It's a new Lord of Contagion with Plaguereaper and three new Blightlord Terminators with static loadouts at $40.
He'd be $40 by himself going off of Typhus' price.
If you were to buy this set plus a box of Blightlord Terminators, you'd have some extra Blightlords you can swap in for specific loadouts. It opens up a bit more of the Blightlords box for you to build things how you want.
It also opens the door for an "Easy Build" Primaris Captain in Gravis Armor with a different pose and Easy Build Aggressors with the alternate build and a set of "Easy Build" Blightlords down the road.
You are totally right. They could have done the Primaris HQ's in Easy-to-Build-Format. We would have lose 0 customization, and they could have been cheaper.

I don't think they ever would have been cheaper, this is still modern GW we are discussing. If they were easy-build, they'd be the same price they are now. I'm actually shocked at what the current easy build kits are priced at, and after seeing the price of Lord FatVoldemort and his cohort, I can only imagine the Aggressors will be at least 30-35 bucks for the three. I'd be pleasantly shocked if they turn out to be less. Primaris dread will probably be at least the cost of the standard Astartes dread kit, judging by things like the Contemptor and it's asinine price.

I'm expecting the Dread at $25 and Aggressors at $15(Stormcast are on 40mm bases and were left at $15 like the others) or $25(same price as the Blight Hauler)

It also looks like they made a mistake when doing that easy to build deathguard Lord...he has the same base size as his terminator retinue...but Contagion Lords have bigger bases (like Typhus had)...so we all need to swap our Contagion bases or buy one bigger for that Lord in the box...

Or do it like GW says and play it with the base it's supplied with.

The price point is what is gonna make or break it for me. But for now it looks promising.

The Dread is $40 US and the Aggressors are $35.
They're featured in the new White Dwarf.
Sorry if that's already been covered.

So 35€? Down from 55€, thats a substancial decrease in price.
25 £. That means I can buy it at 18-20 £ from UK, so 22-24€. Nice!

The dread hauler is very neat. I also appreciate that while I don't necessarily like each and every new vehicle, they all have a very definitely aesthetic and it's refreshing that it's not just "spiky Primaris".
Lord Smiley Face is pretty bad but as HBMC noted looks like an easy head swap so no points off there.
I also like the Primaris flamethrower guys. To be honest my love for burning stuff might make these the first Primaris guys I buy.
I kind of like the Redemptor, but but I'm not sure, someone else can answer this: is it missing weapon options or somehow nerfed? I don't mean that it doesn't have every arm available, I mean that's obvious - I mean, I feel like the others ones I've seen had a missile launcher on top.

The Aggressors might be a very cheap way for me to convert some Obliterators (really wanna find a way to make those things without working with the old resin kit...), though it'd be my first conversion project and I dunno how workable it would be with the very fixed easy-to-build kit.

Dread loadout is a heavy onslaught gatling cannon and a heavy flamer on its fist.
I don't think you get any other weapons options.

Perplexing that the ezy-2-bild Dread has such big gaps in the sprue, gaps that could'a been used for that grenade launcher thingy that it has on top in the main kit.

Considering that said missile launcher is not optional in the rules, it is very bizarre this kit doesn't seem to include it.

I might just stick the missile launcher from my Repulsor on top of the Dread since I won't probably use it on the Repulsor itself. I normally would prefer the onslaught cannon on the fist, but maybe I can make do with the flamer. I'll probably eventually get the proper kit anyways.

For me, these are ideal to build a cheap core of an army to have prepared for my son. He's interested, just not quite ready to learn the game play itself. I can use these to have something ready for him by the time he feels like learning the game itself.

The Agressors won’t be any less posable than the full kit will they? I imagine the hoses on the guns keep the full ones pretty monopole anyway. It’s more the weapon options you’re missing. The Dread though, I’d probably just get the full kit. If I got the easy build one I’d have to cut it up a bit.
