well... from time to time their projects influence my own projects... because of shasolenzabi´s work i built two tanks and because of max´ work i build two walkers atm...
dave´s work has yet to be a bit sub par so that i can pluck up enough currage to tackle terrain building^^

Oh I love rivets... Bought a bunch of plastic tubing for it... Planning on watching a movie and cutting rivets tonight after classes today.
Hey max is .047" good for rivets do you think? Or should I use larger or smaller?

Silver, I use that and .030, .040, .060 and .080.....
I also use a standard hole punch....

@SilverHayabusa - ALL sizes of plastic rod and pretty much anything small and round-ish in shape are good and indead REQUIRED for making rivets! Heck, who needs round? We use hex rod for bolts and nuts!  What about square rod you say? Ork Rivets! Those itty bitty little balls in the water filters? Yes! Use them! Just drill a small indentation for them to fit into first. They look great on power armor. Heck, if you're in a pinch, you can even use small amounts of glue in several aplications. (I haven't used that last method to great effect, and I don't recomment it, but others have done well by it.)

@ Max: HOLY JEEBUS! What kind of santorum are you on to be able to churn out this amount of pure gold?  Love it! And I second the needing of the milk lid! I am weak, and the only way to resist the pull is to stay as far away as I can.

iirc the warlord is more boxy looking...this couldmean a change of materials... the warhounds you did relied heavyly on tubes... is there a way to get rectangular tubes as well?...i think airconditioning has sometimes these for uses... but i think they are a bit pricey...
