I think there was one of these a while back.
Anyway the aim of it is to post a song that in somewhat relates to the previous one. Be it in name, band name, genre or what the song is about. Should be a decent way for some to find new bands they wouldn't have noticed before either.
I'll start it off with something different to what I usually listen to as Dakka loves rock and metal so it'd be an easier starting point.
"Did you notice a sign out in front of my chapel that said "Land Raider Storage"?" -High Chaplain Astorath the Grim Redeemer of the Lost.
I sold my soul to the devil and now the bastard is demanding a refund!

My song was a "love song". So Deathreaper took that theme and built off of it with a song about being "happy together".
A wiser third play would have been to carry that further by jumping on the "together" theme and perhaps posting "Come Together" by The Beatles or the "happy" component and posting "Happy Happy Joy Joy" from Spongebob...

The connection needs to be one of these four: "Be it in (Song) name, band name, genre or what the song is about"
"Day-O (The Banana Boat Song)" and "Come Together" have no names the same, no band names the same, not the same genre, and they are not about the same thing.
this song is a non sequitur.

See the underlined, those were the parameters listed.
However if it just needs to be somewhat that is fine.

We are arming Syrian rebels who support ISIS, who is fighting Iran, who is fighting Iraq who we also support against ISIS, while fighting Kurds who we support while they are fighting Syrian rebels.
Ok a song with Poison in it, Im sure we can get off the mouse thing now.. Chords was far too hard for me.
Well, I suppose you could have had baggy trousers, but I dont know if Americans call them chords.

It probably would be, yes
from All Shall Fall to The Fallen One by Hammerfall (do I get double points for two references?)
EDIT: Just saying that the post above me was devoid of a linked video when I posted, so I didn't skip him if one appears, it just wasn't there.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.
Excerpt from "Seeress of Kell", Book Five of The Malloreon series by David Eddings.
"You need not fear us, unless you are a dark heart, a vile one who preys on the innocent; I promise, you can’t hide forever in the empty darkness, for we will hunt you down like the animals you are, and pull you into the very bowels of hell." Iron - Within Temptation
He's no Priest, but he's a Saint: As with a good lot of Green Day stuff, potentially NSFW for Explicit Lyrics, haven't listened to it for a while so dunno for sure.
