This new heavy warbeast, the Swamp Horror, is an amazing addition to the Blindwater Congregation’s arsenal. I can’t wait to get it on the tabletop and watch my opponents cringe in terror as it rips through their lines. I don’t want to give away too much this early, so be sure to check out the Swamp Horror and all of the other awesome new hotness when HORDES: Domination releases this fall.

Not sure if it's just you, but they're actually fairly accurate:

Very nice, even if it is for Gators and not pigs! Wonder if it's a character beast or not?

Awesome artwork but if this is a heavy warbeast it will be on a 50mm base. No way a model of that size can do the art justice.

Expect most of it to be "underwater." :(

Well, may make for some interesting diorama work nonetheless.

The last Munchkin expansion had rules for that.

Love the monster, though he doesn't quite fit in with the swamp voodoo wibe the Gators have.

Hall of Doom disagrees with you:

So it doesn't have tentacles, but is it just me or are the two extremely similar in appearance?

Very nice, though won't it be a little small as a Heavy warbeast? I was expecting something of that size to be a Battle Engine.

Anyone who believed we(Minions) were getting a Battle Engine before Mercs got one was fooling themselves.

Got to admit I love the artwork, its feel that is both alien and familiar to the swamps, and I cant wait to see the sculpt. I agree that it is disappointing since this creature appears almost War Engined sized rather than War Beast, however mercs didnt get a WE with wrath so I wouldnt expect Minions to. However, I doubt mercs or minions need WEs. Anyone whose read Wrath can tell you that the WEs are useful but dont outclass a good old fasioned warbeast/jack.

I was fine with the Trollkin.

Now we get something like that?

That thing is pretty cool looking in the artwork. Dont' know much about that particular army, but that thing makes me want to.

Why does it look like a nid, though? It kind of has some of the same sorts of lines and artstyle. The other units in that army look like that thing?

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

No, the rest of the army is crocodiles and a snapping turtle. But PP has a different army where all the beasts look like Tyranids.

Alligators, not Crocs. Crocs have longer, thinner snouts and live in different climates. Crocs have a higher tolerance for saltwater, too. Different Taxonomic families.

Also, the Congregation has Gobbers, thrullgs, and poison dart frogs.

I'm sorry, I tried being generic. It's so hard to guess how to speak to laymen.

Don't worry bout it, 99% of the population can't tell the difference, and last I checked gatormen were about as close to crocodiles as they were to actual gators...

It's fighting less than half a unit of them and already one has got into the killing position behind it.
