I would say grey knights, simply because they have a huge advantage against a particular army in the game. While it's fluffy, it's not exactly fair is it?

i go for nids anyway if you have a full synapse army you cant be beaten

It was tongue in cheek, happy, merely saying that people have a tendency to decry the last army that whupped them as being overpowered. However, I don't think Orks suffer too much from the BS2 and 6+ save. A mob of 30 boys with a KFF is absolutely brutal.

its not because i lose to a cretain nid player I play regulary but its because i lose to him every...single...time

Ah, I sympathise. I've suffered many a loss to a skilled Nid player. I've yet to beat him. But I'll get him one day. I wasn't having a dig at you, by the way, just a friendly nudge at the habits of the wargamer online.

actually i have played agains them before with my deamons
it was the nid players GK,two tactical squads and he took out 60 deamons by turn 7.

He changes it every time. Makes it worse, as I never know in which way he's going to beat me. I'm learning, though, and I'm getting there. A blend of anti-MC, horde-thinning weapons, and mobility seems to be the key. I'll let you know if I have a breakthrough.

can you see a pattern in his army (i.e dose he keep a hive tyrant with a retinue or dose he keep a trygon with him,etc...) if he has a hord of hormagaunts type of army kill his synapse creatures first, the his cookie of an army crumbles. hope you find this usefull

In all seriousness, none are massively overpowered. All of them have their occasional stupid things (Vendettas, Psybolt ammo, Long Fangs), but most 5th ed codices (bar Tyranids and vanilla Marines) are on roughly the same power leve. And even ,Nids and Marines still aren't desperately underpowered.
Unless those 'nids happen to be facing purifier spam. ID'ing all your carnifexes and burning all your gribblies. Ouch.

if your talking about the rubbish "ill be back-terminator-refrence" your wrong as there adventage can turn into there weakness (i.e kill 75% of the army and you win but this only applys to warriors and lords).

I think they got so plugged in to the idea that Necrons are an utter pushover that will concede before turn one that the loss had more severe and traumatic mental effects..
Necrons: Causing severe, traumatic mental effects since 65,000 BC , possibly much earlier...

Eh, but if I had to pick one that was "most" overpowered, I'd pick Space Wolves. Its not that their units are broken (No army has absurdly broken units) its just the fact that they are very cheap pointwise for what you get. So its not neccisarily overpowered, but as the question says, its still technically the "most" overpowered. Still, I've heard of SW being beaten all the time bby skilled players. There is no army out there that is invincible in any players hand.
And as for Nid's, I think the new Nids dex is actually a really solid codex. If played correctly, I think it is easily one of the more competitive armies out there, you just have to be a smart player and play the Tyranids with some finesse. For example, if you charge 3 fexes at Purifier Spam, yeah, your gonne get killed. Unless your smart and use some Dakkafexes with Devilgants and put out an ungodly amount of shots at those purifiers. The thing about GK's for me that makes them fairly balanced is GK are a very CC oriented army, they are somewhat lacking in the category of ranged weapondry besides Psyriflemen and a few other units. So you just have to be able to avoid those nasty force weapons and you should be able to be good.

He was saying that Necrons are so awesome that they break the meter and start again at 0 (or to put it another way they suck  ) . You seem to have missed the joke.
Also Phase out isn't just about warriors and lords. The only things in the army that don't count toward it are Monoliths, Scarabs, Tomb Spyders and Pariahs. Phase out and WBB are seperate rules btw
