Just noticed this today on the Alliance Games website.  Vallejo is adding eleven new colors to the Game Color line.  They are as follows:

VAL 72095 Ice Blue $2.99
VAL 72096 Verdigris $2.99
VAL 72097 Pale Yellow $2.99
VAL 72098 Elfic Flesh $2.99
VAL 72099 Cadmium Skin $2.99
VAL 72100 Rosy Flesh $2.99
VAL 72101 Off White $2.99
VAL 72102 Steel Grey $2.99
VAL 72103 Fluorescent Yellow $2.99
VAL 72104 Fluorescent Green $2.99
VAL 72105 Mutation Green $2.99

You can see samples of the colors on the GAME COLOR color chart

And now for my question.  Has anyone tried the Game Color inks yet and are they worth picking up?

yes I have tried the game colour inks
...

the black is nice
that's about all I have to say good about them (and yes, I bought them all)
oh, the metallic medium is kind of nice too
but, stick with citadel inks, they're much nicer

Absolutely love the VGC Inks. Wouldn't go back to GW if you paid me.

The VGC inks dry flat, provide nice shading, and come from the bottle thick, so you can thin them as much as you need, or as little, giving you lots of flexibility.

I suggest using a bit of the thinner that they make with the inks, or a drop of glaze medium. I like them all for the most part but I do not use ink all that much any more.

I just started using the VGC inks. I like 'em, but I have been using watered-down VGC paints up until now...the inks are definitely better in terms of smoothness and translucency.

I have been thinning them down 1:1 with water, seems to work fine.
