hi, no, never seen it until now but looks amazing, fantastic layout, my inspiration came from GW rig, the paint job from a chemical plant near me that had closed many years before and that's how the paint looks now

thanks, I wanted to add some movement to the landing pad so was thinking of a cargo transporter landing, found a cheap stormraven on ebay to cut up, it will hold a cut down games workshop container, will be something on the lines of the forge world thunderhawk transporter, heers where i'm up to

tested the transporter on landing pad only to find crane in way as was flooring from control tower, broke the crane removing so added some chain for strength repositioned and removed floor from tower

small update, added a little detail inside the transporter, most of inside wont be seen so no need to go mad, started the clamps on the cargo container

so had to paint container as wont be able to access once fitted, i'll mask off when painting the transporter, added some detail to the clamping mechanism, thanks for looking

you could be right, purely accidental the tower is made from card ihad laying around, theres pictures of it being made earlier in the blog, thanks for looking

getting transporter ready for paint doesn't need to be precise as going to be worn look anyway, had to mask off container and added front wings and also covered stand opening
