after JDs primarch thread we now need a thread where you get to decide whos best and we will see which primarch rules Dakka's hearts and minds.

say who you voted for, Why and add in discussion.

you might also say who you dislike the most

My favorite is Magnus the Red. he willingly disobeyed dad and sat down and waited for the spanking.

least favorite is Rowboat

Russ. There are so many good ones but it always comes down to Russ. There is no need to explain why.

Kurze is obviously the baddest dude.

Rowboat Girlyman is the worst.

Well, this may change when I lovingly copy (STEAL!) JD's idea for my 1000th post celebration, but
Sanguinius. Not because of the BA bandwagon, mind you, he has always been my favorite.

Had to vote for ferrus.
How many others can say they have beat a C'tan to death with thier bare hands?
(hence why he has silver hands)

I dunno, I kinda felt like that was a bit of a moment... I mean, the guy's name is Ferrus Manus. What the hell did he expect, to have baby-soft hands for the rest of his life?

Its a defining moment in hostory for them, and something that makes the chapter unique.
Mainly due to his death, in which they now form mobile gang style fortresses, rather than a single chapter led by a master.

Lets face it, vulkan went out hunting dragons, something ive never seen in 40k unless converted by someone
(trust me, ive tried to add them, just cant find a way though)

Alpharius is my favorite right now. Legion really stole me away from Mortarion. Morty's now my 2nd favorite.

My least liked has to be Ferrus Manus or Rowboat. I didn't really like Ferrus or Fulgrim in the HH series, and I don't really have much more to go on other than his combat prowess, which is pretty comparable to everybody else.

Rowboat is just... boring as all hell.

Wow, I wasn't expecting so many people to think Alpharius was the best. Hes great don't get me wrong, but he's still not as good as Magnus.

After reading up on Dorn I think hes 1 of my favourites. Even though his chapter is yellow and I'm not a fan of colourful SM chapters.

Horus...even though he's a traitorous dog, after that hand drawn cartoon I saw of the two stick figures I just can't get him out of my head...

And, even though I play, Ultramarines, I think that Guilliman is the lamest because he just has such a prissy name!

The description of Asirnoth does make it sound like a C'tan. The living metal skin is definatly very C'tanish, though i don't think anyone can say for sure, theres not exactly much info on this subject.

Glad I could be of inspiration, however just remember, popular doesn't mean best. 50 Cent could tell you more...

Also, I feel I will take this time for some free advertising for MY PRIMARCH THREAD which apparently inspired this.

I expect if you've read said thread, you will know whom I voted for...

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

Oh and Asirnoth was probably a C'tan construct, but was not a C'tan, as it's confirmed only four survived til the enslaver plague.
