Agreed, a really fun conversion project. But more than anything I am titillated and intrigued by the "widdle pile o' slime" that you teased us. You can't just drop that and leave it be. We. Want. The. Slime!

My painting log is full of snakes

Nurglings really do make the model, I'm glad I had a few cool ones just hanging around in the bitz box.

Hah! I guess I should have said "puddle" of slime, but I'm sure there will be a pile somewhere as well! That'll probably be the last thing I do for that model, guess I'll try and work on the prince first to appease you onlookers!

Thanks,

Ogroid looks fantastic. His pustules look about ready to burst! The nurglings add loads of fun too, looking forward to one playing in the slime

Managed to finish the gnarlmaw/rusty bunker today! It was a lot of fun to model and paint.

Gnarlmaw had to have a mouth!

Also needed a giant Nurgle bell, ding dong!

Nurgle bath tub!

The first primaris lieutenant I've painted, a dead Dark Angel.

Splish splash!

Tentacles and a weird skull plant. Seemed appropriate.

Used a lot of Nurgle's Rot on this, wanted all the damage to bleed slime, like it was alive.

Thanks for looking!

Awesome. Shades of the old Chaos lavatory, but less silly.

Great job on bringing those kits together. Great color choice and use of technical paints, even the parts of the bunker without Garnlmaw bits look suitably Nurglish.

Cracking paint job on a great build. The humour you’ve added is great, the nurgling bath time being a great centrepiece. The skulll roses are lovely too!

I actually had to look that up, I had no idea what it was! Very silly, kinda cool, and impossible to figure out.

Appreciate it! It was the result of not wanting to use the trees as a forest and having a bunker with missing pieces.

Nurgle's really fun with the humor mixed with body horror and grossness. I was just happy the vision turned out ok.

Thanks! The skull roses I think I've had for two years after I convinced a buddy to let me have them out of his treeman kit.

Not much of an update but managed to get this AA field gun finished today. Tried to make it a little more beat up and weathered than some of my other stuff.

Something has to protect the Nurglings from a random airstrike!

Thanks,

Finished a Nurgling!

Other than that I've been all over the place, but making some good progress on the predator. I guess the nice thing is as I keep plugging away on different parts, they'll eventually all be magically finished.

Thanks,

MegaDave

And it is a wonderful Nurgling.

Daemon Prince is looking to be coming along quite nicely, too, hanging out there behind the sorceror. Your conversion work on him is going to make that model shine.

Always good to see more Nurglings and chipping away at many things simultaneously is a good method to suddenly have lots of stuff finished.
And I'm glad you decided to paint the demon prince green. I still have the Fomoroid Crusher to paint and am contemplating grey or green skin and your mini shows that green works.

What a sweet little nurgling, playing at being a sorcerer I see! Nice bone work on the predator too.

Thanks! I think once he's finished it'll be more Nurgle than fomoroid, but not obnoxiously so. Here's hoping!

Glad I could help out! I just thought I'd go green since the box art is grayish.

Yeah, I figure he's the psychic might of the model, casting rot-fly spells to protect his master.

Got the Predator finished, came together all of a sudden, wasn't expecting to get anything finished today! Excited!

Happy with how the skull turned out.

Most of my renegade stuff I don't like to be TOO chaosy.

I think it looks pretty evil with out being a spike fest.

Here he his with his rhino friend and a few ground pounders.

Thanks for checking it out, enjoy the rest of your weekend!

How about that. It's nice when they just sort of happen. Looks good. Certainly not one of the Emperor's, but not an unrecognizable mass of Chaos knows what, either.

Yep, you’re definitely on the renegade side of Chaos with the Predator. Lovely skull cannon too

Here is today's progress, managed to get a bit of paint on both of them.

Prince is coming along, I'm starting to like the look of him.

Wow, it really isn't easy being green, judging from his nurgly blessings Love his skin and nice start on the sorcerer, love the purple!

Thanks guys, appreciate it! He is really rather putrid. Been trying to get him finished up, got one of his wings done today!

The other wing, a few more little details and he'll be ready to spread nurgly goodness across the Imperium!

Thanks,

MegaDave

Finished my daemon prince of Nurgle, he's sick!

Glad I was able to utilize the spare parts from my GUO.

This little guy is how the prince casts psychic powers, the real brains of the group!

Stinky little blighter, he's so happy spreading his noxious smells.

All my Nurgle boys at the family reunion.

Thanks for looking!

Lovely. I particularly like the metal colour you have used on the weapon and skull.
