Holy christ is that Burning Wizard terrible. Blarghh! He's even worse than the laughable SM Templar Chaplains, replete with "arms waving in air like you just don't care", "bald man screaming" and "questionably huge scroll between legs" (oh god, does this mean I have scroll envy? I think not). On top of that, he's covered in really bad fire.

Seriously. I took one look at the picture and my eye was immediately drawn to the guy on fire. Then I tried to figure out what the flaming guy was (small picture) and from the staff I assumed wizard. But WTF? I didn't see a listing for an overzelous witchhunter in the boxed set. Maybe GW is really trying to push the dangerousness of the miscast table- model your miscasts onto your wizards! In the immortal words of Frankenstein's monster, "Fire bad! Fire bad!"

Kind of hard to convert into a non-fire wizard.

With the galaxy as large as it is the odds of the average guardsmen seeing and fighting a marine or MEQ are relatively slim. Unfortunately the guardsmen in your (and anyone else who plays IG's) army are the REALLY, REALLY LUCKY ones that fight marines ALL the time... |
