I will say that I think you've gone a bit too dark with the shading on the wolf; I know that shading and contrast add visual interest but there's just too much contrast on the fur there.
Thx for your comments ... and I agree with them. It took a while until I decided which two main colors to use for Varys' robe and I am extremely happy how it turned out. Although there is some Manga Superhero who looks a little similar, but I did not know about him.
As most of my highlighting is over the top and has not much to do with realism the same goes for the fur of the White Wolf ... looking at photos there should be no contrast at all. But I went a little too far I guess ...

I think I would go with a blue/gray highlight on the cloak though. While the purple turned out very nice, and is far better done than I could do, it feels a little too fancy for the Watch.

Thx for the praise. The Sworn Brother was a test model and I wanted to try out if I can higlight black with something else than grey to put some variety into NW models. But I agree that it did not work out. I have finished a NW veteran just using grey and it looks more realistic.
