Not too much to report here. Just heard that the pistoleers are going into a box set, no word one way or the other if they are getting new sculpts. The warrior priest are supposedly getting redone. Thats all I heard for now. Will see what else my man on the "inside" has to say in the future.

Multipose Stormtroopers would be cool.
Oh, you mean Empire. I think I read on Warseer that they were going to make a plastic General, but I might be wrong.

The Warseer has a "concept green" for a new Swordsman (i.e., not the actual mold, but a concept for one). Said there would be a new kit that would let you make Halberdiers, Swordsmen and Spearmen from the same box. Which would make sense. As for multipart, since it's WHFB I would assume one-piece torso and legs, with separate arms, heads and doo-dads. Maybe even those arms that attach at the elbows that you love so much, Kyoto...

That would be good news, throw in some nice muskets and I'll be a happy boy. Rogue trader pirate army!

Current rumors are hard to pin down, but revolve around three kits: Empire state troops: Spears/Swords/worthless over costed choppy things Empire ranged troops: Handgunners/Crossbowmen Pistoliers: Pistoliers and outriders, so tons of repeating firearms. The dragon mount is rumored to be tied to Karl Franz, and KF only. Not sure what that means for poor Deathclaw, but I think that means he is out.

Surely there will be lots of quality new plastics as with all Fantasy releases! The speculation above sounds accurate, though I don't think much of the current horses/knights, so they could be added to the list. Atleast GW is doing a stellar job with the core of the hobby, the miniatures! Screw WD, if the minis keep improving and the range keeps expanding

Y'know plastic fagellants would make me a very (x2)_ happy person. They can even have elbow joints instead of shoulder joints and flat head joints instead of rounded ones.
