They're clearly painted to resemble biological feathers. Whether they are or not remains to be seen.

We've seen GW do biological feathers, typically they're not smooth with rivets on them. Even very tiny ones have barbs sculpted on.

It looks a bit like a mace from 17th century. I think it comes from some Warcry model.

Clubbing implement of some manner. Not really sure which army it's for, but guessing a fantasy one as it's decidedly low-tech. Undead maybe? Human faction?

Both the crimson court and the AoS skeleton warriors have a similar looking desing, so might be soulblight related.

The feathers thing looks like a lady's fan, with fingers at the base. I don't think this is that, but Lady Malys had something similar.

It could also be the haft of a low-rent axe or scythe resting on a shoulder, come to think of it.

But I'd prefer it to be something in the same vein as a Corpse Cart, like one of several peasants that carry a palanquin or pull a cart.
