Sorry, you may only take one of them, you can never take both. The same applies to cover saves, you can only have one save never anymore.

Yes, unless the attacker's entry says it ignores invulnerable saves.

As a rule of thumb, the designers do not hide "easter eggs" in the rules. If clever reading is required to unlock some sort of hidden option, then it is most likely the result of wishful thinking.

Iron King: Invulnerable saves may be taken against force weapons. A force weapon works just like a power weapon (which you can take invulnerable saves against)--the psychic power that causes a wounded target to lose more than one wound is in addition to the power weapon effect.
If somebody has been telling you that force weapons don't allow invulnerable saves, that person is wrong.
Off the top of my head, the only HtH weapons that don't allow invulnerable saves are the C'tan weapons (on the necron characters and on the Callidus assassin) and the chaos dreadaxe (which allows normal armor saves).

And as far as I know the only shooty items that ignore invulnerable saves are some necron stuff, psycannon, and some chaos stuff. Force weapons ignore regular saves, you get to make invulnerable saves. However, if you are dealt at least ONE wound from a forceweapon you can make a psychic test (if you haven't used a power already) and if you pass immediately drain an opponent of all their wounds.

Necron Warscythes ignore both Armor and Invulnerable saves, but they can only be carried by Lords, or Immortals.

I'm pretty sure the only shooting weapons in the game that ignore invulnerable saves are found in the Daemonhunters (and one item) in the Witchhunters codexs (psycannons, incinerators, and psycannon bolts).
Warscythes are on Pariahs, not immortals.
