*If* I can find the missing box of models that has about 1/2 this list in it I *might* think about fielding something like this (all approximations, but should be pretty close):

Doomseer onna bike

x10 Harlequins (Shadow Seer upgrade, mostly decked out w/kisses if not all)

x6 Fire Dragons

x10 Dire Avengers (shooty Exarch, Waveserpent with some trimmings, maybe Starcannons)

x6 Jetbikes (x2 shuricannons)

x6 Rangers/Pathfinders (depends on points in the rest of the list)

x6 Rangers/Pathfinders (ditto)

x8 Warp Spiders (Exarch w/dual spinners, maybe a couple other toys)

Falcon (pimped ride for the Dragons)

Fire Prism (semi-pimped)

Fire Prism (semi-pimped)

It's all about synergy.  Snipers are used for bait or to help cover the advance of the Harlequins.  Avengers and Dragons are used in tandem.  Spiders, Jetbikes, and Doomseer support where it's needed the most.  Prisms stay back and engage high threat targets from a distance.  Escalation will hurt a bit, but every list has some weakness dunnit?

It's not a totally high powered, pimped out list by any means but I think I can make it work.  Not to mention that all I'd need over and above my (currently missing... ) range is a few Prism bits, one Serpent, the Doomseer onna bike, and a couple of cannon jetbikes...

well until i see the new dex i would wait on any eldar builds. but it does look colorful. i am kinda iffy on the prisms. depending on the changes they make, the f alcon has historically been an all around better unit for the cost.

Pre-new 'dex, I would agree 100% on the Prism vs Falcon thing.

Now, however, with confirmed rumors of the increase to BS, new pie plate mode of fire, bank shot (not something I'd plan on using a lot, but it's still an option), and lower price cost... I really think it's a toss up.

I'm basing the unit costs around all the (now confirmed in Therion's post) rumors that are floating around and have left myself a little 'points buffer' to allow for additions or slightly incorrect prices.  I'm about 95% sure it'll all fit within the point restrictions, even if I end up having to cut a little something here or there to make it happen.

For myself, I'm still quite unsure regarding the Falcon/Fire Prism debate. I'll be glad to see the codex come out so we can start playing it. I'm still on the Falcon camp for Eldar tank of choice.

Overall, the list looks pretty interesting. A lot of different units that can work together.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.
