Suddenly a terrifying screech rips through the air and from behind them a tall two footed alien with a smal torso but with two long legs ending in clawed feet cames rushing at them, its head slighly highr than Terences and it was the lowest point on its torso. An arching tail curls over its back and appears to have a auxilliary mouth on the end, which lashes towards Terence.

Turning and dropping to one knee, Terence dodges the tail and rolls aside drawing his weapons, the group move up around him drawing weapons of their own.

"What do you reckon? Fight or flight?"

sorry guys, i was on holiday for a week and then kinda forgot about this RPG. But today i thought about it again so I'm back. Post time:

Merlin put a fresh round in his shotgun, pulled out his knife and said:
"Ï'm sick of this hike, let's blow this xenos bastard to pieces!"
Merlin charged at the alien firing round after round and swinging his knife in the air.

He leaps on top of the beast and stabs his knife into it's torso repeatedly. The alien defends himself and kicks Merlin off of him. He lands in the snow with his eyes closed and blood dripping from his mouth...

**blood reaper**

Delta readys his hooks
"Ill cut you B#@ch!"
Delta rushes at the Alienalong side Merlin
"Die!"

Terence sprints to the side of the creature dodging its dscything tail, he draws his rifle as he goes diving onto his side he skids to a halt leveling the rifle he blasts a shot through the knees of the creature, crippling it to the ground.

Subject Delta slams his hooks into the Cretures head

Terence walks up to the creature raises his rifle and kicks the beast in the chest, taking alphas hook with it it collapses to the ground. "you killed it"

OK cooleo I am really starting to think of an event now so... just be prepared.

Merlin stumbles back to his feet and wipes the blood off with his sleeve. He walks up to his shotgun and picks it up. He then says to the rest: "f*ck, this one beast almost knocked me out cold, I wonder what their leaders will do to us..."

"dunno but whatever they are i dont wanna go toe to toe with em, i reckon my scope will be well used soon" reloading his rifle he stands up fully and gestures towards the mountains, "the closer we get the mountains the nastier these things get, i reckon thats where they are."

**blood reaper**

"Im Ready to fight and die!" Subject Delta shouts

Terence turns to him grinning, "Your not gonna die yet mate, ive still got need of you, tho i gotta say if you wanna go get yourself skwidjed buy one of these mo fo's your goin the right way about it"

Still grinning he turns to the group and sais: "Alright if were gonna get somewhere sheltered by nightfall wed best be off, those clouds dont look freindly."

Actually I am gonna let you guys do whatever you want before bringing down the fist of God upon you mwahahahahaha

"I would be able to provide Shelter. I have a small outpost near hear"
By any chance Shas will we be able to change Countries and Nations?

"Fine, take us to your hideout. I could use some warmth, it must be like minus 20 degrees out here."

"I agree, if we get caught in those clouds were not coming out, Alpha you know the way, you can take point, ill take recon ahead to give you lot warning if anything decides to have a go, merlin guard the rear, we dont want to be snuck up on."

Slinging his rifle of his shoulder into his hands, Terence crouches slightly and begins to move forward into the dying light. As he moves through the snow he listens carefully for any noise unnatural to the landscape around him, his military training kicking in as he subconsiously begins to walk to high ground, at the top of the hill he wraps his jacket tight around him self and pushes snow into two drifts with a trench between them, descending to a prone position with his rifle propped on anouther small snow drift he becomes hidden between the drifts with a wide view of the terrain in all directions.

"Will do Terence." Merlin replies. He then walks over to the back of the group and pulls his shotgun from underneath his trenchcoat. He puts it to his shoulder and turns into every direction while walking backwards. He then says:

"Sheesh, i hope your scope is thermal terence. Those clouds are soon to turn into a blizzard. Look around; i can barely see Delta, and he's only 5 feet away."

"Its about 10-15 minutes away from here"
Delta shows the way to Merlin and Terrance.

Digging around in his pockets he grabs a pair of walkies and tests them, these will help, he thinks. doing anouther quick check he gets up slowly, and stares through his scope (it is indeed thermal, it has a thermal setting) finding the pair he moves back to them,

"as far as i know there isnt anything around here thatll do us harm no tell tale moving spots on the scope, we should be good, but i could be wrong, ive nevr tracked an alien before." Turning to Alpha he hands the man a walkie talkie, "use this to contact me if you need help, its solar recharge and the batteries are good, in this weather itll have a bout 1k radius of use then itll screw up," wrapping the slkim head piece behind his ear and lowering the mike to his mouth he nods and moves off into the snow once more.

Watching the terrain before him through the scope on his rifle he stops and allows the others to catchup, falling in place between merlin and alpha he walks with them toward the outpost, after a time alpha stops and gestures "well here it is"

**Shas'ui T'au Kais**

Country change available? Affirmative.

You can haz country change.

The Outpost appers to be a abbanodoned Millitery outpost.
"I should hem Gouverment scientists whos boss."
4 Human Skulls hang from a pike along side multiple alien ones.

"We can see youre such a nice guy, *shakes head* ah well at least your on our side *smiles*"

moving forward he quickly scales the wall and nimbly ignores the barbed wire as he clears the top.

Landing on his feet and ducking into a roll to absorb the fall he draws his pistolls mid-roll. crouching he scans the courtyard and yells over the wall to the others. "CLEAR!!"

Delta quikly unlocks the door with one of his hooks.
"Feel free to make your self at home"

**Shas'ui T'au Kais**

Nice guys keep up the posts, waiting for Merlin to post and then hopefully an Event should be up by the end of the week.

Moving quickly through the rooms of the outpost Terence clears the building and claims a smallish room for himself that contained a bed, but few signs of life. searching through the complex he finds an ammo store and loads up, a pack and bandolier are also grabbed, grenades are attached to the bag and he also collects: anouther headset for the walkies, first aid kit, length of rope, flashlight, claymores, and an styr aug assault rifle with ammo.

returning to his "room" he offloads the stuff and begins to practise packing and unpacking it until he can do it quickly and in the dark.

Finally he heads to what looks like a mess hall to see how the others are doing.

Merlin walks over to a half broken round door. He tries to open it but its stuck. He then steps back and kicks the door straight out of its hinges.

Walking into the room he finds several bunk beds and another door to his left. Opening the door he enters something that seem to be a lab. On a table in the center of the room there is a grotesque display; a half disemboweled alien body surrounded by slime. He then looks around and finds liquid filled tanks on the sides with alien bodies floating in them. He then calls out to his companions:

"Guys! All come here! You have to see what I found here!"

Calmly walking through the doorway Terence draws hs knife and cuts a small piece off the creatures body. Sniffing it he quickly flicks it on the ground.

"This is just wrong"

"We should wait for Alpha to see this but once he does im gonna torch the lot, nothing should be experimented on like this, nothing."

His hand unconsiously drifts to the locket at his neck, turning he walks out the door into the snow, kneeling he opens the locket and looks at the face of his daughter, only very small, she was 12 when the aliens took her. Hearing footsteps behind him he snaps the locket closed and stands up. Turning around he sees alpha and Merlin watching him.

"They will all burn"

"Terence, I heard you discovered an ammo store. Anything worth taking still in there? I could at least use some shotgun rounds. I'm down to about 10."
