So whose all going too  kublacon this year? Its one of Northern Ca only  Cons , besides  Captiol Punshiment.

Capital Punishment -was- a tournament Great Escape Games put on in 2005. While intending to do it again in 2006 (and even though it was advertized in White Dwarf), there was no GT-style tournament. Chances are there won't be a 2007 GT-style tournament either.

However, GEG is running a series of tournaments called the Contest of Champions every other month. The next one is 1500 points and slated to be in March. Their January tournament, a 1250 point 4-game tourny, had a large turnout 32 to 36 players IIRC, including players from the Bay Area.

Greetings.  I'll be there for the first time, coming from Anchorage, Alaska.  The game list is growing steadily and I don't know if 40K or WHF will be present there yet.

@Furious, that is too bad about Capital Punishment being cancelled. I attended the last one and I had a very good time.
