They're paying 50 pounds to a handful of people so if you can be constructive it might be worth your time.

I am curious to see if they publish the results.
I tried to be constructive.

Generic characters disappearing? Elite units of your army losing options and customizations? No longer finding that motivation to convert?
Your army could suffer Post-Chapterhouse Stress Disorder (PCSD)! If you think that your army is suffering one or more of the aforementioned symptoms, call us at 789-666-1982 for a quick diagnosis!

Good find. I sent mine in, and I would love to see some sort of results, or response/thoughts from GW. I bet they will get truckloads of salt!

No Pity! No Remorse! No fear!

It appears as if some people will need a sensitivity training and/or refresher.

Or at the very least a 'if you've got nothing nice to say' reminder.

In other words - RULE #1.

I was mostly positive but I told them their models cost to much.

"Show me where it says that in the codex!" said Learchus.
"You know brother that I cannot." said Uriel.

I took it honestly.

I also called for Imperial Guard nerfs. Woot woot

I asked for:

1. a rewards program (why spend any money at GW when i can get 20% off elsewhere?)
2. better bases, i buy mine third party
3. balance improvements.

I have done the thing, and I expect this will go literally nowhere.

I did suggest they swoop by forums and suchlike, to come read our noise sometime.

If a human even reads these free-text fields, who knows.

I asked for an open rules proposal/vetting system, maybe using Privateer Press's CiD system as a baseline.

On moon miranda.

Alpharius, with that big inflammatory image just a few posts down from the OP, I don' think this thread has a chance...

That said, I did the survey, this appeared to mostly just be demographic data mining, with relatively limited feedback options (e.g. "tell us one thing..."), they're looking for who buys what and how much, not so much product feedback it looks like. I added my $0.02 anyway where i could anyway, but methinks it would be a bit much too expect anything big to come out of this.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

Hey, maybe we'll get lucky and win 50 pounds/euros (not sure which that is).

It's pounds, roughly $80 USD. I definitely gave them some feedback regarding some plastic aspect warriors. I wouldn't expect a lot, but it does seem like they're trying to do better over the last few years.

Edit: as an aside, I'm surprised mods left that post up. Not only is it factually incorrect in several regards and intentionally trolling, but you'd think spouting bigotry is a big no-no.

There is a "tell us anything else you want us to know" at then end. There are a few ways to sneak some opinions in there if you keep them brief.

I gave them honest feed back. I'm, I think, justifiably skeptical on the overall impact. However I do feel this is a directional change for a company that used to pride itself on not ever doing anything like market research or really attempting to know its customers. I'm sure a lot of it is going to be white noise to them but hopefully if there are enough specific answers and the like some change may occur.

Yeah, at minimum its a chance at some cash. When a company presents an opportunity for feedback, I would always take it.

I just told them to drop prices. We all know they’re earning massive profits that are disproportionate.

Adepta Sororitas: 3,800 Points
Adeptus Custodes: 8,100 Points
Adeptus Mechanicus: 8,400 Points
Alpha Legion: 4,400 Points
Astra Militarum: 7,500 Points
Dark Angels: 16,800 Points
Imperial Knights: 12,500 Points
Legio Titanicus: 5,500 Points
Slaaneshi Daemons: 3,800 Points

Agreed. Part of my feedback was that some aspects are prohibitively priced for new blood. Although they are getting better e.g. Shadespire, start collecting, etc.

Please note, for those of you who play Chaos Daemons as a faction the term "Daemon" is potentially offensive. Instead, please play codex "Chaos: Mortally Challenged". Thank you.

I responded, telling them how much they've improved over the year! I tried to give useful feedback where I could. I think this is great, because this is not the same GW as before. I mean, they ASKED us what we want! That's UNHEARD of for them from before!

And I will not violate rule #1, because people that can't respect the thoughts of others aren't worth the time.

That is exactly what it is.

Are they? Is their balance sheet public?

Like many others I offered pricing and rules as areas for improvement but said that I am very impressed with the current quality of their models. I get the feeling that overall, prices are going to be the most common complaint.

Basically told them how much of a GW fanboy I am but that pricing could be better and there are just too many books required.

I doubt we need to go there, but they did have an option for you to self-identify. Since that's entirely an issue of self-identification anyway, probably better to let people fill it in themselves than to make assumptions that wouldn't cover the spectrum.

A lot of that survey seemed tone-deaf from the start (trying to pretend they don't have competition in the market), but I filled in as honestly as I could. Maybe the fill-in sections of the results will get them thinking about whose getting my dollars - and why - instead of them.

I gave them a big ding on rules - besides prices (which they aren't going to bother with objections to), that's the biggest issue I have with them right now. The indexes were an okay start, but they just seem to be going off the rails with the codexes and Chapter approved instead of laying better track.

It never ends well
