Is it now confirmed to end at 90, because they were considering extending it, and when I cleared up a delivery problem from Hachette customer services only two weeks ago I asked if 90 was the end of series and they didnt know and told me that an extension had not been ruled out.
Hachette 40K Imperium the book series was scheduled 1-80 but became 1-100.
n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

I'll probably join up for the 10th edition run. I have been happy with this deal, and have nothing but good things to say about it. My run right now is up to Issue 15.
Had a few hiccups so far, but no show stoppers.
As a beginning players deal, I recommend it, before jumping in on the FOMO boxed sets.
At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Interestingly one of the fluff pieces in the magazine in issue 77 or 78 is on the Leagues of Votaan, which obviously hadn't come back and weren't even called that at the point the collection launch right? So I guess the partwork itself is not planned out as far in advance as you might expect.

As was the Transformers one.
Having said that I can't see them doing two extensions. They'd need to do another binder etc and the lead time on those things is non-trivial. I still think the random inclusion of Greyfax is because they accidentally produced a load and forgot that the Dreadnaught is three sprues or something.
I wouldn't completely rule out some more optional extras? I'm surprised they didn't do the Royal Court or Honoured of the Chapter at any point, and given their crazy GW prices you could probably charge £30 - £35 (one each per subscriber) and they'd go. Being subscriber only would stop too many going to scalpers for eBay.

Yeah - that's what I'd assumed which is why I was surprised by the Leagues of Votaan article. Certainly it makes me suspect the extension wasn't planned until much later so they've planned extra fluff for that and moved some of the latter issue content around a bit.
I don't think we'll see a further extension and I'm not sure we'll get any more extras either. I've just had issues 75-78 on subscription so that's three deliveries left, and they generally have to do an opt-out letter followed by bonus content in the next delivery so time is quite limited

The Royal Court were Issue 50. Your point stands for the Honoured of the Chapter sprue.
Bam, said the lady!

I'm guessing when Hatchette get around to a 10th Ed partworks, it will be Dark Angels vs Tyranids with some GSC and other Imperium, and end with the Lion kit.

RG is a 5 year old model at this point though.
Doubt the lion will be included as a massive discount so early to be honest. Maybe in a few more years.
My hobby instagram account: @the_shroud_of_vigilance My Shroud of Vigilance Hobby update blog for me detailed updates and lore on the faction:

For info, that's the last of the UK issues in the shops. I was lucky to find an Illuminor Szeras in WH Smiths.
Once Conquest reached this stage, the Hachette website showed a restock of a fair amount of issues before starting a half price sale. It could be something for UK gamers to look out for. Additionally, Forbidden Planet are showing some restocks as well as the Firestrike Turret turned up again.

We are talking about 16 months until Stormbringer ends and a new collection starts, then towards the end of that collection we are talking 2.5 years. It won't be that early by then!
Does anyone have a comprehensive list of the paints that come in Imperium? Preferably somewhere that isn't that horrific fauxhammer blog if at all possible.

Forbidden planet was picked clean of Szeras. Managed to find a copy tucked behind the inquisitor issue.
Thanks for the reminder about their restocking phase and sale. I scooped up a bunch of stuff with Conquest last time.
It might be worth noting the Mortal Realms magazine has been finished for ages and hasn't been discounted yet, so a sale could be quite far off as I'd imagine that would be reduced first.

A fair point. The first step towards the end for Conquest was placing on general sale the products, art books and the Silver Templars model/ paint set, that had previously been available to subscribers only.
