How does it look? Was kind of difficult to find proper combinations for characters.... the warboss goes in the 30 man squad, shaman and bsb in others, and the big boss on the boar goes with the boar boys..... What do you guys think? Eventually I want to be able to get rid of the spider riders, as they are the only unit in my army that is are goblins.... any advice?

Well, I wouldn't want to see that army across the table.
It is a personal preference, but I think with such large units you can take the attrition from shooting/magic and still get into Hth with lots of boyz... so I'd want to make them more effective in close combat by giving them 2 choppas instead of shields. I know that makes them more expensive, and that means you may need to take fewer, but they'll make up for it once they get stuck in.

I don't think Mork's Spirit Totem is worth the points, but if you want to take it, I'd put it in the big unit with your general, since that is the unit that will probably be the target of the most magic.

it latches on to the first idea to come along, good or bad; and it takes strenuous effort with a crowbar to make it let go.

The spirit totem adds the units rank bonus to your dispel pool.... so it doesn't matter which unit I give it to.... it's not magic resistance. Also, the shields are there not only to help me make it into close combat, but to not give my opponent easy CR once I'm there. The characters, the giants, and the boars are the hard hitting units.... the squads themselves need to be able to stay alive.  What do you guys think I should replace the spider riders with eventually? 2 more boar chariots? Another unit of orcs? Another unit of boar boys?
