Just noticed Wargames Exclusive are currently having a 40% off sale on all their car models, hopefully they're still planning to have a Black Friday sale this year because its a little strange they wouldn't just wait a few days and have everything on sale at once.

Those cars are tiny compared to modern GW scale aren't they?

Ukraine, IIRC - and the quality is really good.

I'll second the quality of their resin & casting (at least on all the human sized stuff i've had from them)

These are fun. I bought a limo for my genestealer cultists a couple years back.

What is their shipping like in terms of cost?

Shipping was very reasonable. I had that car shipped to me in the US for 5 euros.

I concur that their quality is superb.

However, I also agree that their scale is a tad on the small side.

To be fair poses skew things.

Generally when getting in a car I have my arms at my sides and my legs together, not standing feet apart while waving a cricket bat in one hand and a hair dryer in the other.

I agree with this, normally in a case you are just sat in a way which really lowers the profile so if the cars were too big, it'd feel more like gothic monster trucks.

Also gonna need to se a picture of the above to verify Kid

Weird, the stretch limo is NOT on sale. And for some reason is not grouped with the other cars. I thought it was OOP until I stumbled over it looking for exotic IG figures.

Definitely my favorite of the bunch, though the City Shark is close.

The stretch limo is probably their best seller for GSC owners, that may be why it's not on discount.

I love these guys minis, the quality is great (I generally buy the greater good stuff). I did have to use some sandpaper and green stuff on the stretch limo though, the joints were a little too obvious.

It never ends well

So with the short version of the City Shark (I bought 3 of them a year or two ago to use as Achilles Ridgerunners) they basically send you the front and back (common to both the short/long versions) without the middle - the problem with this is that theres a female cavity in both the front and back end which needs the presumably male section included in the middle to connect the two together. Note that I don't mean hole, I mean cavity - theres basically about 5mm of wall thickness, if that, around the rim of each half and the rest is basically partially hollowed out. Theres basically no surface area to get glue on and absolutely nothing to align the two halves of the model together with. I've yet to assemble them, the only thing I can think to do is to drill out a hole in each half and stick a dowel through it and hope that I've aligned the holes closely enough for the two halves to align in assembly.

What about putting some glue in both cavities and then putting a big ol' ball of Kneadatite in the middle?

Before I got good with pinning, I used to employ green stuff in a similar fashion for some of the older, larger GW metals.

Yknow thats probably a much better way of doing it, gives a much greater contact area and allows the flexibility to allow the halves to eachother. I'd probably use something like procreate or something cheaper than green stuff as the cavity that needs to be filled is pretty large. Thanks!

As you might expect Wargames Exclusive is NOT shipping now due to the Russian invasion.

https://wargameexclusive.com/product-tag/ukraine/

As you may know, all our production and shipping services are based in Ukraine.

And now we have a real war with the Russian Federation.

So, the Ukrainian post services are not working, and we cannot ship your orders.

We kindly ask you to wait one more week until we are going to find some other way to do our job, despite the situation.

That is completely ok if you are not willing to wait. Just write us and we will refund your money.

Thank you for your understanding!

They're also accepting donations.

Up to you if you want to donate, personally I recommend donating to reputable international organizations rather than through a retailer.

Hello beautiful people!

Good news: we have decided to start limited sales!
Extended processing and shipping time are, unfortunately, unavoidable
