5 + Exarch makes sense. Original codex sized squads were five + leader so six total.

Is the limited edition figure the Autarch?  or is it still the rumoured Bonesinger?

That's actually a tempting set.

The Limited fig is an Autarch. The Bonesinger is a promotional figure... which means it will be released however the individual GW's around the world decide to release it.

Interesting, but what's in the Battleforce? Anyone knows?

No idea. If I had to guess, I'd say a unit of Guardians, a unit of Dire Avengers, a Falcon and a Vyper. Maybe a Grav Platform.

Falcon and Vyper? I would expect the new shiny plastic stuff, but on the other hand, who needs that many War Walkers and Wraithlords?
Support platform would be a given...

As I said, that's just a guess... it's based on what they have included in previous Battleforces. While they'll generally include one or two new items in there, the contents seem to be primarily dictated by the assortment of plastics that are available for the army, their comparitive costs, and by a standard general 'mix' : They generally seem to go for a mix of whichever troops are available in plastic, and a transport. If there's any space left, you'll get a small vehicle.

There are a couple of exceptions to this formula, but they're all armies lacking specific plastics. Tyranids, for example, have no transports. Necrons have a transport that costs more than half what the Battleforce does all by itself, so didn't get it in the box. And Catachans got Sentinels rather than a tank, presumably because it seemed a little more appropriate.

a real Ctachan army should have tanks anyway.
I suppose there will be some new stuff in the battleforce, probably warwalkers and DAs
