Okay, those are all pretty cool. Sigh. My poor wallet!

Man....

I like those Pygs.  Another nice looking unit for the nice looking Trollbloods.  I've liked pretty much everything for the Trolls so far...I definitely think they're the faction for me if I start playing Hordes.

Those Warmongers look like they mean business!  I haven't really liked a lot of the Everblight stuff, but I do like those!

Out of Hordes everyone around here is playing Trolls, so it forces the rest of us to try and find something else. Those Warmongers are very nice. Now we just need some very cool Circle minis.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

Warmongers are totally awesome.... good to see Everblight getting some better sculpts... the blighted swordsmen/archers were really sub-par, imo, as were some of their other sculpts.

Also love the pygs... makes me want to play trollblood even more.

I would have liked to see the Pygs wearing more clothes than they are. The other 'civilized' trollblood types like the Scattergunners and Champions are fully clothed, even the Axer and Impaler are wearing more.

$50 for 4 Warmongers? Wow. So, where is all the ranting about prices? Oh right, its not GW's release. And please, 'metal' vs plastic doesn't matter one bit, its still $50.

I predict we'll see some of those Warmongers as Obliterators sometime soon.

Do not use the CLEAR dice!

Dear Whiny Space Marine Players,
you get 3+ armor saves on all your troops (save scouts), Assault cannons, a huge assortment of vehicles and weapons, arguably one of the best if not THE best tank in the game, funny helmets, and a partrige in a pear tree.

suck it up, space marines. You're the emperor's chosen superhuman warriors. stop whining like a guardsmen and take it like a superman!

Different games. People who prefer the Privateer Press stuff think they
get more for their 50 dollars in terms of gameplay and quality than they
would get out of spending 50 dollars on GW stuff.

That's $12.50 each.  Kinda expensive yeah, but how much is an equivalent GW mini?  Minotaurs run like $17-20 (I don't remember how much exactly the last price hike was), and they don't look half as good.

Anyway, I really wanted to get Durgen for a buddy for Christmas, but I see that's not going to happen.  But his birthday's in early April so that might work.

And the Warmongers look awesome.  They're the first Everblight minis I've really liked.

PP has always been a little more expensive than GW model for model, but the overall price point for PP is much lower, roughly $150 for a tournament sized army vs almost $500 for GW. That's what keeps the pissing and moaning down. I'm not saying that PP does it right, they have some models that are just ridiculous. The $60, 3 piece cavalry box comes to mind. It still stings to plop down that much money for such a small unit, but you know that that $50 box is a big portion of your army. I had the same thing when I bought my Tharn Ravagers (a $50 box for 4) and needed a fifth.

As for the models, those warmongers really make me want to play legion again, they're so cool. Look like they'd paint up quickly also. Too bad there's so many legion players in my area already.

Yep... $20 for a GW Chaos Ogre/Troll/Dragon Ogre/Minotaur.

The Warmongers are much better sculpts, and will fill up about 1/5th of the army. A unit of 3x dragon ogres will be about 1/10th of a chaos army.

The Warmongers are very nice. Wish PP could be more consistent with their sculpts.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

I like everything about the warmongers but the faces. Something about the heads/faces that I just don't care much for.

I believe the Warmongers would make excellent replacements for Minotaurs in Chaos armies for WHFB.

$12.50 per Obliterator sized model v. $22.00 for the actual Obliterator. If you can't see the difference, you probably should stop playing games that involve numbers.

Brom is not good. Brom eats Teddy Bears. Brom is hella creepy.
Which is kind of good, in a way, but not... good.

He's got a mind like a steel trap. By which I mean it can only hold one idea at a time;
it latches on to the first idea to come along, good or bad; and it takes strenuous effort with a crowbar to make it let go.
