Nope, he's apparently getting an update in the next Chaos Codex.

Maybe because Cypher's rules have never appeared in a DA codex what with him not
being available to DA armies.

I'd go with both, just to be safe.

GW hates all of us but his rules have never been in their codex. Always been either a White Dwarf exclusive or in the Chaos Codex

He is not DA anymore so Codex chaos seems the safest bet especially if they will do 4 or 5 books then they need material to fill it out.

I broke the mould for the model after a big lunch at Bugmans.. it was the new model for him and everything.. but now it no more. Plus Gw can never decide whether to colour him black or green, it was just too hard.. I mean what the? black or green, its like the hardest question in the existance of man.

The only question harder is how much doom does it take for Doomrider to appear and how do you maintain it so he doesn't leave again.. I love Doom rider.
