Why two ionheads and one railhead, though? It seems like you might be lacking heavy troop / tankiller power....maybe find some points to up the stealth suits to six, and give them two fusion blasters? Also, how do you propose using the lone battlesuits that have no shield drones? They'll be intensely squishy.

It is the cheapest thing to put on the model, that is the cheapest Crisis suit you can make, it is more of a harassment unit than anything else.
