick bounces across the floor.

Total damage = his sword breaking off. Not even any paint chipped off.

Worst part was the kid started to cry and said he didn't want to play this game anymore then walked out the store. For some reason everyone there felt really bad for him.

The biggest Noooooooooo! moment I had was when I was in the garage painting my new Assault on Black Reach orks. Keep in mind that these were the first mini's that I had ever assembled and painted. At the time I just kept the box under my painting table. I've just got the T.V. on in the background and my cat is loitering around the room. Suddenly I hear a weird sound. I remember thinking to myself "What is that?" I look under my desk to find that my cat had mistaken my AoBR box for a litter box.

B.B.Q. cat indeed.

My most recent one was cracking open the new White Dwarf. I was anticipating the "Warriors of Chaos" update. I open it up, read through it a couple times, then stop by the restroom before I leave. I leave forgetting the White Dwarf, and have to call and have the game store I was at grab it and put it behind the counter for me so that I wouldn't have to waste the gas driving back. Ends up that instead of putting it behind the counter, they put it next to the public computer.
Came back a few days later, there's my White Dwarf, but no Warriors of Chaos update. The worst part is I'm the ONLY WoC player in my area (hardly anyone even cares about fantasy in the first place) so likely it either got discarded or stolen by an absolute jerk. Was not too thrilled.

The 1st time I played Black Templars back in 5th I planned to beat my biggest rival in a 1750 point game. My battle plan hinged on a mob of Crusaders with Grimaldus taking the midfield, a squad of the old gold Sword Brethren Termies with LC's, and an Assault Squad of 10. Grimaldus and his mob ran into a gunline and all died after some outrageously good rolls from my opponent, my Termies deep striked into a ruin and were destroyed, and my Assault Squad failed to deploy until turn 4, when they deepstriked right next to Belial and his Command Squad Deathstar. Thankfully my venerable dreadnought beat up his venerable dreadnought and contested the middle objective on the final turn, forcing a draw.

one of those clear plastic compartment trays. As soon as the walked through the door the kinda tripped on the door mat and his tray went flying and somehow while in mid air the lid

popped opened. Long story short the entire front of the store was covered in broken BA figs and bits and if memory serves correct he even did the slow motion NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I had just finished building and detailing my first scratchbuilt warhound titan, i had spent probably 20-25 hours setting rivets and doing other tedious detail parts, take him out to my car to take it to a game, go to open the door with one hand while holding the titan with the other, when the leg breaks not even a 1/4" above where i was holding it and the entire titan save the left lower leg falls 4 feet to the ground and explodes in more pieces that it was originally made out of and not a single glue joint had failed...it was so mangled and twisted i ended up just canning it, it hindsight i should have made a nice piece of terrain out of it...

Not nearly as epic as that titan story, but I had just finished assembling the my first batch of Tyranid Gargoyles... the original ones.

After cleaning up a game, a friend knocks into their box, and they fall 4 feet to the floor. Every model survived... but not a single flight stand. Store owner let me stay another hour to try to fix it... lost cause entirely.

I haven't used gargoyles to this day... and still eye the plastic ones with some reservations, even if they are my next purchase.

I have 2 that got me pretty good.

The first was that i had all my metal models just sitting in a simple storage container and my friend wasn't looking and ended up tripping on it even though it was nowhere near where we were playing and tossed all my guys around the tile floor and broke 99% of my figures including some ones that you can't get anymore or were painted up with hours of work. ( I don't hang out with this person anymore )

The second was at a WHFB tournament I was using lots of 10man handgunner units in my empire list and fought elves with longbows who got the first turn shot up one unit of handgunners and caused over 80% of my army to flee and failed to rally so fled off the table. So at the start of turn 2 I had a group of basically 8 knights with a general and nothing else

In one of my last games, we had 2 clutch moments. A furioso dread (with talons) wiped my lootas then charged my kannons and were locked. megaboss finally gets free and charges into dread... Rolls 4 1's and a 2 to hit... Dread kills last 2 grots in kannon crew, and boss fails morale by rolling a 9. (needed a 7 as lost combat by 2 cuz stupid grots died in another squad)... and I had broken my megaboss off from a lone boyz nob with PK who was killing a drop pod... so when he failed, had no one to bosspole.... Dread sweeps megaboss and owns my deployment.

Then in same game my 3 nob bikers and biker boss multi charge a lone marine, a CCS, a missle-less manticore.... Closest to closest gets 1 bike into CCS... then my choice for rest.. 1 PK goes to manticore.. the painboy to the marine... and the boss.. COULD have gone to the marine and not taken a terrain test... but chose to go thru terrain to get to the manticore to put his PK swings there (DUMBBBB ) and died to terrain.... Failing 4+/FNP.

Game was KP is why I was multicharging... Game ended 18-15 or something ike that... Had I not killed my own warlord... Would of been 16-15 >.< Then the megaboss.. 2 compounding facepalm moments. catastrophic! thats the way ya roll sometimes tho

heck in a separate game I managed to kill my biker boss punching a stormraven out of existence. >.<

Mine is actually not from 40K, but from when I played Heroclix some years back. I was running a big swarm of HYDRA agents and characters (robots, Red Skull, etc.) against an X-Men team.

I'm not normally superstitious about dice, but I have to blame gremlins or something for that game. I don't think I rolled over 7 on two dice for the entire game. My, um, "moment" came when all I had to do to land an attack was to NOT critical fail on 2d6...

Mat Ward.

I'd like a chocolate chip please.

And my NOOOOOOOOO moment was a couple of years ago. It was winter, and I was outside trying to varnish my models (I was young and foolish) and I tried to open the door with my models on a piece of cardboard, and the door slammed into my arm, and my models went everywhere and smashed into a million pieces, and not only that got on my moms hardwood floor. Needless to say, she wasn't too happy.

I was walking out the door with my all Minotaur fantasy army heading for a tournament, now mind you this was when minotaurs only came in metal and were what $16 a piece....anyway as I am walking out the house my case (forget the brand, but it was suitcase style with a shoulder strap) has one of the O-rings literally rip off from all the metal weight in that army. Down it went. I cuss profanely and loudly for several secs....then a ray of hope hits, maybe its not that bad. Head inside, open the case and yup it really is that bad. Every model had at least one thing fall off, some imploded completely. Needless to say I did not go to the tourny and my entire remaining Sat afternoon was spent re-glueing everything together.

Yet another cat story...

I glued a unit of orcs together on my work desk and left for one reason or another. When I came back my long hair cat was laying comfortable in the middle of them toasty under the lamp. When I tried to scoot him off, he took 3-4 with him, they had become glued to his fur. I ended up chasing the cat around the house trying to get the guys off. The cat was freaking out too cause something was stuck to its fur.

Two models were totally lost, I never found them. One ork had a perfect giant tuff of hair right in the middle of his head. So, I painted around it and left the orc with his big doo.

My moment is to do with a bunch of thousand sons.
So I'd just bought two packs of these guys, and they'd arrived at the front door. I picked them up and took them to my room.
I opened the pack.
They were metal. I had no metal glue.
...
...
...
NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Not finished.
So I finally manage to glue them together to a certain extent using bluglue (superglue + blutak, this actually works) and get out my last pot of chaos black to begin painting them Black Legion style.
When my brother (may God curse him) parades into my room wearing only a pair of boxer shorts,

Proceeds to yell "WATCHA DOIN'?"...
Then knocks that pot of chaos black all over my sorcerer, my table and my floor.
NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Was working on the Janissaire from the Haqqislam starter box (Infinity) - it was by far the fiddliest miniature I had touched, at that point, and metal. Got him 95% painted up, over the course of several of my most productive days of hobby-ing, to date, then somehow managed to drop him.

Right on his sword. His ~1/32" thick sword which I had painstakingly avoided bending. That sword with a cutaway right above the hand, leaving it no thicker than 18g wire. Bent it flat against his hand and the mere thought of straightening it out snapped the thing. Too rough to superglue (thanks to the stress fracture), too skinny to pin... Took me a solid 20 minutes of fiddling around to get it back on and looking halfway decent. Not that bad, compared to many of the stories here, but I still shudder when I recall the feeling I experienced between the drop and the landing.

B.B.Q. cat indeed.

I laughed so hard I almost passed out.

I have to think of some NO!! moments for myself but I will share one of my son for now. He just started playing and I was teaching him 5th edition. 6th wasn't out yet. He we are playing and he decided to shoot his carnifex's heavy vemoncannon. Rolls 12 for scatter with the arrow going back in the direction of the carnifex. He was so close to my models the template scattered over his carnifex and winds up killing his hive tyrant and a few guants.

I usually have one per game.

Yesterday, it was when my Termi w/ Chain Fist (and friends) assaults the opposing players LR Crusader, which has been reduced to one Hull Point because of 3 turns of shooting.

I roll to hit - the results for the Chain Fist are:

Oh, I hit with plenty of the Power Fists but of course no sixes were rolled.

Next time, Crusader... next time.

I have a couple

The epic terminator assault fail comes to mid, its in the thread already, mine was 4x1 rolled on armour vs a squad of 7 or 8 DE wyches who then went and haywired the raider.

Other is bloodbowl. Few there. Uppermost in my mind is High Elf throw for the win final turn. Thrower moves onto ball, rolls 1 but sure hands picksup, goes short pass, rolls 1, pass skill gets it away, high elf lineman who needs to walk 1 square goes o catch, i roll 1, have th reroll stored for this, roll second 1. Ball scatters off, game ends. Nooo!!

Khamul the Easterling, a hero of many battles and commander of the combined forces of Easterlings, Isengard, Harad, Khand, Mordor and Umbar, heroically drowns in a river during the first turn.

I have a new one. That happened to me yesterday.
So I have my Defiler, Trukk with 'Ard Case And packed with ork Nobz in it's sights. I move, get within 7 inches. Ah well. LET HELL BE UNLEASHED THROUGH BATTLE CANNON! I fire, roll scatter dice and distance. 12. 2 inches behind me are my Havocs packing a ton of heavy weapons. Battle cannon hits them, all dead. My Defiler is on one hull point. Hits rear armour, penetrates. Destroyed. I had the strangest image of the battle cannon blowing the entire body backwards onto my Havocs.

That's just too great and too terrible at the same time to even get mad about!

Watched a game between a nurgle CSM player and a nurgle daemon player today. Daemon player took Epidemius.

Both players realize turn 2 that EVERYTHING on the board has the mark of nurgle, and therefore gets the bonuses.

Reach the tier where EVERYTHING gets a 3+FNP. Turns into a hilarious slapfight, with everything in assault but nothing can kill anything.

Then kill number 20 happens.

All attacks ignore armors saves.

Cue one very sad CSM player.

One of the funniest matches I've ever watched

I lost my scissors, after a long time of searching for them I thought to myself 'you know, I'm going to buy new scissors and not lose them!'. I go out to get these brand new lovely scissors only to realise it's one of those airtight plastic packaging. That's when it hit me, I needed scissors to get into the pack. There they were, staring at me knowing that they had won...

... NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

There I was admiring my 5 LRBT chassis with sponsons in all their glory, looking forward to the new edition of 40K.

Then 3rd Ed happened. I didn't play 40K again or even walk into a LGS for almost a decade.
