Very Cool Stuff!
That crab mecha is the most intriguing of the batch. Wouldn't take much to convert that from undersea to outer space...

Very neat that it looks like we're getting 1.25" and 4" "scale" stuff. 1.25" toys should be usable in 28mm with virtually no modifications.

I have the 4" version of the Amp suit from 2009 that they're reissuing:
https://www.amazon.com/Avatar-Amp-Suit-McFarlane-Toys/dp/B09VS9WL95/

but there's also a 1.25" version as well.

Anybody else giggle at the fact that the tank truck says "Golbal Partner". Guess somebody skipped spleling clsas!

Those trucks are cool.

These just appeared at Menards and are also available separately for 6 bucks each.
https://www.menards.com/main/grocery-home/menards-collectibles/train-stuff-from-menards/train-stuff/8-piece-1-48-die-cast-1956-truck-dealer-pack/2759016/p-1642874261932304-c-13318.htm?tid=-2694801480258175189&ipos=3
They have the cab (International??) that has a pretty cool dieselpunk look.

Saw them in person at the shop and they look spot-on for the 1:48 they're listed as.

I dunno, it looks like it has a weak point the enemy gang could hit for massive damage...

Not sure where else to put this, but we are looking to rehome this toy. Seems like it could make some good terrain. It’s yours for the cost of shipping. I’ll pack it in the smallest Amazon box it will fit inside.

I think It folds out to represent Jaku as one of a couple environments in the playset.

Just picked this up at Menards. A nicely sized panel truck and cheap forklift for 5 bucks! The wookie in the picture is 34mm (size of a 1/48 human) so the truck looks spot on for 1/56, maybe sightly smaller. Cargo doors open on rear and side and figures can stand upright inside. I'm going to remove or paint over the Menards signage.

Menards truck with stickers removed and Menards logos removed from can with MEK on a rag. I like it much better now. 29mm Stormtrooper for scale.

That crab suit is giving me major classic Bubblegum Crisis vibes. That one episode with the coolest crab mech that ever meched. (Episode 7: Double Vision.)

On a slightly more helpful note, here in Australia, I keep finding cheap trucks and cars of reasonable size in grocery shops and post offices. Maybe a little small by today's GW standards, but good for Gorkamorka, particularly Diggas (who need canopies to cope with that hot bright fing in da sky).

The various "Lightyear" fighters and drop pods are now on clearance at Amazon (probably other places too).

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B09CFZW5CX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00

IMPORTANT scroll down to Style to see all the different marks, each one at a different price point too.

I got 2 of the XL-7 THICC BOIs since I found the fighters a bit small for 28mm I hope this can pass as a shuttle. They're also down to $4.

If you want to splurge this Alpha Jet/Genesis Climber MOSPEADA puppy is $12.

While the 1-man/robot/alien drop pods are $8.

Nice spot on the Amazon prices.

The Initially priced at £44.99 Lightyear Armadillo is now at £14.99 and has been bought.

Let's see how much work is required to turn it into a Scions dropship.

I've seen some of that stuff on eBay before. The vehicles are really chunky, almost like chibi versions of combat vehicles. If one could find the terrain stuff that went with them (Platformer/Hexagon kits), that stuff would probably be useful for Necromunda or something.

It's been on Amazon for a while, looks like less than before, but I recognize that big lot. I bought a couple packs of the soft plastic Minotaurs separately a while back that I'd be willing to part with now that I decided to go a different direction.

I thought some might find this useful:
Spoiler:

Spoiler for size.

All (except the Mantic Mule, included for scale) are Lightyear Hyperspeed Series vehicles.

The large ship is perfect for a Stih ship in my opinion. The fighters are good for one man fighters like an A Wing or perhaps, UAVs if you remove the cockpit.

The drop pods would serve fairly well as cheaper alternatives to the Kill Team escape pods I think. I haven't done a direct comparison, but a Primaris Marine would fit in one of these.

As noted, I put a Mantic Mule, and an SW Legion figure (on top of the green truck) to give an idea of scale.

There are more detailed doll houses at 99c Only in the same scale as the Dollar Tree versions. They’re more than 3x as pricey, though.

Those doll houses look like they'd have potential if they're styrene. I eventually threw out the Dollar Tree ones because the Polyethylene was so paint resistant even after deep cleaning.

Menards has a $5 Ford Transit in 1/48 scale. Here it is next to the Caipo (Ali Express) version which is still available for not much more. If you want to do some modern or near future conflict almost anywhere in the world, you need some streamlined cargo vans.
Figure is 31mm from sole to eyeline.

I bit the bullet and ordered one LAST batch of Lightyear stuff.

This thing is too much like the old Robotech Alpha jet not to get. I won't even cut it up for a derelict ship, she'll stay intact.

After seeing a couple of painted Zurg fighters I just had to order one. It may already be gone though, Amazon is saying 1-2 months for delivery.

And finally this truck. It's down to $15 so I got one. Will get 2 more if it goes below $10 before getting out of stock.
