A lot of cities and countries around the world have got a special phrase or apothegm associated with them, which is supposed to sum up their essential character. For example:
London -- When a man is tired of London he is tired of life.
Thailand -- The land of smiles.
Paris -- The city of lights.
Rome -- The eternal city.
If the same idea were to be applied to 40K, what would people come up with?
