Beautiful! Really like the gorehound's base so far.

What kits are the terrain from? Or did you make them? Regardless, it all looks great!

Thank you buddy. The terrain bits are from the 3rd edition boxed set. I like how solid and substantial they look and really enjoy painting them.

On my Instagram I recently ran a giveaway for one of my followers. The winner got to choose a terminator model built by myself to his/her spec. The guy that won sent me some sketches of what he'd like and I started working on it. Not got a great deal to show but here's a little teaser whil I wait for some bits from Zinge industries. The guy wanted a Renegade rather than all out Chaos Termi so I decided to cut up some SW and DW legs to begin with. I'll probably remove the skull from the DW leg as the other one is much cooler. The blob of GS was just to get him to stand for the pics. It will be sorted.

Very nice Terminator, I love the way he's going, very agressive and imposing. Imho though you don't need to remove the DW skull...Great work, keep it up!!

Awesome work, I am inspired lol.

The wolves go for the throat.
We go for the eyes.
Then the tongue.
Then the hands.
Then the feet
Then we skin the crippled remains.

Well, long time no post but real life has been a bit crazy and not always in a good way so not had a lot of time for the hobby. Had some time tonight so decided to tackle a conversion/kitbash Id had in mind for a bit. So with Through the Never my Blu Ray and another daemon prince kit to build a companion piece for my BloodThirster conversion. So here's the WIP of my Keeper of Secrets.

As usual let me know what you think. I went with the Carnifex claws as a little nod to the original KoS model from way back.

Nice GD you got there (though I'm surprised such a devout follower of the Blood God would kitbash a Slaaneshi Daemon). If there's on thing missing, that would be a whip of some sort...
Good work once again!!

Sorry for not commenting earlier, buddy! That Keeper of Secrets is an excellent kitbash! The Tyranid legs are a perfect legs, with the carapace plates on the front looking rather Slaaneshi -- what a great fit! Personally speaking, I'd lose the ogre gut plate on the left shoulder, because it just looks too clunky. In fact, maybe you should try sourcing some more "elegant" armour plates and small trinkets, as would befit an elegant servant of the Dark Prince Dark Eldar vehicle bitz and the Dark Elf line might be worth a look.

And while the head's looking great, maybe you should give another lower jaw a try? The one you used seems a bit too broad to work with the skull used as a face.

But those are really just minor nitpicks -- inspired kitbashing, as always! More please!

Due to getting this

as an unexpected Crimbo pressie I'll soon be building something along the lines of these,

Or possibly a certain Daemon Primarch. I also have to build a lot more Zerkers and CSM to run my Kharns butcher horde.
So spent a bit of time on the Bloodthirster today, I'm still trying to figure this guy out so a lot of areas still need work. Especially the armour on the lower legs.

Then I started thinking about an axe for him. The one from the Ven Wolf Dread is far too puny. So I made a really really rough concept of an appropriate size.

Really enjoying working on this guy though and hopefully will have another update soon.

He is really looking good so far, good work, and the axe build is fantastic, though it seems a little short. Other than that, I don't see any problems but if you decide to go for Angron, you might want to add the butcher's nails

Thanks guys. Hobby time has taken a hit this last week as I have just welcomed my gorgeous daughter into the world. I do have plans to finish the Thirster and an Angron model soon but need to get used to the ups and downs of parenthood first.

And my Mrs had ordered a little biohazard vest as a little surprise to me as well.

Congrats! Great name choice.

BTW, I started my daughters painting Orks at 2. Just saying

"Orkses never lost a battle. If we win we win, if we die we die fighting so it don't count. If we runs for it we don't die neither, cos we can come back for annuver go, see!"

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

Thanks a lot folks, really appreciate it.

So understandably I haven't had a lot of time for hobby related work lately but I did throw this together last night. A berzerker taxi, transport is something Im sorely lacking in my army so I'm hoping to finally paint my Land Raider that's been primed black for ages and paint this at the same time. I still have a few details to add to this before paint but it's very nearly there.

And just to jog your memories here's what the Land Raider looks like. (Before primer)

Then if they both turn out alright I'll tackle this beast.

Loving the work on your rhino, What kit did you get the row of skulls on the front of the rhino?

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I was going through this whole blog for like..the 4th time hehe and i really like your method for converting heads for your berzerkers/havocs (By taking the CSM heads and blending the front with the Berzerker Helmets), is there any possibility you could post a tutorial and are there any tips/tricks you have to converting the heads of your marines?

It sounds rather straightforward with chopping both kit's heads in half and putting them together but is there anything special you do or is it exactly just that?

Cheers! I'd love to start on my berzerkers and your method is pure excellent and i'd love to replicate it Thanks again

Thanks guys, Thindefury the method for making the heads is exactly as you say, any mistakes I fill with gs. The row of skulls I think is from one of the Dark Eldar kits. I forget as I tend to bits buy a lot. As for my method of converting the heads it was actually Wade Pryces method that I adapted for myself. His world eaters are still a massive influence on y work. It's a shame he can't really post on forums anymore due to his job.
