Plastic Greatcoat Guardsmen, buildable as Valhallans, Death Korp, and Steel Legion.

A bunch of characters from the BL books. Comissar Cain, Uriel Ventris, Garro etc... I know I'd buy them even if they were in badly warped finecast with an astronomical price and direct only.

The collecters range for IG and re-release all GG models and sculpt some more!!!
And put Special Issue wargear in the normal Xv8 kits,

I know it isn't a modle as such but:

Plastic special weapons sprues for Space Marines/Imperial Guard. Melta/Plasma Guns, Storm Shields, Thunder Hammers ect.

I'd also like to see plastic Valhallan IG that we could pose and plastic weapons we could buy (looking at Meltaguns here).

DE upgrade sprue with 2 of each weapon option, an extra set of scourge wings, a wrack and incubi hanger on, and a trenchcoat body that could be used for a haemonculi, a vect inspired incubi from the original release, or just something to make trueborn/archons stand out better.

Aside from that, a plastic kit to make aspect warriors with 5 general torsos that could fit most aspects, helms, shoulders, and weapons for most of the aspects, and some other bits to help personalize them or bulk out the heavier armoured guys. Banshees, Scorpions, Firedragons, and Avengers could get by with just helmet, shoulder, and backpack swaps if done right for example.

They did make models for some of the Primarchs. It was aaaaaaaages ago, but they did (2nd Ed iirc).
Theres definitely a Russ model anyway, but i cant find it by searching (damn you Google)

Tervigon and mycetic spore REALLY need models, they're taken in the majority of nid lists. Tyrannofex will almost certainly be buildable out of the tervigon kit as well. Plastic greatcoat guard are another one, I'm really hoping 6th ed IG get them. Ideally with Valhallan and Krieg heads options. To be honest I'd rather they let Catachans slide into OOP obscurity and be replaced by any other variety, almost no one plays them and even their best sculpts look too ott. Grab bags of weapons would be really nice. The price of a plastic troops kit and you get 5 of each combi weapon, 5 termi arms of each combi weapon, 5 fists and 5 termi fists, 10 each of plasmas, meltas, and flamers, etc. This way you don't have to scour the internet for bits, you don't end up with all your aspiring champs with the same damn pointing fist, etc. Versions of these for factions that don't use the standard weaponry would be nice but don't seem as likely since they'd be for one army each, but hopefully at least Ork, Eldar, and nid versions would sell.
