Okay- yes I know it's obnoxiously big and vague, but please bear with me.

Any suggestions for a 4000point list versus Dark Eldar and Marines?

I was thinking:

7x 10 man Defender squads with Platforms

4 Falcons with load outs

1 Scorpion Super Heavy

9 Vypers

5 Sniper squads

Any other suggestions?  Assume that getting the models is not an issue.  I have access to a force of about 11,000 points.

Well, if I'm not mistaken you can only TWO detachments at 4000 points so the four falcons would be alright. BUT

The Scorpion Super heavy [as cool-looking as it is.] Takes up and ENTIRE detachment so you could only have 3 heavys because you're back to one detachment for the rest of your army. Bolocks - I know.

11,000 points Jesus, that's grand isn't it? Lol. You can never go wrong with NINE vypers.
