I'd ditch the transport capacity entirely since its armed like an MBT.
Since its not often going to be able to fire is sponsons it might be more interesting to give it some up close defensive weapons like flamers or some such instead...also I am very leery of a vehicle with three potential havoc launchers.

Hmm...while those are very similar to Hurricane Bolters in output I think you'll find folks bothered by them being a new weapon with such a seemingly high rate of fire...why not just achieve roughly the same effect and give it Hurricanes?

Have you thought about the scorpion cannon from the brass scorpion of khorne? That has a punishing rate of fire and is not a completely new weapon, but you might not want the battle cannon on the same tank...

I think the gatlers are fine, ap 4 is a solid choice IMO, although AP 3 is also a good idea, although surely then some tzneetchian dust buckets would have to be driving it

Yeah, you could make them "Warpfire Gatling Cannons" or something that are maybe a random number of Str 4 AP 3 Shots. Consistently getting 10 out of each sponson seems a bit high. What about d6+2 shots?

Yes, as a defensive weapon, they shouldn't be overpowered, especially when you can fire 20 bolter shots each turn.

Only problem with that is i'm trying to get rid of the Random Aspect of the Chaos, and the Invunerable saves is a good idea, but would be more like a Daemon Hunter type Land Raider.

If you make it S5 it defeats the opject of it. If this is supposed to be a Chaos answer to the Crusader then the sponsons need to be S4 or lower.
Unless you give it a rule similar to PotMS whcih would allow it to move and fire both sponsons OR one sposon and the cannon.

Khorne: All friendly Units within 6" get Furious Charge and Fearless Special Rules
Nurgal: The smell of the vechicale is so horrid, units with a Armour save of 4+ or higher must stay at least 12" or else it takes 2 D6+2 D6 4+ poisen wounds, but his makes the vechicale go up to 320 points.
Tzeench: The vechicale may Deepstrike OR Outflank
Slaneesh: The vechicale can trasport up to 5 Termies or 10 CSM, but not a mix.

That's pretty good, I'd play it at those points, the only things there I don't like is the mark of Khorne and the cribbed machine spirit.
Maybe give it a death rolla or something smashy and bloody with a mark of khorne instead? Influencing the enemies psychology is a bit more slaaneshy to my way of thinking.
As to the power of the Daemon engine, perhaps make it slightly more different then the machine spirit, like always fire defensive weapons regardless of movement and other weapons firing, but no splitting fire?
