I figure this is something that gets asked every now and then but oh well my curiosity is going to get the best of me this morning.

I am wondering if anyone might know what all is due to come out for both warhammer and 40k over the next year other than Empire and Dark Angels. Mainly I am looking for info on when I can expect to see new stuff for High Elves. That is an army I have some intrest in starting for a while now but I don't want to buy everything and then find out that the entire army just came out in plastic and what I bought is no longer valid.

Also can anyone either confirm or deny the possibilty of plastic ghouls for the Vampire Counts. This one I keep hearing around my local game shop and it is driving myself and a few people that I game with crazy.

Castle Clarkenstein

Can't confirm or deny the plastic ghouls. It is a unit I know they mentioned as wanting to do, no clue if they will do it. High elves are a ways off as far as I know. I've heard Dark Angels, Vampire Counts, and then Orks coming out for Christmas. I'd guess your looking at high elves in 2008 or 2009.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

I wouldn't trust gameshop rumors, bored clerks like to mess with customers and rumors or wishful thinking are often presented as fact.

I'd say e-z build zombies and skelies are more likely.

A little glimmer of hope is that it was announced that Brian Nelson is (was?) working on the Vampire Counts range. This is why, supposedly, he was conspicuously absent with the O&G and Empire figs.

VC is suppose to be next, with Brian Nelson sculpts and a plastic "monsters" kit that has bats and wolves and whatever other goodness they want to put in it. High Elves are always rumoured to be near as new models and the new book are suppose to be done already.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

Plastic ghouls are definitely done.
