I'm most excited by the Khador Kommandos (fourth image). Wacky and over the top, just like I like 'em!

All of them = ugly sculpts.

Well the Krea is supposed to be ugly. :-)

The photos are originally from melfic.jp who again appear to not be respecting PP's request to not post these until they are released on the PP site.

Not sure why they get away with it but we all benefit in the end so...

The Kommandos and Striders we've already seen in the Superiority book. The Krea is SO MUCH BETTER than the Drake it actually makes me like those things!

The Helldiver is a disappointing variant. Ah well... can't get my Drakuhn fast enough!

Given the past history of photos not looking as good as the real models I'd not worry about this until the figs get released.

I like the Krea much better than the Drake, but it may be just the painting of the model
that's bothering me (the Drake I mean).

I used to think the Striders were far too similar to the archer until I noticed how the
sculptor modeled their "blight". Nifty!

I really like the Helldiver.

Really like the Helldiver.. the rest is... so so. The sculpting quality of the kommandos is surprisingly low IMO, copared to many of the other recent WM releases.

They seem to lack detail, motion, and a good concept.. their heads look way too cartoony to be taken seriously..

I haven't picked up Superiority, and only had a chance to flip through it so far; saw the artwork, but not the figs.

Yeah, the face-plates are a little funny, but I'm going to assume/hope that's the paint job, and in person they're less cartoony. If not, I'm sure I can get re-jigger them or just do some straight headswaps to fix 'em up.

I like the helldiver.

My thoughts:

• Krea - not a terrible hammerhead sharkman, but I still don't quite see that they fit too well in the Khornate horde line
• Helldiver - very cute, I'm guessing maybe it burrows?
• Legion Elfthings - another weakening of the Legion line, which could be sooo cool if they had stuck with the sharky demonic things with no eyes but loads of teeth; all the (kinda ugly) elf units do is turn me & my $ away ...
• Khador Kommandos - whacky, in a slightly disproportionate way

All IMHO naturally, and from a guy who doesn't play PP stuff, but has contemplated the Legion box many times ...

attack. This, and the Brute Thrall, convinced me to spend more dollars on Cryx.
