So the question now is, will Raging Heroes release their Sisters before GW finally resculpts the range in plastic?
The race is on!
Spoiler:
"The 75mm gun is firing. The 37mm gun is firing, but is traversed round the wrong way. The Browning is jammed. I am saying "Driver, advance." and the driver, who can't hear me, is reversing. And as I look over the top of the turret and see twelve enemy tanks fifty yards away, someone hands me a cheese sandwich."

I'm so hoping for GW to release their revamped sisters before this wraps up, just to hear in the comments about how GW "caught wind of another company doing them and deciding to crank out their own range, just because they can"

Somehow Kickstarter took a few minutes to "stabilise" after the end, which was actually $801,057....
Grimstonefire wrote: How long roughly from the last TGG1 was it before they sent out the freebies?
Freebies came (for me) about 2 weeks ago, and the project ended Jul 7 2013, so i'm calculating just under 21 months. Wave 1 shipping was quite a few months ago, but you had to pay extra for it (so i had some of my minis quite a long time ago)
Grimstonefire wrote: How long roughly from the last TGG1 was it before they sent out the freebies?
Over two years.
I've clocked it as 3 months under 2 years

I suppose it then depends what you're going by:
- suggested Start
- actual Launch
- actual End
I picked the third one to say 21 months (to freebies).

Wave 1 for me was 26/08/2014, so just over a year after the end of the project. Depending on exactly how they do it for this Kickstarter, i'd say less than a year to get your first minis (if you want to pay postage), with probably 2 years + to get the entire collection...

Not so obvious. I like the terminator Sisters, but the other one I am not so found of.

Found this among the KS comments regarding further unlocks:
Jose Luis (KS comment) wrote:Well for all that , like myself, are asking for the Paypal pledges to account for unlocks, i received a message today. Although Jinx didnt gave me a definitive answer, they are definetely taking this in account, and even if there are not more free unlocks, they are planning to release all the models YES or YES This makes me extremely happy, as even if it takes a while , all the models WILL be there
"Hi Jose Luis,
Thank you so much for your support, and also for helping spread the word and promote it!
Please know that we really really want to produce ALL the designs that we created.
However, we also want to make sure that we do it right. We know that we can manage effectively what's been unlocked, given the funds that we received and the schedule that we released.
We will closely monitor the situation in the coming weeks. But if we can't do more unlocks for TGG2, we will certainly find another way to bring the unlocked concepts to the market.
Please understand that while we are as excited as you are with the concepts and miniatures that we've created, in the end, we have to pay the bills and so, when we do special bonus unlocks to boost the campaign, it's a very tough decision to make because it has a real impact money-wise :(
But in any case, don't worry, in the end, one way or another, ALL the minis will be made. What we've designed is a full line of miniatures and so, just like you want to be able to get all the minis you've come to like, we need them to be produced so that our range is complete. Plus, we like them a lot, too! I hope this helps a little bit?
Please don't hesitate to stay in touch at any time!!
All the best,
Jinx
Raging Heroes Team"

Another question, do they 'release' one unit/ model at a time when they are done, or save them up for a big release?
I'm not talking about paying to get sent them earlier, I understand that. I mean do they not allow people to collect them one unit at a time if they were crazy enough to pay the postage each unit?

Their new pledge manager system sounded more like a new release once a new unit/model has been done. Or more likely, as soon as a new batch of models came back from the foundries and they've been added to the pledge manager web-store.

So after missing out on the first campaign i decided to go in on this with a captain level pledge, only for my banks fraud department to flag it up. Hopefully it all goes through ok after i authorised the payment.

They look great, have a feeling some of these ladies may form part of my IG command squad. Considering there hasn't been any support for Valhalla characters and my commander is Captain Chenkov I think these ladies would suit the army down to the ground.

While the art is interesting, I'm glad a number of those huge creations did not unlock - it gives them a better chance to fulfill on the rest, and maybe release those later (but not hold up fulfillment waiting on them).

Were you there the first time? Some of them went straight for the marginal stuff instead of working on the previews that had been seen first. Feth, Nepharya was one of the first seen, and last produced. The Cyber-Zombies which "weren't unlocked" got their prints way before her.

Isn't that illegal in France?

They'll also need to wait for the funds to get cleared anyway. However, there is still someone at work, as the order I placed over the weekend has been shipped out yesterday.

One day, I really want to see Mathieu get an incredible multi paragraph rant together in French. I won't understand a word, but I'd enjoy it all the same.
I beg of you sarge let me lead the charge when the battle lines are drawn
