The model looks pretty good, but I can't help but think that it's a firework launcher with those red and white tips.

Just slap one on the back of a steam tank, and you've got yourself a whirlwind!

I hate it so much.

It look great on a Ork Buggy of some sort.

That is incredibly dumb.

And it's from the same empire engineers that designed the techno-cyber-horse.

All Empire needs now is Magikal Armored Engineer with Repeater Gatling Blastyr! So kewl!

This is about a half-step up from Robo-Horse (TM), especially if it has all kinds of crazy rules for scattering rockets/catastrophic explosions etc. (i.e. just like artillery rockets of the 17th-18th centuries). It's certainly no worse than the Volley Gun or the Dwarf Organ Gun. The paint job is ork-tacular, though. Hrmn, are there rules in the new orc book for 'looted' artillery? Heheheh.

This one I might actually consider picking up to use as the raw materials for a wacky 'Katusya' artillery piece for my Valhallans

Actually its not that good...

its not the best model, but it is still really cool. Plus it and the robo horse add a lot of character to the army which IMHO the Empire was lacking, also it would be interesting fust to see the look on your opponents face when in a 3000+ battle you slap that the hellblaster and a steam tank on the table.

I no! Its like space humans, cuz lots and lots of guns, especially gatling blasters, katyusha rokket lanchers and big kannons and siege mortarz and big steam tankz and sniper rifles and robo horseys and grenade troopers are so kewl and add something awesome to those lame boring people with swords and shields. How lame is that? Fighting with kitchin knives and trash can lids. LOL!

I want Master Engineer Rudolf-Ruprecht Von Hohenstauffen to finish work on his "Deep Stryke" project, so I can drop a unit of Greatswords or Reiksguard on my enemies. I think these rockets should provide sufficient lift...

Reading the description, I think it IS a fireworks launcher. Bottle rockets and such.

Yeah...I still like Empire as a "Someone listened to DiVinchi and his stuff was worked on" meets the Holy Roman Empire. Besides, you should take a look at historical rocket launchers from the middle ages. Not too different tbh.

It's no use, Infantryman. Apparently Men who live in Fantasy Germany World must hold to rules stating that they cannot use technology to better themselves and kill their enemies, but Men who live in Fantasy France World enjoy the boons of a moistened tart that make them better fighters, not to mention Artillery Proletariat and Man riding Winged Horse(not Harry Hamlin).

You can upgrade to Harry Hamlin soon, though. I think he'll be a forge-world figure.

I love the creative way they have re-used bits of the Helblaster. And now that the volley gun has been castrated, this uber-mortar will take its place as the multi-phallus in my army.

What else would you expect a roman candle chucking paddy wagon to look like anyways?

Naw the chaos dwarfs are still master of the uplifted junk..  besides these don't look that much different from the rockets they used to use.. with the exception of haveing quite a few on the wagon rather than one pointing straight in the air.. ..

I think a few ork playes will be buying one as an easy source of 9 rokkits for da boyz.

And I'd love to see a marine player make a whirlwind turret out of that - very fluffy for the more gothic chapters like black Templars
