If you had a hollow tunnel through the Earth, it would take about 50 minutes to "fall" to the other side of the planet.

I am not sure if that is taking into account air resistance or the spin of the earth though.

what about gravity changes? once you got to the core you would be at the center of gravity and stuck.

No, you would not be stuck because you would still be moving (quite fast). What happens is that you "fall", accelerating towards the core as you go. When you reach the core, you shoot through the other side and start decelerating. This means, with no air friction or other loss of energy, you would slow until you reached the surface at the other side at the exact same speed at which you entered where you started.

or you would be torn in half by the gravity/acceration clash...at least you would get some dislocated/broken bones

No, you wouldn't. You would be weightless at the centre of the Earth before beginning to gradually decelerate.
