They are clothed (that's a suit they are wearing).

Can't really do "riot grrlz" without them having some kind of protest about patriarchal social control mores.

Thier armor has nipples and a nice little patch down south in the groin area. The rest of the model is sculpted great. I just question why they did that. Was it really necessary? It doesn't really add anything to the model. For me, it detracts from the beauty of the models.

Riot Grrlz as a unit name sort of hints that there would be little touches like that.

Yeah, I thought it was kind of the point. Plus its armor detailing so not exactly inappropriate. Exactly.

I have the spitfire Grrl, and I like the unit in terms of mechanics. The poses are a little static for me (they ARE in power armor so maybe it's on purpose) or I'd have the rest already.

Been a while but getting back into painting Infinity. Here's my finished Guija, reposting from my blog.

More pics over in my blog/gallery.

There was some top notch stuff on that last page there. Let's keep it going

Needed something to fill the void until Warmachine Mk3 drops. I tend to find a very specific part of factions and focus on it, in this case that focus is on the Highlanders. Painting up a few models, played a single game and enjoyed it.

Great stuff guys

I like the bland two-tone grey nomad outfits. Seems like something you'd actually see in real life, and you've added enough spot color so they're interesting. Cool force.

Those highlanders look good too, the kilt patterns are convincing and they look ready to rumble.

Some really nice minis

@caylentor Looks very uniform and professional good job.

@studderingdave I like the albino Cameronian good choice of colour.

@ckig I love the greens on the Guija. It shows how effective a simple colour scheme is when it it well executed.

Finished painting Lt Stephen Rao.

More of my Highlanders on the block. Ordered a Traktor Mul and Dozer as well as McMurrough to round out my force.

That's an incredible conversion. It definitely captures the feel of the Riot Grrls very well. When can we expect to see it painted?

Thank you, It totally depends on how I can get enough time and motivation to paint her. Since I'm going to attened two tournaments during the next two weeks I might be distracted with list building and test games. Thus I might finish her and her sister somewhen after these two weeks, but I've already started painting their Bases

New edition, new paint scheme. Hope to get it better on the next model. Bolts and Bagh Mari should look lovely with pink helmets.

Bro teach me your skin-painting ways. That is the most crisp skin I've ever seen painted on a figure.

If you put some Black Ink on the recesses of those Haqq, instead of the brown.... the whole mini, pants, etc..

I think it would really make them sharper.

Remember, practice, practice, practice.

Druze is a bit blurry but looks good.

Phone cameras! Arrgghhh!

I shouldn't say that actually because some are excellent these days (although some still have very slow lenses, my s4 mini in particular is useless for this kind of thing).

Lovely colour combinations though, the bright blue hair contrasts nicely with the brown overalls.

Heya! Sure, I made a tutorial on my whole process with an example... skin's just one part, but easy and fast.
http://infinitytheforums.com/forum/topic/29491-killionaires-tutorial-joan-of-arc-in-90-minutes/

Basically for these guys, I picked two colors: The near-lightest tone the skin will be, and the darkest tone.
Primed everything white.
Put a thinned layer of 'light skintone' on them.
Put a washed layer of 'dark skintone' on them.
Put another washed layer if I wanted more contrast.
For the highest points where I need to do a quick highlight, I put a tiny dab of the light tone layer back on top.

Really quite simple and just follows the 'paint light, wash down' principle to minimize non-wash brush strokes that generate not-smoothness.

Some in game nonsense that went down this past Friday as I learn this game. Double Chain Rifle cleared a bunch of stuff. Second pic is Wallace getting some combat in before dying.
