Digging those swords. I don't think the color is different enough to worry about. All together they are looking pretty sweet.

I'd add a little orange to the red snd ighlight the raised areas.

Nice work on those eldar bikes, the effect on the swords is really cool. On a glance the colors seem to match well enough.

Lovely rich colours, crisp and looking seriously snazzy. Don't worry about the swords, a bit of variation isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Calling the bikers done for now, may go back later and add something to the cowl. They performed well on the battlefield and really buff the 9 bikers with Shuriken Cannons. Rerolling hits and wounds plus reducing targets armor saves makes them a little deathstar.
@Captain Brown, yes it is always better to play against a painted army on a table with terrain.

So for my next project I have the new chaos Sorcerer. Going to paint him up to match the other Black Legionnaires that I started last year.

The blue isn't terrible, you have done a great job on the model, cloak is brilliant. The blue just adds a Tzeentch feel to it.

I second Camkierhi, blue works on the mini. It's not a color one would expect, but gives a sorcery feel to him.

I'll third that.

Both the robe and the cape are coming out nicely.

While I share you dislike of the blue robes (I think it contrasts too sharply with the red of the model's colors, I think it's extremely well painted. Maybe you could paint the back of the cape in an indigo to try to bring that blue back in line? just a thought

Thanks for chiming in guys. Did a bit more work today on his armor, face and stave. May have gotten a bit to much red wash on his face...
@Warboss_Waazag his cloak is suppose to mirror Abaddons so I am going to keep it Brown on the outside. If anything I may change the inside from red to purple.
