It looks like a vanilla marine list with a death company and a bunch of heavy weapons that get distracted and walk away. The scouts seem kinda pointless the way you're using them. The marine squads look too big and missing plasmaguns.

Is the predator destructor armed with lascannons on the sponsons? if so, why? Pred destructors with EA should be 110 or 115 if I recall.

I actually like the termies, since they come with a free veteran sarge who can become a jump pack marine with a powerfist (cheer).

So I'd drop all your scouts, or at least put a missile launcher on that one squad with the heavy bolters. Buy a powerfist for the other scout squad, maybe.

Cut your tac squads down to 6-7, and get them plasmaguns and lascannons or nothing.

I'd consider making that assault squad either 6 man or 10 man. I have been watching a lot of my buddy's BA assault marines' games and he does a lot better with 10 man squads than 8 man squads. The 8 man squads take two hits and are rolling leadership or running away 3d6".
