Oh my that has to be the longest pause yet... But I aten't dead, but somehow only looked into the painting comp and news threads those last weeks. But here I am and first thanks for your comments and I will be going through your plogs in the coming days to get up to date.

Guardling wrote:Looking forward to seeing your Orlocks Cawdor done!

Liking the Discworld models, I too am a fan of the Kirby drawings, there's alway something to find in them...

Thanks Guardling! More Cawdor's at the end of this post

Syro_ wrote:I'm a big fan of Terry Pratchett's Discworld too, I like what you did with the city watch's two "finest".

Thanks Syro_! They deserve it for all their masterly policing

Meer_Cat wrote:The highlighting and edging on Noah are first rate.

Thanks Meer_Cat! I find it a bit rough myself, but it's the finest I will get to with my patience and brushes.

Olthannon wrote:Necromunda guys look great, absolutely love The Watch minis. Poor Nobby Nobbs! He certainly looks like he was disqualified from the human race for shoving.

Thanks Olthannon! Would have been lovely if he carried his certificate that he's indeed human

Slinky wrote:Not seen those Discworld models before - Very characterful!

And the first ganger is v nice, a group all painted like that will look ace

Thanks Slinky! MicroArtStudio has those and other minis. They are quite nice and I have some more watch minis but need to buy some more wizards and other characters in the future.

aku-chan wrote:Love the Discworld minis, you don't see people painting them too often!

Nice work on the Ganger too! He looks like he means business.

Thanks aku-chan! The "axe" definitely looks serious...

Captain Brown wrote:Nice ganger Viterbi.

Cheers,

CB

Thanks Captain Brown!

gobert wrote:Ooh , the guard minis are fab! Great job painting them up, I love how Nobby has found the broken bit of the pavement too, seems fitting!

The Necromunda setup looks cool, good luck getting your gangs ready. You’ve made a great start on the Cawdor already

Thanks gobert! The base wasn't intentional but apparently a happy accident then

ListenToMeWarriors wrote:That whole discworld range is great fun, and you have done Nobby, Fred and The Watch justice.

Cool Cordor scheme as well, I really like the pops of colour on the different fabric on the minis.

Thanks ListenToMeWarriors!

And I haven't been completely idle the last weeks and my Cawdor gang is at least a little bit bigger now:

Already one of my favorite minutes because why wouldn't you strap a blunderbuss on a meat hook thingy:

And the gang loves their doc. He's always talking and praising the emperor. Sure, sometimes he says something about four arms but maybe they just misunderstood him.

Again love those Cawdor DIY pole weapons:

The rest of the gang question his color choices but no one was brave enough to tell it to his face yet (or told him that he has some skin color on his boot ):

Mostly, on my phone.

Loving the colours. Big and brash. Works a treat. Fab.

Of all the new Necromunda minis, the Cawdor are definitely some of my favourites. I really like the bright yellow. Great to see you back updating!

One and a half feet in the hobby

Good work on the Cawdor minis. Liking the more colorful approach.

Good to see you’re still knocking around Viterbi! The Cawdor are pretty cool, I like how you’ve given them bright colours and still they have a dark and dingy vibe… plus those pole mounted guns are nuts!
