this store is off exit 2 on the tournpike it has plenty of room

What kind of prizes are they given out man?

A 4 hour drive is a long way for just some gift certificates...

all the money taken in goes to store credit for the winners.

this is the first tournament at the store so I want to build up the players.

we will be running gladiator style and 1850 adepticon and GT style tournaments in the future.

we will also be doing for boxed army and other event prizes.

the fee could go up to $10.00 or even $15.00 but no matter what it is all the money goes back to the winners.

I'd love to make it my 3rd 1st place win in 4 weeks but sadly it's just too far. For my car it's $30 bucks to fill up... Plus it's an 8hr drive there and back. I was going to carpool with marco but that fell through.

P.S. Steve isn't going either. Apparently he want's to take a break from all the tournies we've been going to lately.

The first tournament was a great success, we had 8 players and a nice variety of armys.

1. shooty bugs

2. feril; orks

3 two tau heavy mech

4 khorne

5. zeentch

6. nurgle

7. foot sloggin orks

Feril and one of the tau tied for first and the bugs came in third.

for this one we used adepticon championship missions that are very challenging.

Hopefully next time we will have a larger turn out.
