I don't even have time to read all of this, but it looks pretty fething awesome! My only problem is...Roboute Guillemans chapter tactics...not that it's not "neat" but I would give it a little bit of a buff if you have him in the army. Not sure what, but something special would make sense.

Read likes a more supped up version of Tempus Fugitives codex, except for your Primarch profiles which seem more accurate. Were these based on one of their previous editions? Looks like a lot of hours' work went in to it - requires several minutes to briefly read it alone! It'll be hard to find anyone wanting to play it though. Particularly if I use those Custodian rules for my GKs.

Wow, you're really making me want to go down to Forgeworld and binge on pre-Heresy Marines! Major kudos for the dedication put into this list. Critical feedback:
Remembrancer: Is the whole squad at -1 for pinning tests?
Fireblade: S7 ignoring EW? How many <T4 EWs are there for this to affect?
Siege Berzerkers: Frag grenades and Chainfists? Cool unit, but its wargear doesn't synergy at all.
Freki better at everything than Geri? What about making Geri Rending, so as to go for weak points rather than brute force?
Kharn is great, love the idea of him being carried along by a Land Raider screaming oaths at the terrified crew! "DON'T MAKE ME COME IN THERE TO GET YOU, HERETICS!"
Making Horus effectively 1++ when in TA... maybe make it 1+/3++ instead?>

i did yes. he is only a mere human after all. just psychically active is all.
@ lindsay40k: the siege berzerkers also have the neat rule where their chain fists strike in initiative order when striking into cover or moving in or out of bulidings. the rememberancer does make the whole squad at -1 for pinning tests. and Horus in Terminator armor being at 0+ is due to the emperor being at 0+ so balance between the two WHEN the show down happens
@ Zalmout: the reason for Gullimans chapter tactics is because he wrote codex space marines, that and he has a storm sheild

true, but the emperor still was a human hence the low strength and toughness. how ever his lightning claw makes up for it. still the Knights of Caliban, (of which tempusfugitives borrowed my idea for their Knights of the Order) are also Glass Shields as well

Generally that might be an interesting way of doing it, but do bear in mind what Emperor = T3 W7 EW and Fulgrim = S7 ignore EW will mean if ever the two should duel...

None of which help against Fulgrim's EW-killing S7 Power Weapon attacks that ignores invulnerable saves...

Sorry, just read through it and it seems great, but two things kind of stood out. Macharius wasn't around then, so there's no reason why a tank named after him should be either. And neither Typhon nor Saul Tarvitz had Relic Blades. Typhon had a Manreaper and Tarvitz had a normal chainsword.

I would still increase the emperor's stats, he was above the average human, does he not stand as tall as the other primarchs? He is made from the most powerful psykers put into one person, he is not the average human.

hence why his other stats are higher then normal, i just think his strength and toughness should only be 3

The Horus Heresy novels repeatedly describe the Emperor as being in all ways superior to the Primarchs, and as a being of unfathomable psychic and physical might, plus he survived with something like half his body cut off for long enough to be transferred to the Golden Throne, this really isn't the thing something with the toughness of a guardsman can do.
