I took a razor and sliced down the little green thumbtack that comes in tubes of crazy glue to open the tube. Whittled down the outside diameter until it could fit into the barrel of my air pistol (you can see it in one of the pictures, sitting on the chair). I pumped the gun once (minimal velocity is the name of the game here, also not trying to give myself an embolism) and fired it into the meat of my right thigh. I'll spare you the pictures on that. Little pinprick of the house red wells up, and I dip the stick into it and smear it onto the genestealer.

Cheater. Obviously you should have broken off a branch, gnawed the end to a point with your teeth, and then jabbed your leg with that.

Hmm, if you wanted to move in a similar, albeit slightly more dangerous direction- would you consider painting all models with poisoned weapons (say super-gaunts etc) with pulped deadly nightshade, poison oak, foxglove etc.

Nothing like knowing that your gaunts with toxin sacs really are toxic...

While I 100% approve of this thread, and am a proponent of Dipping (previously locally known as the King of Dip), I think you all that have been castrating yourselves at the foot of Doomthumb's throne in supplication have been had.

Next time, grow all of your own organic plant material. Going outside and just finding it is what lazy no-good losers do. Also, don't use any tacks or metal or anything like that, unless you mined and purified the stuff yourself! Jesus Christ your cutting of corners pisses me off! RAWR.

No way, to be true "natural" you need to gather it from nature. Otherwise, you are just using artificial means, do you want to cut another set of corners?

What is the point in an argument over who paints what way? Thats kind of like winning the special olympics...even if you get the gold, well.. ok you see where I am going there.

As to myself, Painting just feels, tedius, its not fun, I don't get any enjoyment out of it. Its a real drag for me, so I recently traded a laptop, docking station, monitor, and some cash and he is painting 20,000 points of space wolves for me.

Pokeweed yes. It is actually an edible plant, quite delicious if I say so myself, but only the springtime shoots and the red parts and berries are poisonous. And the color would make some beautiful genestealers.

As a rule, we don't discuss disciplinary action taken against a poster with anyone other than that poster. There are privacy issues and, as you say, it's nobody else's business. I will say, though, that we don't suspend people 'for having friends'...

Very awesome thread. I haven't posted in these forums in forever, (well I do in the off topic and video game ones). However this one motivated me enough to post something and to do my first exalt this post.
