Stupidly expensive - along with FW guard lists, Vostroyan infantry lists... They're also stupidly heavy to carry around.

You see the majority of people who post on YTTH hurts always seem to agree with EVERYTHING he says. I post there sometimes and frequently lurk but I dont think Orks are a crap army, I think there anti-tank isnt amazing but there still a great army.

They also (Without having any idea what there talking about) Make silly ideas up like Orks are REALY expensive.

Like people have said, take an imperial guard army full of conscripts, but with out any weapon upgrades whatsoever. Use FW models: renegades, death korps, elysians, makes no difference.

50 Conscripts: 200 (1200)

That's 2030 points. Take away 10 conscripts, 1990. 445 men.

Based on the ten-man kits for each FW IG line:
Elysians, £35.25 x 44.5= £1568.63
Krieg, £34.25 x 44.5= £1523.13
Vraks Renegades, £10.25 (conversion kit, so add £18 for 10 cadians) £28.25 x 44.5= £1257.13

So, I think there can't be many armies more ridiculous than Elysians. Maybe someone could calculate the cost of 2000 points of wraithguard?

FW Krieg with FW Valkyries that have the vendetta conversion.

Top it off with a reaver titan.
